Denna charmiga och quintessential 'Tassie Shack' har massor av karaktär och är obefläckat inifrån och ut. Huset har 5 sovrum, 1 badrum och sover 12 personer. Sovrummen består av: Queen, Double, Double, Double, 2 Bunks (4single). Utanför är ett stort däck och utrymme för många bilar eller till och med ett spel av cricket! Lagoon Beach ligger ca 20 meter från porten och är perfekt för små barn; eller om du föredrar en surfstrand och långa strandpromenader, är East Beach en 5 minuters promenad från backporten. Den fascinerande Pilot Station, Café, Museum, Low Head Lighthouse och Pilot Beach ligger bara några minuters promenad uppför vägen. George Town, inklusive stormarknader, bageri, slaktare, pubar och restauranger, ligger 5 minuters bilresa bort. Huset har en kaffebryggare, ett stort spelskåp, tv, dvd-spelare, allt lakan, tvättmöjligheter och stor uppvärmning. Mycket välskötta husdjur kommer att övervägas på begäran.

Perfectly relaxing holiday

Thank you for sharing your lovely heritage listed home at Low Head. It is so very peaceful & we loved the history, beaches, walks & small community. The house is cosy, clean & well equipped. It is convenient to George Town for groceries & we enjoyed spending our days exploring all that the Tamar region has to offer. Close by, the Pilot Station, lighthouse & penguin tours were particularly awesome. Georgia is a very thoughtful host providing everything we could need as well as information about the house & area. It is just a beautiful part of the world. Thanks for having us!

Just right for us

We stayed 8 nights at Low Head with our 5 kids. It was just what we needed. Enough room for everyone to spread out. Everything was well appointed and it felt like home away from home. The lounge was comfy and the kitchen felt communal. The area was relaxing and full of character. We did lots of different walks around the area. Georgetown is just a short drive away and we enjoyed a meal at the pilot house with a quick trip through the museum. Overall, we'd go back again in a heartbeat!

Loved the location, started each day with a walk along the beach watching the sunrise and the bird waking. Great facilities and the perfect beach side escape.

Perfect little getaway for our family and friends. Loved the 5 bedrooms and the spacious kitchen.

Beach walks/swims, Penguin Tour, Cafe coffee/lunch, Fishing, BBQ in the Park, Light house tour and all within walking distance from the house.

Home away from home - everything needed was provided and more. Lovely historical cottage.

Super comfortable and great location. Georgia made the experience a very enjoyable one providing all the information about the area as well.

Lovely comfortable home away from home

Highly recommend this beach house. The building is full of character and very spacious for a larger family or group sharing accommodation. Really well set up, and stocked with many items that you don’t always find (eg laundry detergent, plenty of of spare TP, all the kitchen utensils you could want, spices, etc etc). Very comfortable beds. Metres from the playground, beach, and walking track. Very quiet but just a few minutes drive to the shop, and within an hour of heaps of attractions. We stayed about a week, could have easily spent two, and hope to come again one day.

The house has a very comfortable vibe, Georgia was just amazing & very helpful with the booking & entry process. Heating in the home is awesome, the beds were very comfortable, very reasonably priced with everything you need. I would highly recommend this house

Great place 😊

Thanks so much we really enjoyed our stay. The weather wasn’t fantastic but we still managed a little swim in the rain and the hail haha, house was great, perfect for 2 families ☺️
