Del Ray Beach Getaway

Our getaway was to enjoy Atlantic Aveand take a drive to Palm BeachLocation of apartment was perfectWe walked everywhere and did not have to deal with the Xmas traffic.We had a two bedroom and it was cleanLocation, location, location !!

Great location in Del Ray and close to restaurants and the tennis complex!We were happy there and it’s dog friendly!Construction was going on next door to another property next to our rental but it was no one’s fault. We will come back

Great location!

We are very pleased with our stay! Here are my three key appreciations; - it’s not easy now a days to find owner/operators of a short term rental; Ann was a very welcoming and responsive host. -great location; short walk to Atlantic ave and the beach -very comfortable apt and pool; nicely decorated and you have kitchen things to make a meal I highly recommend!

January getaway

We stayed here for 2 weeks. We opted not to rent a car because we were two blocks off Atlantic. We were able to walk everywhere. The weather could have been better but it was never cold. The condo was very quiet which we loved and having a washer, dryer was great. We had a couple of problems and Ann was quick to respond. Thank you.

wonderful location!

2 blocks from Atlantic Avenue and about a 5 min drive to the beach. We loved this little oasis and having a parking spot was great!

Beautiful paradise

This was such a beautiful place to stay. If you love privacy in a crowded Atlantic Ave., this is the perfect retreat. Everything was seamless throughout the stay. I’ll be back for sure!!

A Cozy Del Ray Getaway

The property was walking distance to everything! It was clean and adequately equipped with what one would need when traveling. The property manager was pleasant, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.

Look forward to staying again!

We stayed here last week when we need to evacuate our home due to Hurricane Milton. I reached out to the host to see if we could stay on short notice with our dog, and she wrote back very quickly and we booked our stay. While this was not a planned getaway, we were delighted at how cute the place - it was spotless and had everything we needed, including a well appointed kitchen and a welcoming pool area. It's less than a block from the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed exploring the area and enjoyed some great local food, the nice playground in town, and the pinball museum/arcade in addition to relaxing the pool. We look forward to visiting Delray Beach again and will definitely book here again.

Another wonderful stay!

This is the second time I've stayed here. Such a great place to stay. You get the convenience of staying in walking distance to all the great restaurants and bars on Atlantic Ave. It's also a short walk to the beach. The host Ann is the best. There is no downside to staying here. I wish I could keep this place a secret. It's amazing. I'll be back. Until next time.

Wonderful apartment

We had a great time! The location can’t be beat and this apartment is updated and beautiful! The quiet pool is also a huge plus. Ann was so helpful and got us everything we needed.

Winter Vacation

We had a wonderful seven night stay here. The location was perfect. You could walk to restaurants, bars, parks, and even the beach. The property is nice and we enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating. Ann is helpful and quickly addressed any issues. We would return!

Great trip to Delray

Lovely stay at the Delray Beach House. Ann was very accommodating as we were traveling with an infant. The beach house was convenient to all spots in Delray that we enjoy - Atlantic avenue and the beach. We would return.

Fun stay

This place is perfect to walk to all the attractions that Delray Beach has to offer. Ann was wonderful communicating and very accommodating with us. She is kind, warm and very friendly. We will be back.

Great location except…

This is an apartment in a single story, four unit building. The location couldn’t be closer to the heart of Atlantic Ave. Unfortunately, the entire street is under construction with a road project and a new townhouse development. Equipment and men start making noise at 7am daily and judging by the scope of the project, it will continue for well into the future. A Starbucks and many bars and restaurants are all within a short walk. The grounds and property are neat and well maintained. The pool is a stunner and always empty. Parking is never an issue. The apartment was well kept aside from a good amount of scuffs and wear and tear. The bedsheets were permanently stained and we learned about the very squeaky washer when we tried washing them upon arrival. Bed pillows were small for a king size bed and not supportive. When we raised these issues with the owner she offered a refund if we left but with nowhere else to go we stayed and made the best of it. A better solution would’ve been to replace the sheets.

Winter Getaway

Great property for my friend and I and my dog, close to everything - Atlantic Ave, the beach, and a great farmers market. It was a quiet, private stay with plenty of room for the 3 of us and enough to recharge the batteries. Owner was fantastic to work with -- was very helpful through the stay on all matters. Would recommend to others!
