OBS: Från måndag 17 juni 2019 till och med söndag 23 juni 2019 stängs byggnadens luftkonditionering i ca 7-10 dagar under installationen av ett nytt system. Eftersom detta projekt är föremål för förseningar eller förändringar kommer kompensation att ges till gäster under vistelsen i stället för att stanna kvar.

Inredning renoveras planeras till 10: e våningen hotellägda lägenheter från 31 maj - 27 juni 2019 (inte # 1004). 10: e våningen hallway kommer att täckas med plastplåt och det kan finnas buller / damm som kommer från dessa enheter. Nattpriser för denna period kommer att innehålla en rabatt på 10% för att kompensera eventuella olägenheter.

Hawaii Fun

Condo, view, and location was perfect for our family. The bed in the couch could be upgraded due to being very uncomfortable. The only down fall was day we were set to leave, cleaning people walked right into our condo and said we had a 9:00am check out which was not correct. We had a 11:00am checkout time.

Wonderful Play to Stay

Everything was just as the listing showed. I felt very comfortable staying in the unit alone because the parking is part of the building. I would definitely stay here again!

East End Waikiki

We liked the location because it is 2-3 blocks from Hub of activity -stores, resturants & bars in Waikiki. Still close but far enough away so quiet and fewer people where Condo is located. We also loved that it was just 1.5 - 2 blocks from quieter part of Waikiki beach - the East end.

Very nice for the price

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit had everything we wanted for a very affordable price. The one thing to know is that the parking garage has a height limit of six feet which means it will not accommodate a full size suv. We had to exchange our suburban for a minivan in order to park.

great property close walking distance to the best body boarding section of Waikiki. Super clean, organized and easy to park, etc. host was super responsive. Enjoyed thoroughly!

Cute Little Condo

Great stay! The condo had ample room for our family if 4. The suite had everything we needed to be comfortable plus some bonus items to take with us to the beach. We were pleasently surprised to find a cooler bag and ice packs so we could pack picnics and drinks for our adventures around the island. We will be booking again!

Location! Location!

Check in process was so easy. Byron is the kindest. Parking spot a huge plus! The unit is a fine place to sleep. It does have the lingering smell of years of smoking. Lanai had so much bird droppings, we did not sit outside and the view although nice to see water, you’re looking on the back side of an apartment building that is very unpleasant to look at. The unit is very dated, but we were out the door each day to enjoy the beautiful island. And just 2 short blocks to Waikiki beach is always a bonus. Thank you again, Byron for great communication and kindness.

Great location

We enjoyed staying here. About a 3-4 block walk to beach. Had some issues with condo not being ready. Also had issues with door lock. These issues were addressed fairly promptly. Was very unhappy with pullout loveseat. Extremely uncomfortable. Needs a bigger couch with a more comfortable bed. TV instructions would be very helpful. Never did figure it out. Air conditioner will not work if lanai door is left open. A huge plus for this condo is the FREE parking! Huge deal.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was as advertised and was better than anticipated. The balcony allowed a partial view of the acean as well as diamond point. The only negative we experienced was that out of four elevators, only two were used most of the time. This resulted in waits as long 20 twenty minutes, and was somewhat disappointing.

One was was out of service during our entire stay with a second one not functioning on the last few days. Having to wait occasionally for over 10 minutes was very frustrating

Good location

The apartment was fine for our short stay. Parking was good and it was within walking distance of all the shops along the water front. As it is located on the 10th floor of a 34 storey building, getting up and down was a bit challenging when two if the four elevators was out of service. A kettle would have been nice.

Great unit ……bad property

The unit itself was fine but the property in general needs a lot of work Elevators not functioning properly ….no hot water the first day …..power outages the second week of stay …. Fire alarms 1:30 am with full evacuation ….. side walk torn up out front Like I said the unit was a an 9 but the property was a 3 …average 5

Great property, after waiting 3 hours to get a hold of someone with the correct door code.

The property was amazing, good deal and location. Unfortunately, when checking in at the notified time, the code I was sent was the wrong code. The property manager did not return our phone and text messages for almost 3 hours at 11pm after wondering if we would have to sleep in the car that night. The rental was really quite nice though.

The location is great, being only a few blocks from a lot of popular places to visit, and most of the tour busses pick up and drop off at the hotel a block away. Everything was very clean and organized, and the management company is very responsive to any additional needs. We would definitely book another stay here if we visit again.
