The property is close to both the airport and family. There is shopping and many dining options nearby. April was a delight to work with, I would definitely stay again. Less than a 1/2 hour to the Everbank Stadium. Packers 30 Jaguars 27

Home away from home

This is my second time renting here but not my last. The house is alleys clean. The host is great and leaves sll kinds of extra amenities to help make your stay as comfortable as they can. The area is safe and quiet. Jacksonville is my home away from home and anytime I come this is where I’d like to stay.

Home away from home

We stayed April's place every year and have never been disappointed it is our home away from home. It is clean spacious comfortable with everything available needed for a pleasant stay. April has made the whole process easy. She is always available to answer questions and to provide help when needed.

This property was absolutely amazing smelled so good and was super clean I felt so safe the games was also super fun me and my boyfriend loved the giant connect 4 and uno cards the host was as sweet as can be I found it so cool you can control the fan and lights with the remotes I will definitely be back to visit thank you so much

Incredible Stay

We were so surprised with this house. We arrived and the house was so NICE...clean...comfortable. The beds were great and the amenities were perfect. The owner is super nice! Couldn't ask for anything better. If we come back to Jacksonville, we'll definitely look this one up again. Hightly recommend.

Family Time

Impressed with the house and communication with the owner. Everything was exactly how it shows on the website. Not far from airport or beaches. We enjoyed our 10 day vacation and spending time with our first grandchild. Until next time Jacksonville!!!

Perfect Family Vacation

There was a beautiful home. Owner prepared for us perfectly. Check in was a breeze. Nice quiet neighborhood. It had just the right amount of space. It helped make for perfect vacation.

Road trip

Property was very clean comfortable and spacious. Happy with our 3 night stay once we managed to access the property. On arrival the code pad number we had been given did not work. Without going into detail we eventually managed to contact the owner and only then the code we were given worked. The house is very nice in a nice quiet neighbourhood but can I offer one piece of advice for non USA visitors. Make sure you have a phone that operates in the USA as without this we would never have been able to contact anyone to sort the problem with the key code. Also it would be helpful if the owners provided a telephone contact with the information regarding entry. Even after the initial problem we would recommend this property.

The Perfect Stay

This house could it have been a more perfect house for my family and I to stay at for our vacation. The location was convenient and not too far from most of our destinations, the neighborhood was quaint and respectful and April was such a easy host to work with.

Nice, clean house near Jacksonville airport

We were very happy with our stay at this property. It was clean, easy to find and easy to access via the electronic locks. It's located in a quiet subdivision near Jacksonville airport, so if you need a home away from home near the airport, this home is highly recommended. Beds and living room couch were very comfortable. There is also plenty of space to spread out if you have multiple guests. We didn't have the opportunity to use the screened in porch, but it looked very nice, and the yard was nice and spacious. We just have a couple minor suggestions that would make the home perfect. One of the hinges on the toilet seat in the main bath was broken, so the seat moved around and actually fell off once, but that's an easy repair. The televisions in the bedrooms were very nice, but we had a hard time figuring out how to access local channels, so some instructions would be helpful. Other than those minor things, the home was great, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we're in the area.
