NYTT RENOVATERAD (slutförd april 2019)! Potter Cottage är ett 1600 kvadratmeter stort hus som har totalrenoverats och ligger på 4. 6 tunnland. Rostfria vitvaror, bänkskivor i granit och en kakeldusch är bara några av de fantastiska funktionerna i detta hem! En 50-tums TV i vardagsrummet och ytterligare 40 tums TV i alla tre sovrummen ger bekvämligheterna. Hemmet har tre sovrum, två fulla bad och en extra dusch i källaren, källaren har också ett spelområde och bäddsoffa för att rymma hela familjen! En tanklös varmvattenberedare lägger till bekvämligheterna (aldrig slut på varmt vatten)! Det erbjuder vacker utsikt över sjön. Njut av fiske och den vackra utsikten! Hemmet har två däck för att njuta av den rustika känslan av denna fastighet.
Soliga solnedgångar kan ses från däcken. De stora skuggan är perfekt för picknick. Hemmet är lämpligt för enskilda familjer eller grupper. Ett tvåbilsgarage ingår i hyran.

Efter en dag på Holiday World är vandring, antikvitet eller sightseeing The Potter Cottage en lugn plats att koppla av på. Barn och vuxna kommer att njuta av. En vistelse på fastigheten är ett minne som ingen snart kommer att glömma.

Perfect place for family gathering

We were there for a wedding celebration near by . Many family members came from Texas. The house was perfect for us to be together. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect Stay

The house was very clean on arrival and was nicely decorated! It was the perfect spot for a weekend stay. We even made the mistake of taking the Bluetooth speaker thinking our friend left it behind and the host was very understanding and we were able to get it back to them!

Annual Christmas Vacation

The property was listed beautifully and the pictures were very accurate! This was a peaceful place however it was not close to any local stores such as Walmart , although as stated it was close to holiday World which was close . Nearest store that we located was about 39-40min away, this was still a great trip

Family Fun Getaway

Annual Family Getaway

Holiday World 2.0

Great for families

This is our 3rd stay and we are never disappointed. Always clean, plenty of space for everyone, relaxing view, and close to Holiday World. This year we had a 3yr old to a 74yr old. Everyone enjoyed the property. Very nice to be so close to Holiday World and know we have somewhere to go back to to relax at end of long day. We will be back!

Holiday World Family Vacation

We stayed at this wonderful cottage last year and decided we had to do it again this year. It is very clean and has plenty of space for all of us. We love that it is so close to Holiday World. Beautiful cottage

The Potter Cottage was the perfect place to stay. We spent two days at Holiday World/Splashin Safari and were so relieved to have such a comfy place to go to at the end of a busy day. It was so clean and well maintained inside and outside. We look forward to going back in the future.

Potters was PERFECT!

My family and I have been meeting up at Holiday World for the last 12 years. We bring the kids (& friends) and make a mini vaca out of our time together. We’ve done hotels, Lake Rudolph Cabins, fifth wheels and other local options. Out of the 12 years, Potters Cottage rates the highest. We booked mostly based on location (5-10 minutes from everything). The bonus was the reasonable price. Once we arrived, we realized we had found a gem!!! Beyond the ideal location, the cottage was nicely decorated, extremely clean, had a great floor plan, and tons of yard and basement space for the teenage boys to BE BOYS! We had a couple of questions during our stay and the owners were quick to respond. My brother has already stolen the property from me for next year’s gathering because our rental was better than his and he’s been bringing his family here for 30 years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

A front porch and back porch allow for plenty of room to enjoy the serene views of this property. Granite counter tops in the kitchen along with stainless steel appliances. The first floor bathroom has a beautiful tile shower. Tankless water heater allows hot showers for everyone!! The basement boasts a game area and extra sleeping area. Enjoy fishing in the lake as well as views of wildlife (lots of deer in the surrounding woods)!
