Njut av vårt 3 sovrum, 1 1/2 bad nyligen uppdaterat hem som ligger på en privat väg. Ett öppet koncept, ljust och soligt hem som inkluderar ett tvättstuga, däck med grill där du kan njuta av middag och drinkar med din familj medan barnen leker ute på en privat återvändsgränd utan trafik. Det är bra för barnen att cykla och spela fångst. Hemmet har också en utomhusdusch som är perfekt för att skölja bort efter en dag på stranden.

Varje sovrum har kabel-TV. Det finns gratis WiFi i huset. Den sover 8 bekvämt. Uppfarten passar 4 bilar.

Hemmet ligger bara 5 minuters promenad till badhuset på Long Sands Beach. Det är också nära centrum och Short Sands Beach. Det är bekvämt bara en 10-15 minuters bilresa till Kittery-butikerna, Portsmouth, NH och The Ogunquit Playhouse. Det finns många restauranger att välja mellan i området.

Great stay!

We loved our stay! The home is spacious and was perfect for our 2 families. The owner was super communicative and let us check-in early. We'd definitely stay here again!

Originally supposed to be 4 ladies but ended up being 2. House could have easily and nicely accommodated all 4 of us.Would happily stay again. Great house Great loacation near both long and short sands . Host communicated with us prior and offered to let us do late ck out last day.

A great York Getaway!

It was perfect! Plenty of room, beautifully clean and walking distance to the beach. Bonus they had a Keurig coffee machine! The owner was so accessible and responsive. Would definitely recommend & stay again!

Nice place to stay

Mike was great about checking in with us before and during our stay by text to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean and cared for. Quick walk to the ocean, just wished it wasn’t raining! It was perfect for a graduation weekend.

Wonderful long-weekend stay!

Extremely clean place, all the amenities were there, short walk to Long Sands Beach (which has restrooms), short drive(s) to shopping, Nubble Light, etc. BTW, Dunne's Ice Cream, close to Nubble Light, is best ever. Mike was a great host, checked in with us before we got there, and encouraged any communication during our stay. A perfect place, would do it again. Thanks Mike!

Clean, comfortable, and great location,

Mike’s beach house is clean, located in a quiet location, offers a great layout for friends and family, and was perfect for our stay. Three mom friends and 4 kiddos ages 1-5. Mike reached out to let me know he was available if we needed anything. We were very happy with our stay and hope to be back in the future! Definitely choose this property, you will be happy!

This is an absolutely fantastic rental. Check in and check out process are extremely easy. The host is accommodating and responsive. Common areas are perfect for gathering and spending quality time with your group. Beds were decent and everything was super clean. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you’re looking for. We stayed here in the winter so we did not explore the outdoors but we will most certainly be back!! What a great place!

Mamas’ Weekend Away

Myself and three other friends were able to have a mamas’ weekend away in celebration of our friend getting married in October. We bought matching pj’s, did face masks and watched a movie while snacking on ice cream sundaes! The house was perfect for our weekend! Communication was incredible, the home was immaculately clean, and the space was perfect! It was a very short walk to the beach and close enough to restaurants and shops! I would highly recommend booking your next getaway here!!!

Amazing location and beautiful place to stay

My family and I stayed in this unit and absolutely loved it. Mike, the host, was so proactive in his communication with us that we felt welcomed before we'd even arrived. Once we got to the unit we were even more impressed. First off, the location is amazing. Just minutes from anywhere you'd want to go in York. If you open the windows you can hear the waves. Second it's just such a cozy place! The beds were all super comfortable. The couch in the living room is among the comfiest I've ever sat on. The kitchen is well appointed and clean. Sincerely one of the best places I've stayed in a long while and we'll definitely be back!

Cozy beach house with surprisingly roomy rooms & tons of amenities! TVs in each bedroom with Roku & a fully stocked kitchen for all cooking needs- just add groceries. We weren’t there for the beach but just minutes away from downtown & Nubble Light. Mike the owner was very nice & available if we needed anything.

Girls Getaway

This was a perfect fit for our Girl's Getaway Weekend. The house was centrally located to things we wanted to see and do. We had plenty of room and enjoyed our time there. All of us said we would go back again.

Wonderful Stay

Girls Getaway

We stayed at this house for a girls family getaway to Portsmouth and it was a perfect place to stay! Very clean and the host was very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. Overall we had a great time!
