Njut av vår bekväma tropiska lägenhet för din ö. Vi är direkt tvärs över en av två pooler och BBQ-områden och precis vid den 8: e farleden på golfbanan Waikoloa Beach. I vardagsrummet har vi en 55 "Samsung QLED 4K Smart TV med Surround Sound Bar (Netflix & 300+ kanaler ingår) och en Queen Size Sleeper. Från vår soliga Lanai kan du njuta av en kopp Kona-kaffe och koppla av med vår vackra sjö- och golfutsikt eller koka upp biff och hummer på BBQ-grillen. Det välfyllda gourmetköket har nya rostfria apparater och bänkskivor i granit. Vi har premium-köksredskap, örter och kryddor och köksredskap och bageri. Det stora sovrummet har en mycket bekväm plyschföretag i Kalifornien King Bed, Tommy Bahama lyxiga sängkläder och en 45 "Samsung Smart TV. Gäst sovrummet har två sängar eller kan kombineras för en king size för att rymma ett annat par med en 32 "Samsung TV. Det finns en LG stapelbar ångbricka och torktumlare tillgängliga för din bekvämlighet. Vi har också din strandutrustning redo! Vi har två paraplyer, två kylare, sex strandstolar, två Boogie-brädor och snorkelutrustning, till och med barnens strandleksaker, alla ligger i ditt eget privata garage.

Vår villa är bekvämt beläget tvärs över gatan från stranden och Queens Market Place som erbjuder gott om shopping, restauranger, Starbucks och en gourmetmatmarknad för alla dina varor. Du är också bara några steg från Kings-butikerna som inkluderar exklusiva butiker som Louis Vuitton, Michael Kors, Coach, Tommy Bahama, Tory Birch, Macy's och Tiffany's. Everything about our condo was very nice. It is the best equipped condo with great accessories. After staying in Waikoloa Beach condos for the last 15 years this one has been the nicest in almost all categories. Just a delight to stay there. Mahalo to Lorie for a first class accommodation.

Vacay 2024

We had an amazing time. Beautiful condo. Very comfortable for family of 4. Love the seatings on the balcony. Convenient location. Only complaint was the thin ceiling where we were woken up very early in the morning from kids above running around. Definitely recommend this condominium. We will definitely return.

Our family has been fortunate to have visited the Big Island several times. This was by far the best condo we’ve stayed in! Lorie and Glenn had everything you could possibly need. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful, homey condo in fantastic location

Have stayed in other condo units within the greater complex and Lorie's place stands out. It is in the perfect location, directly across from the Queens Marketplace (and grocery store); is wonderfully furnished and clean; is kept updated; and feels homey rather than a sterile rental unit. It was our second time staying here and we loved it both times.

Beautiful location

This condo is in a great location for shopping, dining and the beach. We especially loved having a garage to park in and all the beach supplies we needed (chairs, umbrella, towels). The condo is spacious and nicely set up. We really enjoyed our two weeks stay and would stay here again. The only negatives were the carpet is very worn and dirty, and the couch is very uncomfortable.

Wonderful stay!

We loved staying at this home on the Big Island! The location was great (we liked the Waikoloa area), and convenient to stores/restaurants. The condo was lovely and very comfortable, and very well equipped. We enjoyed all the beach equipment provided. Communicating with Lorie was very easy and she responded to our questions promptly. Thank you for an amazing stay! We highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again soon!

Lux Villa a MUST

This was our 2nd stay here and it was just as we remembered it. Super easy communication with the owners and onsite manager. The condo has everything you could need and more. Super clean, comfy beds. Quick walk to shops & restaurants and a very nice near by beach. Highly recommend for 2 couples or family. Thanks Lorie & Glen!

Third stay here

There’s a reason we keep coming back! We love staying in this unit. It’s beautiful, clean and fits our needs as a family perfectly. The location is so convenient with the pool across the way, walking distance to shops and restaurants yet very quiet and private. We will be back!

3 generation trip to Hawaii

What a great place! Relaxing on the patio overlooking the golf course with a cup of coffee in the morning or wine in the evening was perfect. Two little shopping areas with grocery and restaurants within a short walking distance. And putting the rental car in a garage was so convenient. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean, quiet, well decorated, and comfortable. I really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was, any tool I could have wanted for cooking was available. My kids loved the pool, so we spent a lot of time there. My husband and I spent most mornings on the lanai, reading, drinking coffee and listening to the breeze in the palms. My only issue with the condo was that we couldn't figure out how to turn the volume down on the TV. Overall we had a fantastic, relaxing time here and would definitely book here again.

Could not have asked for a better stay

We stayed for 17 nights for Ironman '23. 2 adults and 2 15 year old boys. Everything you read in the property description and other reviews is accurate. It was by far the best rental value of all the properties we looked at. More importantly is how responsive and helpful Lorie was/is. It's obvious they take pride in their property and love the Big Island. You will no be disappointed if you stay here.

Great place to spend a week on the big island!

This condo is wonderful- close to all the beaches that we wanted to see, but yet close to Kona, the airport, Waimea, and a quick, easy drive to Hilo. The hosts have left a binder of things to do and places to go that was SO helpful!! This condo had a beautiful lanai overlooking the golf course where we watched the sun rise each morning. We had to drive to the beach, but the sunrises were amazing! Lava Lava Beach Club was a really great place for dinner, and we went to a luau at the Marriott! We loved all of the things that were included- a garage where we could leave all of the beach stuff that was also included. It was a huge benefit to have beach chairs, snorkel gear, and REALLY nice beach towels! Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo is very quiet, finishes are all high end, and the landscaping is beautiful!!

Sweet majestic vacation home

It’s a beautiful, gorgeous, and comfortable vacation home in a great location. Enjoying morning coffee in the Lanai every morning. Love the walks to Queens and Kings Marketplace and all the trails near by. All the restaurants, shopping, and beautiful beaches are so close to home. Very clean and well kept condo. Super comfortable for the 4 of us. The sofa bed is also very comfortable for our girls when they had their cousins coming over for sleepover. We spent 12 days to explore the whole entire big island, had so much fun, and found so many treasures. If we go back to the big island again, will definitely stay here again. Mahalo.

Great!!!

We have stayed at this Condo twice now and highly recommend this property as it is exactly as advertised. Lorie was super accommodating with us leading up to this last visit which was no sure bet due to C19 and the travel restrictions coming over from the mainland. She is responsive and helpful. The lanai at this condo is fantastic and the home is well appointed and stocked with everything you need. Waikoloa is a great location with close access to the best beaches on the island (in our opinion). Highly recommended!! Aloha!

Perfect for family vacation/marathon

We reserved this spot because my husband was running the Kona Marathon. The location was just steps away from the start/finish line which made it easy for the 5:30 start time and for our son and I to go back and forth to watch him run by. After, we enjoyed the pool along with all of pool toys Lorie provided, nearby beaches, Lava Lava Beach club and the convenience of the nearby shops. This condo is so clean, nicely decorated and furnished. Sitting out in the lanai with a glass of wine was perfect at the end of the day. If this isn't enough to say how nice this place is, we just booked it again for next year and we just got back two weeks ago!! Booking, payment and communication between Lorie and I was a breeze too!

Wonderful condo!

This is a fantastic property! Lorie was very responsive and easy to deal with. The unit was clean and well stocked for our two weeks. The large lanai is the best feature!! We stay in Hawaii a lot and the lanai was the biggest so far. Great place to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. The bbq on the lanai was also a nice bonus! The view of the golf course and animal sounds is lovely. The unit is literally a few steps from one of the pools, which is nice. You can also walk to Queens marketplace or the Kings shops. You are also close to ABay beach and lots of great dining. The condo was very clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our trip. We used the garage for parking and appreciated the snorkel gear, cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Airport is only 20 minutes away and Kona about 30 minutes. We will definitely stay there again! You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here! Thx Lorie!

I’ve lost track of how many times we’ve stayed here.

I want to say this was our fourth time staying in this condo. We started coming here when my husband started running the Kona Marathon because of the location being just across the street from the start and finish line. When we arrived this time, I literally exhaled with relief because I was immediately reminded of how stress free, relaxed and comfortable I feel in this condo. This condo is immaculate! Everything is exactly how I would have it in my own home. And this is how I feel here, at home. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean, kitchen is stocked with everything you need, lanai is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and end your day with a glass of wine. I have napped out there!! From check in to checking out, Lorie and Glenn have made staying here, every time, so simple.
