Luxury 2-Suite Villa with Fairway & partial Ocean views

Take a deep breath and relax in our fully stocked villa with all the beach, kitchen, laundry, grill and bathroom amenities taken care of.

Enjoy your down time with the birds and breeze on our secluded lanai without a car, road or parking lot in sight.

We're in Hali'i Kai resort, a private gated community with the incredible Ocean Club restaurant/bar/fitness center overlooking Maui and the Pacific. All resort fees are paid/included. No Surprise Charges!

Our villa features Two full private suites with king beds perfect for up to 4 guests to stay. TVs with Spectrum cable and Roku 4K are in every room.

Raid the excursion closet with beach chairs, canopy, snorkeling, tennis, pickle ball, boogie boards, towels, totes and all manner of other gear you could possibly imagine.

Our entire villa is privately yours for the duration of your stay as are two free reserved parking spots. One is a carport, the other a surface spot.

Great place

Great overall experience, nice condo and great pool/dining area. Well kept grounds and quiet. Lance and Susan were genuinely nice hosts, we left a whole drawer full of personal items and they went to great efforts to return them to us. Love the big island and this is a great landing place to relax and enjoy!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location of the condo was ideal—close to our favorite beach, Hapuna, and just a short drive to great shops and restaurants. The resort itself had excellent amenities—small, quiet, and personal, which made it feel extra relaxing. We loved working out in the open air gym and watching the sunset every day by the pool. The condo was spotless and well-stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having basic seasonings and pantry items on hand—something you don’t find at many rentals. The closet full of beach toys and accessories was perfect for our beach days!Communication with the owner was easy, and they were so accommodating and friendly. We truly felt the aloha spirit throughout our stay. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat—highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay!

Lovely condo in a beautifully landscaped condo complex. The pool area with restaurant right on the ocean is amazing! Close to shopping and restaurants. A true piece of paradise on the big island!

We had an excellent stay at this property. Great location, clean & nicely decorated etc. We loved the private pool/restaurant with it’s wonderful ocean views! We come to the Big Island yearly just for a week of R&R. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Lance & Susan!

Our favorite on the Big Island so far!

Well appointed unit, updated, with lots of essentials. Plenty of beach toys and located directly across from the sport court. Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra towels and other necessities. We’ll be back!

True Paradise!

Everything about our stay was phenomenal. The villa was incredibly clean. The decor was lovely. It just felt luxurious and much more exclusive than the Hilton next door (though we did enjoy walking over and snorkeling in the lagoon). We could tell a lot of thought went into making sure everything at the villa was just right which made our vacation even more special. The mattresses were very comfortable, and our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub every night at sunset. The location was perfect, and we will definitely be back to stay here again!

Amazing accommodations in Waikaloa

My family and I had a fantastic stay in 5B! It was a perfect spot for exploring the main shopping places as well as visiting the many beaches or just relaxing and enjoying the view from the patio. This was our first time at the Hali’i Kai and we hope to be back and make it a regular family vacation spot. The condo was very well equipped with beach gear, towels, cooking gear, and more. Check in and out was a breeze! The hosts were so accommodating and EXTREMELY responsive
 like instant replies to a text after our flight got in late. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you Lance and Susan!!!

Clean and well maintained

We were all delighted by the best vacation home rental from day 1 to the our departure day after a week’s stay. The location is perfect ,beautiful and good natural privacy screens, green and colorful. The home was well maintained, clean, well stocked with essentials one would need in a home, from kitchen to bathrooms, and beach . The hosts put a lot of thought into making everyone’s stay perfect . We would stay here again the next time we visit the Big Island . It is the perfect location, just beside Hilton Vacations Club, with the King’s and Queen’s shopping places in nice walking distance , and the Island Gourmet Market place /grocery just a 1.1 mile very short drive or walking. We had the most fun, pleasant, and restive vacation ever

I cannot express how great this trip was for my husband and I. We have stayed at several different condos on property that nowhere compared to this condo. The owners check on us throughout the visit and made us feel completely welcome. The moment we arrived we will most definitely Booking this condo again next year. kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance needed clothes, washing soap was there they had a closet filled with extra towels and supplies. They had bags for the beach chairs for the beach. You just couldn’t imagine anything that they left out love out on the outdoor patio watching the golfers golf and seeing the ocean also, the end

Amazing Property

My wife and I celebrated my birthday at this wonderful condo. The home was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home and more. You can almost consider this two master beds as the second be has a great sliding door for privacy. The deck was very pleasant and we spent most morning enjoying breakfast and watching the golfers go by. The neighborhood pool / restaurant / bar is spectacular! Right at the end of the complex overlooking the ocean. Great service and the food was excellent. The owner communication was excellent while checking in and out was a breeze. We had a relaxing and pleasant stay only wishing we could have stayed longer. We strongly recommend this unit!

Beautiful property

This is a beautiful property with a view of a golf course and the Hilton. There is a little view of the ocean a distance away. The beach club is great. It is right by the ocean. A pretty pool, but the deepest part is 4 feet. Nice exercise facility and restaurant right at the pool. Music on Friday and Saturday nights. The condo had everything we needed to cook. There was condiments, spices, oil, coffee etc. that were left for us to use. Plenty of paper products, shampoo, conditioner, soap provided by the owners and other toiletries left by previous visitors. The beds were very comfortable. Being in building 5 it takes between 5 and 10 minutes to walk to the beach club depending on how fast you walk. We also walked from the beach club to the black sand beach which took us a half hour. There was multiple snorkels, masks and fins. A boogie board, small cooler, lots of swim noodles, 4 beach chairs, putters for the putting green, and other toys to use. We had a great time,

Couldn't Ask for a Better Property on the Big Island!

We spent two wonderful weeks at this condo in beautiful Hali’i Kai, a very quiet gated community right on the ocean in Waikoloa. We particularly loved sunsets at the ocean-front pool and dinner at the adjoining private Ocean Club restaurant, which had surprisingly good food (we ate there several times during our stay). The private, well-furnished and tastefully decorated two-bedroom unit has a great layout overlooking the golf course and a partial view of the ocean from the patio - a pleasant setting for morning coffee. The attentive owners have provided literally everything you might need, from beach chairs, umbrella, towels, tote bag, cooler with pre-frozen ice packs, and snorkel equipment, right down to a selection of condiments and office supplies. A very nice welcome gift greeted us upon arrival at this spotless unit. The private covered parking space is also a nice feature. I believe Lance & Susan live on-island and use the unit frequently, so they stay on top of any maintenance issues – and it shows! They seem to genuinely care about their guests and respond almost immediately to any request. We’ve stayed in Kona in the past, but infinitely prefer Waikoloa. We couldn’t imagine a better location on the Big Island than Villa 5B Hali’i Kai, or better hosts than Lance and Susan.

It was everything that we hoped for and more. There wasn’t an item that we were missing for our stay. From beach gear to kitchen items to the absolutely wonderful king size beds. Very comfortable.The view was fantastic and Hali Kai is a great resort. Never fear in booking this unit as the homeowners cover the daily resort fee. A very nice touch. Beautiful condo and views, high quality amenities and very responsive owners

Everything about this condo is wonderful! The cleanliness, the amenities & providing all the information needed from check in to check out was fantastic! I rely on all the reviews from VRBO which is why I rented this condo. The view from the back patio to see a glimpse of ocean & beautiful green landscaping & lava rocks is amazing! A great place to have coffee in the morning & a glass of wine with dinner in the evening & watch sunset. The owners provide everything you could possibly need & more to have a wonderful stay/vacation. All the kitchen spices & kitchen ware you could possibly need. The closet filled with beach chairs, beach towels, snorkeling gear, pickleball equipment, beach bags to use at the beach, a cooler for food at the beach were all there. There is so much more in the closet that we didn't use, but they thought of everything to enjoy the sun, surf & sand. The pool located on the edge of the ocean gives the best sunset views you could ask for. We enjoyed having cocktails & delicious meals & appetizers from the bar/restaurant while watching sunset. The waitstaff was so nice. The owners are very responsive & helpful. Whenever I had questions, they responded online within minutes from the time I made the reservation to the last day of our stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo to make our stay comfortable (the bed was so comfortable and slept so well) & fun. We will recommend this condo to anyone that is going to stay in Waikoloa!
