Detta fyra sovrum, 1. 5 badhus med trägolv i hela, ligger i stadsgränserna i Walhalla, SC. Tant Helens bröder byggde huset 1947 för sin mamma, som var tvungen att flytta till stan efter att deras pappa dog. Huset har varit i familjen sedan dess och Steve och jag är tredje generationens ägare.

Huset har aldrig varit ockuperat av en rökare, och det är mycket rent. Det har fortfarande känslan av 80-talet, men sängkläder och sängkläder har uppdaterats, tillsammans med några av rummen. Det har helt nya apparater, och badrummet har totalrenoverats. Sofforna har också bytts ut i vardagsrummet.

Vi har bekvämligheterna från 2000-talet med satellit-tv i ett sovrum och i vardagsrummet och snabba WIFI.

Det finns gott om historia i Walhalla att se och läsa om, och staden är belägen i ett centralt läge för allt du och din familj skulle vilja göra. Oconee County är ett bra ställe att komma och besöka om du njuter av naturen. Det har spektakulära vattenfall, forsränning, flod- och sjöfiske, museer, shopping, festivaler, cykling, motorcykling, vandring, golf, Clemson University, gamla kyrkor, höstlöv och bärplockning. Kom och besök området. Jag gjorde det 1998 och har inte lämnat. Det är ett fantastiskt område med en liten stadskänsla.

Great hiking stay

The location was great for access to waterfall hikes and for walking to restaurants and window shopping. The home was comfortable and had a wide selection of kitchen accessories. It was great sitting on the porch at the end of the day.

Perfect

This charming house was very comfortable. It had everything needed to enjoy several days over Thanksgiving. What a treat of a find. The layout is spacious. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen was used for a complete Thanksgiving dinner. Tons of football was enjoyed on the TVs. It’s convenient to jump to town or walk in the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

All the comforts of home

Great location, quiet and safe. Large, very clean house, kitchen has everything you need. Easy walking to downtown and close to multiple state and county parks. Would definitely book here again.

Football game stay

House was clean, comfortable, and totally stocked. Quiet neighborhood near town of Walhalla. Convenient to Clemson for games, Convenient to many outdoor activities . Owner was very helpful with our special request. Would definitely stay again.

3rd stay at this rental

Charming, so well-stocked, comfortable rental in Walhalla--our 3rd time here and always have had a wonderful time. Owner is so responsive to any issues. We had a power outage due to a storm and she handled phoning the power company and informed us as to when the power was due back on. We have rented houses in Fl, AZ, and ME, and this one is by far the best-stocked with kitchen equipment, cleaning products and paper products. The unit is always clean upon our arrival. The beds are comfortable and all electrical equipment works fine. Linens are abundant and we appreciate not having to bring much with us. The bedrooms are very large, with lots of storage space if you need it. We would recommend this rental if you need a quiet, comfortable, affordable place to stay in/near Walhalla.

Family get away

Such a wonderful getaway, house was clean and quiet. Reminded me of my grandma's... Just about everything you needed other than groceries. Close to what we needed. Great price, would definitely stay again.

Great affordable house

Close to town but still quiet — went to see some fall foliage but we were a little too early. Enjoyed lots of hiking, waterfalls and golf! House was stocked very well with all necessities! Only suggestions would be need an exhaust in bathroom and maybe in the future make the basement more usable. Thanks so much!!

Outstanding hospitality!

This is a repeat visit to this home and we love it as always! The owners provide everything we need, the neighborhood is friendly and convenient to everything. Cozy Walhalla Cottage

We enjoy our time here every visit and this was no exception! Alann is the consummate hostess, and we find everything we need in ample supply. It's close to come cute restaurants, a long walk or short drive to downtown, and of course, the lake and hiking! Fabulous home away from home - highly recommend.
