Amazing family compound

This was first time VRBO staying and thanks to such a wonderful experience - we will be using often. This property and the scheduling and process was streamlined and wonderful house had great pool, hot tub, location, two full houses and plenty of towels and dishes and bbq to feel at home during our stay.

LOVE THIS PLACE

I have booked with the owner twice and both times, my guest love the property. Close to grocery stores, escape rooms, and so much more. We love the pool and jacuzzi and if there are any concerns, we just contact the owners and they are right on it. Also, there are not many concerns that we come across. You will enjoy this place. Fully furnished, two full homes on the property. both homes with 2 full bathrooms. It's a great stay.

Great place for a group!

The hosts were excellent at communicating and were able to help us when we needed something (such as a cooler for the week or early check in). Cute place with a nice pool! There were a couple spots that weren't 100% clean (one of the walls in the bunk bed room and some of the dishes). The location is close to a lot of things in the area so that was great! The kitchen was well stocked which was very helpful for our group (I will add there was no dishwasher, just in case someone would be expecting that). Overall I would definitely recommend this place and it was a good experience!

Great property!

I rented this property for our family and my son who had a few days off after returning from deployment. I didn’t know how many of his buddies he might be bringing with him so I wanted to ensure we had ample space. The houses were perfect and the pool was wonderful for relaxing and cooling off. Everything was clean and inviting. We extended our stay by one day with no problem. There was an issue with the air conditioning in one house however the owner was very responsive and it was repaired in a couple of hours. I would definitely rent this home again.

Great layout for a family gathering

We brought together two families and a grandparent to stay at this great little property. The outdoor space was wonderful and gave us an opportunity to connect while there was plenty of room for us to stay and relax on our own as well. Great communication with the owner who was very responsive to all texts, although we didn’t really need anything. House is set up with towels and pool toys. Just bring yourself for some fun!

Amazing host and home

My guest and I really enjoyed this space. It had everything that we needed and more. Rigoberto was an awesome host. He responds quickly and ensures satisfaction. We did not have any serious concerns. The listing looks identical to the photos of the site except in person it’s much bigger. This was an amazing home. Thank you so much for our stay and we look forward to returning soon.

Everything in one place!

My large family enjoyed the home so much, we never left! The pool and sun and each other was all we needed for five days. Saved so much money cooking at home and the fact that there was a grill and two kitchen meant the teens could actually help out with some prep work. It was so wonderful, after last year, our first outing and being together in one place. The host was great to communicate with and very helpful. The entire experience— Really awesome!

Great weekend grilling and enjoying the heated pool in November

This property was perfect for Friendsgiving with our group of 12, with room to spare. We got down on the cooking and took full advantage of the two kitchens and bbq grill, to spectacular results. I was unsure how a heated pool would work out in November, but it worked perfectly both day and night when the weather swung from the mid 80s to 60s. Finally, Rigoberto was a perfect host. He was always responsive through VRBO, provided his cell, and gave me all the information I needed, mostly before I even asked. Overall, a great rental experience. Thank you Roberto!

House was very spacious , pool was perfect!

Manager was quick with replies, property was fully stocked with with cooking supplies and even had some food in cabinet . Definitely would recommend to others .

Very comfortable

The house and casita were perfect for my family. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature without having to use the heater. The internet went in and out several times, but the owner was very responsive in trying to fix the issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Probably the perfect house for a golf group. Had 2 separate homes on one property, with the pool and hot tub between them. Tons of seating outside as well. And being close to downtown was great for an Uber trip for dinner. The best part was the super comfortable beds. One of our group noted the brand in the second house and will buy one when home. Kitchens don’t have dishwashers, but was no problem and probably keep things cleaner. And the neighbourhood was very quite and safe. Walked one night to Ramon to eat at Bubba’s Bones (which was great) and had no worries. Took about 30 minutes. Overall a great home that we will probably rent again this year or same time next year. Communication was great with owner as well. Rent it!

Just as Pictured

We rented the property for a 50th birthday and had family and friends staying in the houses. There was plenty of room for 9 adults. Everything was clean with plenty of towels for the bathrooms, and even hotel-like shampoo/ conditioner /body wash were provided. The location was great. Close to the 10 and not far from lots to do in the area. Parking was enough for 5 or 6 cars since we had use of the 2 car garage. The coffeemakers are Keurigs in both houses. We weren't sure but could have asked ahead of time, as the owners are very responsive to other questions. Our only suggestions would be about the squeeky bed in the first bedroom of the front house and it would be nice to have 2 keys so folks could move between the houses easily. Everyone had a great time and would be happy to stay there again. Thanks!
