Vår enkla nivå, 3-sovrum, 3-bad villa är bara 5 minuters promenad till stranden! Inget behov av badhanddukar, solstolar eller parasoller heller. Det är allt tillhandahållet. Great open plan property

I thought was a great for a family of four (or five), everyone had their own space. The large outdoor living area was a great place to eat with plenty of shade. We would stay here again.

Wonderful area, primarily went to el surf beach club. House was great and location is excellent. We were a bit surprised how expensive the restaurants and grocery stores were. Great place for families.

Incredible house in Punta Mita

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Las Palmas! From booking to departure, the concierge team was so helpful in arranging transportation, chefs, and reservations. Housekeeping every day is the loveliest touch. This is my second time in Punta Mita and I'm so impressed with the service and attention to detail the entire community has. I was a little worried the house would feel small for 8 adults, but it felt so much larger than photographed. We loved spending time at the beach clubs during the day & going for an evening swim in the pool when we got back. Everyone who joined this trip is already looking forward to doing it again soon!

Wonderful Stay!

Our family of four had a great time at Suzanne's villa in Punta Mita. The villa was clean, well stocked and had a beautiful view of the 3rd tee of the Pacifico course. The concierge Eli was responsive and helpful with all our questions. Having the golf cart and access to all of the beach clubs was great, each club has its own flavor and personality. The villa was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in, we will absolutely visit again!

Relaxing Family Vacation

Great Trip

Property was perfect for our two families (4 adults and 4 children total). Both Suzanne and the concierge Eli were super responsive and fantastic to work with. The unit was clean and spacious and in a great location. We will definitely return!

Perfectly relaxing week

I can’t say enough nice things about the house. The layout is perfect, the location divine, the beach club was our home away from home and the golf cart made it easy to get around. Eli and Lupita took great care of us. Only minor thing — the freezer doesn’t work well — but overall 5+ stars. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing! Exactly the kind of paradise I was looking for!

This place is my new favorite getaway. It's even more stunning than the pictures, and so warm and welcoming that you'd think this is your best friend's home. My favorite part was the dipping pool: a perfect temperature to dip your feet in to cool off while laying out in the sun. We didn't get a chance to golf, but will definitely be coming back to give it a shot!

We enjoyed our stay at Las Palmas immensely. Our concierge Eli, was incredibly helpful. We loved having the ability to golf and use the beach clubs. El surf was the favorite. Our location on the golf course with ocean views was very nice. Golf carting around was fun too. Thank you Suzanne and Eli.

Spring Break in Paradise

We've rented in other areas in PM before, but wanted to try Los Palmas and this unit was fantastic. We wanted to book it again for Xmas but it was already rented. Can't say enough great things about this rental, the location, the amenities, concierge Eli, the owner was very responsive prior to our arrival, and the use of the golf cart was fantastic. daily house keeping was top notch as well.

Excellent space, excellent experience!

A few of us had done Punta Mita via villa rentals before, and others the hotel experience. We definitely have some villa converts! The Las Palmas 24 itself is just beautiful, perfectly appointed with an excellent layout. The bedrooms and bathrooms (indoor/outdoor shower was lovely), kitchen, living room spaces are a patio were all top notch. When not sleeping we mainly hung out on the patio, and were fortunate enough to see whales breaching while lounging over breakfast. The pool was perfect for a cool-down during the day and wind-down after dinner. Insofar as the service is concerned, Eli, the concierge was very helpful with our transport, grocery, and logistics requests. There was more cleaning service than we had expected (no complaints from us). The golf cart was just the level of flexibility we needed o get around the property and inner portions of PdM. Needless to say, we will be back and highly recommend!

beautiful property, access to beach wonderful, wonderful housekeeper. One issue: It advertises that gym is accessible. Day 1: we paid $70 to access the gym Day 2: were told we can't use until after 12noon Day 3: were told we cant use until after 1pm. Not consistent and inconvenient.

Amazing private villa behind the gates of the unbelievably safe community of Punta Mita

This villa is perfect and matched our expectations exactly. The 3 bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, yet very private. We had 3 couples on our trip and it was the perfect setup for us. However, we all talked about how it was completely family friendly and we discussed bringing our kids back to the house. The private pool was awesome and the golf cart made it easy to go to the beach clubs and restaurants. The community itself is incredibly safe. It is “behind the gates” within the master planned community of Punta Mita. Security is super tight and we never felt like “we were in Mexico” while within the gates. By the way, the gates community is HUGE. It includes golf courses, hotels, beach clubs, smaller private residential communities. This is literally the best place I have ever been to in Mexico. And I have been to Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta, Cabo, Playa del Carmen, and Ensenada. Beats them all and even rivals Hawaii. Book it. You won’t regret doing so.

Beach Paradise

We had a wonderful stay with our family at this beautiful property. The location, rooms and staff were fantastic. We also enjoyed the outside and pool, as well as all of the beach clubs the property allows access. The one downside was the entirety of our stay there was construction with a pipe immediately outside of the property, including loud machinery. It lasted from 8-6 daily with the workers passing by within feet of the pool and porch area the entire day. It also interfered with our views. I understand this was just unfortunate timing for us.

Punta Mita is a spectacular resort community, unlike anywhere else in Mexico. We purchased the villa in 2015 as our second home and the next door villa three years later as extra space for friends and family to stay when visiting.

This villa features expansive indoor-outdoor living areas and is very light and welcoming. It's a quick walk or golf cart ride over to the Pacifico Beach Club, or along the fairway to the famed 3B golf hole, and close to everything in Punta Mita! The gourmet kitchen as well as the large, covered terrace (with gas grill), provides for indoor-outdoor living. The kitchen means coffee is close, as well as convenient breakfasts, snacks, or cocktails. Also, there's a lovely plunge pool on the patio, heated in cooler months. This villa is very peaceful and quiet, and overlooks the Jack Nicklaus Pacifico course in Punta Mita, with views to the ocean and the famous 3B "Tail of the Whale" Island hole. Being inside the gates of Punta Mita, means you also enjoy dining privileges at both the Four Seasons and St. Regis resorts at Punta Mita.
