This is a great villa located in the Las Palmas area, great location on the Pacifico golf course. Can see the ocean in the distance. Very clean and well appointed amenities. Eli, the local concierge was very responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Would highly recommend!!

Great open plan property

I thought was a great for a family of four (or five), everyone had their own space. The large outdoor living area was a great place to eat with plenty of shade. We would stay here again.

Great location. Eli was super helpful.

Wonderful area, primarily went to el surf beach club. House was great and location is excellent. We were a bit surprised how expensive the restaurants and grocery stores were. Great place for families.

Amazing place for a family vacation

We enjoyed our stay so much we plan to return! The villa was even better than we had anticipated. The rooms were spacious and the common and outdoor areas were beautiful. The location is perfect. The concierge was attentive and super helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Relaxing Family Vacation

We had 6 adults + a 9 yr old and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this perfect sized home. The pictures online were very accurate. The property manager Eli was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely come back!

Great Trip

Property was perfect for our two families (4 adults and 4 children total). Both Suzanne and the concierge Eli were super responsive and fantastic to work with. The unit was clean and spacious and in a great location. We will definitely return!

We have been visiting Punta mita for several years. This property was beautifully renovated. Suzanne was very flexible as we had to shift our dates after booking. This property is as good as it gets! Highly recommend!

Unbelieveable!!

Beautiful Villa in a perfect location. Close to beach clubs as well as golf courses and you can walk to the beach!! Immaculate and beautifully decorated. Just returned from my second stay and will go many many more times.

Wonderful Stay!

Our family of four had a great time at Suzanne's villa in Punta Mita. The villa was clean, well stocked and had a beautiful view of the 3rd tee of the Pacifico course. The concierge Eli was responsive and helpful with all our questions. Having the golf cart and access to all of the beach clubs was great, each club has its own flavor and personality. The villa was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in, we will absolutely visit again!

Perfectly relaxing week

I can’t say enough nice things about the house. The layout is perfect, the location divine, the beach club was our home away from home and the golf cart made it easy to get around. Eli and Lupita took great care of us. Only minor thing — the freezer doesn’t work well — but overall 5+ stars. We can’t wait to come back!

Family fun

We enjoyed our stay at Las Palmas immensely. Our concierge Eli, was incredibly helpful. We loved having the ability to golf and use the beach clubs. El surf was the favorite. Our location on the golf course with ocean views was very nice. Golf carting around was fun too. Thank you Suzanne and Eli.

Spring Break in Paradise

We've rented in other areas in PM before, but wanted to try Los Palmas and this unit was fantastic. We wanted to book it again for Xmas but it was already rented. Can't say enough great things about this rental, the location, the amenities, concierge Eli, the owner was very responsive prior to our arrival, and the use of the golf cart was fantastic. daily house keeping was top notch as well.

Wonderful!

We loved our time at this beautiful home in Punta Mita! We hope to come back sooner than later! Travelled with three teenagers who proclaimed it to be one of their most favorite family vacations. Incredible house in Punta Mita

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Las Palmas! From booking to departure, the concierge team was so helpful in arranging transportation, chefs, and reservations. Housekeeping every day is the loveliest touch. This is my second time in Punta Mita and I'm so impressed with the service and attention to detail the entire community has. I was a little worried the house would feel small for 8 adults, but it felt so much larger than photographed. We loved spending time at the beach clubs during the day & going for an evening swim in the pool when we got back. Everyone who joined this trip is already looking forward to doing it again soon!
