Perfect landing pad

We took the kids skiing for Spring Break, and this condo was perfect! So many details that made it seem like home, with comfy beds, plenty of towels, and nice cookware. We loved the hot tub and used the trolley every day.

Mid week getaway

We decided to take mid week little trip to Breckenridge while my daughter was on Christmas break and really enjoyed staying here. It was quiet, clean, well managed and had a close hot tub onsite. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect in every way!

Ski trip to Breck

The Atrium is a great property with all the amenities. It’s located on the bus route that drops you off at Beaver Run by the lift. We had a great time and will definitely go back!

Great location to Downtown

We were in town for the annual snow sculpting event. Great location for walking to Main street & event and bonus sledding hill right behind the condo for kids! Very communicative host and super clean, well stocked, condo. We will stay here again.

Ski trip

This condo was the perfect place for my group of 4 adults during our ski trip. We easily could’ve fit 2 more people here too. The condo was super clean and the breck free ride bus system was so convenient. Just steps from the front door! Would stay here again.

Wonderful stay

This property is very well located and well stocked. Everything is in great condition and is warm and inviting. The photos really don't do it justice. The view from the balcony is trees and a local park where we went sledding multiple times. Walking distance to a lot of things, plus the free trolley stops right outside. You will need an all wheel drive tho. Communication was excellent plus they send you tons of info on the area, very well organized. I would be happy to stay here again.

All of the things we were looking for!

Wonderful stay at this property over Spring Break. It was perfect...Private, yet conveniently located close to slopes, Main Street, and anything else you could want in Breck. The house is very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals in (blender, crockpot, pots/pans, spices). Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was awesome. Very updated and comfortable. Great location!

It was very clean, newly updated and comfortable. The building itself it a bit dated but must have been quite the lodge in it's time. The unit is newly remodeled with all new appliances and beautiful bathrooms. We loved the location as well. Very quick and easy to get to the hill and also part of the old town and 2 blocks from Main street - where all the action is!

Ski stay

Wonderful stay at the Atrium close to Main Street. 1/2 mile walk about. We walked to dinner every night. The trolley bus just outside the building takes you right to the gondola to go to gondola 1 at Breck. Super convenient. Home was beautifully decorated and very clean.

Cozy and Comfortable stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo offers a perfect winter escape. With its warm ambiance and thoughtful decor, it's an inviting haven from the chilly outdoors. The equipped kitchen and comfortable living space make it easy to relax and recharge. Its location near skiing, snowboarding, restaurants and bars adds to its appeal. The host (or management company) were attentive and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again! The condo is within walking distance to the Quicksilver ski lift (the busiest of them all). Having said that, that 1/2 mile feels like 10 when you carry your gear in altitude. We "discovered" Uber on day two which was a nice luxury.

Kitchen was fully equipped, beds were comfy and bathrooms were modern. Lots of puzzles and parlor games to use. Ski Locker and garage space were greatly valued. Met friendly neighbors in the hot tub and shared grill! Easy walk out to bus and trolley service to Peak 9 and Gondola. Will stay again.

Best Stay in Breckenridge

The property was the best VRBO / any other rental that we have stayed in in Breckenridge out of our 15+ stays in Breck. Will be looking to stay here every time I spend the night in Breck.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo was great in a perfect location the bus picked us up and dropped us off right out side the condo. It was clean and very comfortable just the right amount of space for 5 people. The only thing for the owner to look into was the shower door in the master bedroom leaked from the rubber connectors on the glass and would make a puddle on the floor
