Thank you for sharing your feedback about your stay. We're glad to hear that overall, the condo was clean and neat, with a good location and plenty of room. However, we apologize for the inconveniences you experienced, such as the issue with the AC unit, the shortage of extra blankets, the shower curtain, and the non-functional Jacuzzi jets. Your feedback is important to us, and we'll address these issues to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for choosing us, and we appreciate your understanding. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future with an improved experience.

Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. Your input is valuable, and we hope to provide a better experience for you in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent 2-night stay with us. We're glad to hear that you found our place nice, and we appreciate your honest insights about areas that could use improvement. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the condition of the blinds and curtains. We understand the importance of maintaining a comfortable and well-appointed environment, and we'll certainly look into addressing these issues to ensure a more pleasant experience for our guests. Your feedback will be invaluable in guiding us toward these updates. Regarding the indoor pool, we apologize for any confusion caused by the advertisement. We're sorry to hear that you were under the impression that the indoor pool was able to be used. Our advertisement for the property simply states communal pool. In the written description, it states that it is an outdoor pool. Your input is incredibly valuable to us, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve and provide a better experience for our guests. We appreciate your understanding and hope that these concerns did not detract significantly from your overall stay. If you ever choose to stay with us again, we're committed to making your experience more enjoyable and hassle-free. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns.

Thank you Dayla for your feedback. We apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your stay.

Thank you Steven for your feedback. We do not know why the gates were open. The association is in charge of the gates, and not sure why they were left open. This unit is located in Branson, and it does advertise that it sits just outside of the main area. We apologize that you didn't enjoy your stay.

We are sorry about your experience! We wish you would've let us know so we could have rectified the situation! Please let us know when you would like to return, so we can find you better accommodations!

Thank you Jennifer! We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay!

Hi Evonna, Thank you for the feedback! We will pass the information along to the owner so they are aware of the issues. Next time you come to Branson mention you've stayed with us before for a repeat guest discount! Thanks!
