House was clean, could use a little TLC on the inside. Pool was nice to have after walking Universal all day. It could use a little scrubbing. It would be nice if the house had some salt/pepper and seasoning. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. It worked perfectly for us, and the price was cheaper than a hotel.

Property was nice amd convenient. I will say, the bedsheets didnt feel very clean and the tv was a hassle to turn on and off. Probably batteries needed. Still kind of baffled that they dont offer washclothes as well. The waterpark was amazing!

Location is superb with a car, very easy to get to Disney and Universal parks. Grocery stores minutes away. Great communication throughout. Few things missing which I mentioned when we departed but it had no impact on our stay, just a few things we noticed. Very happy and would stay again.

Summer Vacay

Good experience, quick customer service, and over all fun experience. 20 minute drive to Disney parks, lots of dining options close (or grocery stores if you prefer) to cook! The on propery waterpark was fun for both kids and adults to enjoy and relax. The gym is also a plus!Kids enjoyed the pool! Plenty of space for a family of 6!

Weekend with friends

It was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend more firm mattresses but overall a great experience. Excellent communication throughout the whole weekend.

Wonderful stay with excellent communication!

We had an amazing stay at Storey Lake! The place was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. It felt like a home away from home with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure all our questions were answered promptly, which really enhanced the overall experience.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and hassle-free stay. Would definitely book again!

Did the job for our family.

Was clean and comfortable. Bbq was supposed to be included, but was locked. No extra trash bags, and some cars were racing on the street in the middle of the night.Everything else was great, and everyone in our group enjoyed our stay there.

Need to let customer know there's no wash/body cloth to wash and no way to control the temperature in the home and it was cold. Was told that code will be e-mail to me to open the home and it wasn't. Use told the way of Communication was delay due to their system

Choose a different property for your vacation!!!!

The unit looks exactly like the photos. But the cleanliness of the unit was extremely poor. The master bedroom had trash in the bathroom trashcan from I assume the previous tenants. The shower curtain and liner has pink and brown stains on it like it has not been changed in a year. Absolutely gross! We had 8 guests and 8 towels and wash clothes were not provided so we had to purchase our own since we arrived to the unit too late for anyone to respond to us. I assume some of their property dishwashers do not work because ours and another renters that we met outside said theirs also did not work. Even after flipping the breaker there was no luck. To top it all off the Air Conditioner failed in 100 degree weather that we had to sleep in. They couldn’t send their AC technician until the next day who did not knock!! The technician put in the code to the front door and just walked in!!! No announcement whatsoever! To have a stranger walk in the unit while my family and friends are in the unit is completely unprofessional and unacceptable!! The entrance gates to the property also did not work properly. I asked to be compensated for the inconvenience and instead I received no response regarding that. The only good thing about this property is the water park !!

Disappointing

Layout of house was great but incredibly dirty with mold, mildew, dust and dirt everywhere. Would totally fire the cleaning company! Kitchen not well stocked at al, one dishwashing tablet for the 3 days just to find out on the last day that dishwasher didn’t actually work. Management company not very communicative and did nothing to improve situation. Checkin took more than 30 mins in a car line waiting to get in. Lazy river and rides were great, took 40mins to order drinks though, but staff were great.

DePaula Vacation Rental

The location was beautiful and convenient. The property itself had so much to offer. Our own little pool and a water park that we thoroughly enjoyed.. On the other side of the spectrum; the dishwasher didn’t work (I tried to contact vacation property with no response during our stay). There was very little line for showers or for doing the dishes. So we bought those. And the condo itself was nice but definitely could use better cleaning for sure. Overall good experience and we will return.

Family Disney Trip

The property size, location and amenities were excellent. We enjoyed the private pool and the water park. The location was excellent as it was close to Disney, shopping and many restaurants. It was clean except I would recommend a good washing of the baseboards. Beds were extremely comfortable and clean, and kitchen well supplied. My only concern was lack of information prior to our arrival, I tried to contact the management with some questions prior to our arriving and had great difficulty getting responses. In the end, a huge thanks to Erica who was able to get me assistance from Emma and get all my concerns answered. After our arrival I received lots of communication from them so not an issue. I would book this property again but not through VRBO because there were many hidden fees added on by them that were not included in the price of the property showing on their site. Overall a great property.

Disappointed

The positives- space, location, decor and some amenities. The negatives- the pool was full of algae and wasn’t fixed until our last day so we couldn’t enjoy it. House was t very clean. There are minimal amenities and lacked many things I’ve had in other VRBO’s, including kitchen stuff- most places encourage you to leave behind leftover things like trash bags, paper towel etc, so other guests can use them if want to. There was one roll (not even new) of toilet paper per bath and one (1/2 roll) of paper towels and one trash bag, There are only a handful of bath towels, no wash cloths or dish cloths. So, if you rent this place, certainly stock up on necessities before you get there. The most disappointing part is the lack of response and willingness to make the pool situation right for 5+ days. Still waiting…. We have a 10 year old who couldn’t use the pool except for our last day.
