Bo mitt i hjärtat av Savannah på Habersham 3, en rymlig lägenhet med två våningar i det historiska Paul Hamilton Williams House. Denna enhet (ligger på de översta våningarna i hemmet) erbjuder klassisk charm i en urban miljö. Nyligen köpt år 2013 har fastigheten alla nya möbler och bekvämligheter - professionellt inredda av Tybee Vacation Rentals med högsta gästkomfort i åtanke. Habersham # 3 är en 3 sovrum, 2. 5 bad lägenhet och ligger på tredje och fjärde våningen i hemmet. På bottenvåningen finns ett kombinerat vardagsrum / kök / matsal med en drottning bäddsoffa, matplats med pubbord och 4 barstolar vid frukostbaren, fullt utrustat kök, HD-TV och Blu-ray-spelare i vardagsrum. Precis utanför vardagsrummet är det första gästrummet, möblerat med en queen size-säng och en platt-TV. Det finns ett badrum med dusch / badkar i hallen. Det stora sovrummet är vackert inrett med en king size-säng och en platt-TV. Den bifogade master badrummet har dubbla fåfängligheter och dusch / badkar combo. Också på denna nivå är en stor täckt balkong möblerad för att bekvämt sitta 10 personer. Husets översta våning, den färdiga vinden, komplett med dormers och flera takvinklar. Sovrummet har en sittgrupp med en dubbel bäddsoffa, HDTV, en king size-säng och ett halvt badrum (handfat / toalett).

Gästparkering (off-street) för 1 fordon finns bakom byggnaden. Eldstäder är förseglade och icke-fungerande, men de lägger till atmosfären!

Om Paul Hamilton Williams House: Paul Hamilton Williams House, byggt 1791, är bekvämt beläget strax utanför hörnet av Habersham och Bay Street. Det är bara en kort promenad från Historic River Street, Emmet Park, Warren Square, Factors Walk och många andra sevärdheter i det historiska distriktet. Beläget precis bredvid den populära bistroen B. Matthews Eatery vid hörnet av Bay Street och Habersham i östra änden av det historiska distriktet. B. Matthew's serverar frukost, lunch, middag och brunch. The house was clean and well stocked. The doors were hard to work, the locks were not working well. We did have a wasp issue, the rental co did come and spray, but did a minimal job. I was stung in the head and had to call back and have them leave spray so that we could take care of them myself. Other than that, it was a great location and historic house. You definitely need to know there are a lot of stairs.

Great location but can be noisy

3 couples traveling. Space was perfect for us. Walking distance to River St and City market .Great restaurant next door. Might have been the weekend we were there (St. Patricks) but traffic/people on street could be heard overnight making sleep not as restful.

Unbeatable Location!

Without question this is a one-of-a-kind type of property! If there’s availability for your intended vacation, you’d be wise to book it now! As the family of four with two kids ages 5 and 9, plus the in-laws in their 60s, the few flights of stairs were but a slight inconvenience. We viewed it as part of a workout and a welcomed one, coming from Florida, and after enjoying the amazing food of Savanah. That was the “worst” aspect of the property. This is a must book based purely on location, alone. The age of the house (built in the late 1700s) adds to the charm and class. Even the attic bedroom can be turned into a little love nest of sorts. The great patio space to spread out while not being on the ground floor was welcomed. Parking was easy and the property management company was very flexible, allowing us to use the other parking space while there were no other tenants at the property. This was an ideal place for our Thanksgiving week off and would certainly book again when headed back to Savanah.

Amazing Home

Our stay here was great! You couldn't beat the location in the historic district - walkable to most major locations. I will warn that this unit is up quite a few stairs. You should keep that in mind if you have any people who may have an issue with that. It's also a beautiful property.

Four Old Friends

My friends and I are a group of four old ladies who travel and get together once a year now that we all live in different states. This year was Savannah. Location of property was superb, well equipped, spacious and a fabulous southern porch. We locked ourselves out and when I called for help the response time was very prompt. Their communication was clear and professional. Would highly recommend this property.

Great location. Nice property

Very walkable location and lots of charm in the house. I didn’t realize the truck noise E Bay St has. Sometimes the whole house shook. It wasn’t awful but something to consider. A little more landscaping on the driveway would be appreciated as the staff from the hotel next store use it as a break spot. Again, no real issues but smoking smells made the porch less enjoyable.

Perfect location and plenty of room

The unit was the perfect place for our family to gather for an event. The living room was big enough for all of us to gather, but there was plenty of private space as well. We loved the porch on a sunny February afternoon. The location couldn't be better - just off Bay Street - for access to shopping, food, and entertainment.

Amazing location; gorgeous, endless-amenity house!

The location was fabulous. The house was immaculate upon arrival! The house is so beautiful that the pictures don’t do it justice! Only a couple of things that could be improved, but were not deal-breakers: the consistent, running-water noise in the Queen bedroom and the King mattress on the 1st floor was not comfortable. Otherwise, we could not want for anything! Kitchen Cabinets were stocked with every dish imaginable; Blackout curtains in every bedroom; Plenty of space for our group to spread out. We would definitely stay again if ours travels bring us back to Savannah!

Perfect location for Savanah

We loved the location and the character of this house! It was close to the riverfront, which gave us easy access to shops, restaurants, parks, and more. It was also easy to get to Tybee Island. The house itself was large, clean, and perfect for my family.

Great place to stay!

This historic house was an amazing place to stay in Savannah! Gorgeous and immaculately clean, plus easy walking to everything. Perfect for my family of 5. There are lots of stairs- not an issue for us but could be a problem for some. There was also a decent amount of street noise- also not a big deal (we just used white noise apps on our phones at night).

Texas family vacation

Great house that was built in late 1700’s / lots of history! Would have been nice if HVAC had been turned down sooner so the temp would have been cooler at bedtime! Overall very neat place to stay!!

Family Vacation

The property is wonderful for a family but has lots of stairs (which I knew when I reserved the property.) I didn’t think about the possibility of someone in my family getting injured just before our vacation but our daughter sprained her meniscus and was on crutches! We made it work and really enjoyed our stay. Parking is a little strange and it is easy for someone to get blocked in but our neighbors were great and we worked it out. There is also a parking garage behind the house where we were able to park one of our cars.

Absolutely perfect!

I stayed here with some girlfriends for a long bachelorette weekend. The location was fabulous! Walking distance to so much and he property was very clean and tidy. Check in/out was a breeze. 10/10 would recommend this property and would book here again!!!

Girls trip

We stayed in the upper apartment Habersham 3. There are stairs to get into the house as well as stairs up to the 3rd floor--once inside, the 3rd bedroom is another set of stairs. The stairs themselves were not an issue for us, other than carrying our luggage up & down. The apartment couldn't have been in a better location, you are 1/2 block from Bay St. which has a lot of restaurants/ hotels/ bars on it--directly across the street from the famous River District which is loaded with restaurants/bars/shops & of course the river. With that being said, you are 1/2 block from that busy street/area. We are all gals who live in the country & are use to almost no traffic & the quite sounds of the night, we seem to get use to it by our 3rd night---alittle extra wine before bed helped with that:) The house is well kept, clean, nicely decorated--just like the pictures show, well stocked--we were even able to find champagne flutes for drinking champagne to celebrate one of our birthdays. We had issues with the outside Keyless entry--we called the Management company, they said they sent a maintenance guy to fix it, but it was never fixed. The deadbolt just spun around & around--you could only lock it from the inside. Each individual apartment has their own keyless entry & we had no problem with that. We didn't like the idea that when we would leave during the day we were not be able to lock the main apartment building door. I sent a text video showing the issue, we did not hear back. Location was excellent to River District as well as Historic District which was perfect as we did not have a car, we walked everywhere & it was very safe. We really enjoyed our stay & would recommend Habersham 3---hoping the front door lock issue is taken care of.

Beautiful home, perfect location!

Our family of 5 (14,11,9 year olds) loved our stay at Habersham 3! The house had so much character but with all the modern amenities. Can not beat the location!

Fantastic location

We are a family of 5, including 3 teenagers. This was a fantastic location with plenty of space for everyone. We loved the covered porch for rainy times. Parking included was a big plus. Very charming old home. We would definitely stay here again.

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS HISTORIC HOME!! We loved everything about this charming Savannah home. The rental company was polite and easy to work with. Five star experience on every aspect on the rental process and property. Highly recommend.
