Charmig, uppdaterad strandstuga - en kort promenad till stranden

904 Sealoft har det bästa läget för alla Sealoft villor - privata och nära strandpromenaden. 3 däck har utsikt över dammet och Oceanwinds golfbana. Koppla av och observera ägretthägarna, hägrarna och fiskgjuse som fiskar i dammen och golfspelarna "uttrycker" sina känslor på banan. Välj ett däck och njut av kaffe på morgonen och en vuxen dryck på kvällen. När mörkret faller, känna havets bris, se stjärnorna komma ut och lyssna på ljudet av vågorna som bryter på stranden på avstånd - lyckligt.
Huset är den perfekta strandstugan - uppdaterad, välutrustad och bekväm (se bilder).
Den har plats för upp till 6 personer - 2 sovrum med bad på huvudnivån och en sovloft på övervåningen. Det finns TV-apparater i varje sovrum och vardagsrummet plus WIFI. I förvaringsområdet finns 2 kryssningscyklar, en strandvagn med stolar, svalare och paraply, plus en Weber gasgrill.
Dra fördel av allt som Seabrook Island erbjuder. Det finns en privat pool i komplexet endast för invånare i Sealoft, och den vita sanden, varmt vatten och brytande vågor från North Beach är tvärs över gatan via en strandpromenad. Med bekvämlighetskortet som ingår i hyran (endast på sommaren) kan gästerna komma åt Seabrook Island Club vid havet, äta på Club-restaurangerna med utsikt över havet och mot en extra avgift spela golf eller tennis. Cykling på stranden vid solnedgången är alltid speciell, och vägarna är cykelvänliga, så cykla runt ön och njut av skönheten i de låga landmossa draperade levande ekarna, palmerna, lugna myrar och bultande bäckar. Rätt utanför porten och lätt nås med cykel är Bohicket Marina för båtliv och fisketurer, plus flera avslappnade, roliga restauranger och ofta levande musik på uteplatsen. Freshfields Village ligger en kort bit bortom marinan. Hitta en gourmetmarknad med bra uthämtning, intressanta butiker och fantastiska restauranger.
Om du måste lämna vår vackra ö, är den ojämförliga staden Charleston 35 minuter norr. Inom en 30 minuters bilresa finns också flera antebellumplantager, eldfyrdestilleriet, Charleston Tea Plantation och tillräckligt med historiska platser för att tillfredsställa alla historiska buff. Och maten !!! Det finns så många fantastiska, avslappnade roliga restauranger som är unika och rimligt prissatta - en livsmedels paradis! Detta är en fantastisk semester destination.

Relaxing 2 week stay

We enjoyed our time in the Condo. Quiet location. The kitchen has plenty of utensils. Unit clean. 4 Bikes available to ride. W/D allowed us to wash clothes and towels easily. Closet space is a bit limited but enough to hang our clothes. Beach is a 10-minute walk down boardwalk 3A. We would stay again.

Clean, Comfortable, and Calm

Peaceful setting with easy beach and club access. Very clean and cared for property with all you need to start enjoying your vacation immediately. 4 bikes, beach cart, umbrella, chairs saved us some $’s for things we normally would have rented. Highly recommend.

Excellent Family Time

The location of this property cannot be beat-close access to everything! Great views, clean, inviting and Debra treats her renters like family-so many awesome things available for use, things you don't even think you would need! And Blake was on top of things as well. We found the garden hose wasn't functioning and asked if there was another one somewhere, he brought another one the next day!

Great Property and location

We had a great vacation. Loved the location, view and boardwalk 3 beach. The unit was nice and sunny. We loved looking for the alligator every morning in the pond and did see him a few times. The bathrooms were nicely updated from the pictures which was a nice surprise. The few times I had a question, I got a response right away.

Great Family Getaway

Our family had a wonderful time on Seabrook Island! The home was wonderful and we couldn’t have asked for more. The property is well maintained, the AC works great, and the property manager and owner were wonderful to work with. The fridge didn’t seem to be cooling when we arrived, and Debra called me right away to help. There was no problem at all with the fridge (I think the door had been left ajar before we arrived) but both Debra and Blake were very attentive to make sure we had everything we needed. Our family had a wonderful time riding bikes around the island. The wildlife is abundant, which was my favorite part of the trip. My children loved the pool at the beach club! We had a wonderful family vacation and plan to come back!

Last minute getaway

This was our first visit to Seabrook Island and was planned as a last minute getaway. The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. We were looking for something very laid back and this certainly fit the bill. The villa was exceptionally clean and fully equipped for anything we might need. While we would've loved an ocean view, the pond was beautiful and the daily visits from the gators cruising by were very entertaining....certainly nothing we were used to seeing! The only downfall is that there are very few restaurants close by. We took a trip to Charleston for the day and the drive was about 50 min. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great property, wonderful host, had everything we needed, including bikes and beach toys for the kids. Excellent location to walk to the beach, right across the road from the boardwalk. What a charming vacation Island, has something for everyone. Loved the alligators in the pond... Dreaming of returning again and again. Will be back, its a slice of paradise for family vacation..

Excellent stay!

We loved, loved loved our stay in Seabrook. The island is magical, the villa was so convenient and charming, and the amenities -- from golf, to swimming, to riding and tennis -- were unbelievable. We will absolutely be back next year!!

Amazing vacation

Very relaxing with wonderful wildlife to enjoy from the decks of this very nicely furnished house. No amenities were spared and that made the trip seem like we never left home. I would recommend this property to anyone who desires a wonderful “get away “.

Late July in Sealoft Villas, Seabrook

Having just enjoyed our first visit to Seabrook Island after many prior trip to Kiawah, we found there was simply so much to do and too little time to do it!! Seabrook's many upscale amenities were made very accessible thanks to Debra and the owners of 904 Sealoft Villa and from this quiet, well-appointed and comfortable vantage point, Seabrook's beaches, pools and clubhouse facilities were all easily within reach. Our morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on the outside decks were made all the more enjoyable while listening to the chorus of frogs and watching the two neighborhood crocs cruising the pond. We definitely plan to make Seabrook and 904 Sealoft Villas part of our future vacation plans!

From beginning to end, a great location. We even enjoyed the alligator in the lake--and the friendly frog who hopped into the house (but was quickly caught and relocated to his outdoor home)!

Great vacation

We had an issue arise as soon as we got there and it was taken care of immediately. Very good experience. Loved the island and the private beach. The wildlife was amazing, alligators, dolphins, hawks, herrings, and so much more to enjoy on the island. Would recommend to a friend and stay again.

81 degrees in unit considered normal by owner!!!

Property is in good area and in good condition however when the temperature was 81 at bedtime that's no good! When I complained I was told repairman would be there the next day. Next day I was told that said repairman was having truck problems and wouldn't be able to come. Text from owner saying that it was normal because it was hot outside. Owner was not very concerned, in fact, was a little rude. She texted me by mistake when she meant to be texting the property manager saying I was from North Carolina and it's not nearly as hot there as if that's a logical reason why I wouldn't want the temp to be 81 inside!! This was my 3rd trip to Seabrook. It is my favorite place for a nice relaxing trip where the entire focus is family time! This was the only time that I have ever had a problem with the temperature inside any rental. She did say if we wanted to leave she'd issue a refund. What a joke on labor day weekend! Just cancel my entire vacation and go home? Thank God it got cooler outside after the first 2 days of our stay. Unit still stayed around 78 degrees during the day but would at least finally bring temp down at night. She states there's never been any complaints ever about the air but in her welcome letter it states not to turn air below 72 or it will freeze up and there will be no AC. Seems odd to include a "non-issue" in the welcome letter! Aside from that the place is nice. The items available to use at the beach and the bikes are a big plus! Also, charging such a tremendous cleaning fee and while including a list of tasks for you, the renter, to do upon checkout is a little ridiculous as well.

Late August retreat

What a wonderful way to end the summer. Debra was so available and answered all of my questions before the trip. Once on the island we found the villa clean and had everything we could need. The bikes and beach items were great! The lagoon is a treasure to sit and watch anytime of day. Highly recommend this villa and location. Thanks Debra!

Wonderful cottage

What a great way to end our summer ... cottage was immaculate and in a fantastic location. Kitchen was very well equipped which was important as we cooked all our meals. The cottage gets great light, and feels very private. We enjoyed our mornings watching the alligators swim in he pond and our evenings on the rooftop deck, watching the sunset. Location is excellent. Boardwalk is right outside the turn into the property... a three minute walk... another 5 minutes on the boardwalk and you are at the ocean. Debra was great and responded to texts immediately. Would absolutely come back.

Wonderful location. Relaxing view of pond. Short walk to the beach. Beds and pillows were comfortable! Deb was immediate to answer our questions and suggest great restaurants.

I have been vacationing on Seabrook for the past 10 years and was waiting for the right Sealoft Villa to come on the market. Finally I got the perfect home, but I can't live there full time just yet. In the meantime, I plan to share it with others.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Staying on Seabrook Island is like living in a nature preserve. The variety of seabirds is astounding, as well as the alligators, deer and bobcat. I am used to New England flora and fauna, so the low country is a truly different experience.
