Awesome experience

The best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Outstanding concern on the owner’s part about our comfort and needs. Property was amazingly equipped with all the little essentials one might need. All this plus a very desirable location. We look forward to a return visit!

Outstanding Location and Amenities

The condo was in perfect condition. Located in the middle of everything that Scottsdale has to offer. The photos are accurate and should also note the patio heater for the cooler mornings. The pool and hot tub are very relaxing and easy to get to. We didn't have time to use the grill, but everything was exactly as advertised.

Perfect Place To Stay In Scottsdale

We felt right at home for our 10 day stay in Scottsdale in this condo. Communication with the owner and manager before, during and at checkout was excellent and they made sure everything was as expected.... and it was! Location is great... near central and Old Town and right on the golf course/all-purpose trail. The place was impeccably clean and had everything you needed for an extended stay. Furnishings were all in great shape and all the details were appreciated. Spent a lot of time on the nice patio, including grilling steaks on the gas grill. It's right next to the all-purpose trail, which kept things interesting as walkers, riders and runners cruised by throughout the day. The attached garage was handy, as I had a place to keep a rental bicycle. A very safe area. Can't say enough good things about this property... highly recommended!

Previous reviews completely accurate. Great communication, convenient location and a very nice, well supplied condo. We had a great stay and this VRBO will be on the top of our list when we return.

Great Spring Break stay!

Very well-appointed condo made our stay very comfortable. Great location near Old Town Scottsdale. Pool is really nice and we loved easy access to running/biking path. Community is quiet but friendly.

Perfect place to stay

Perfect place to stay. The condo was clean, spacious, very convenient to golf and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable! The check in was seamless, and our contact person did a great job communicating with us. We will definitely be back!

Great place

The condo was perfect! We will definitely rent again. Owners communicated very well and were extremely accommodating. Great location and easy processes for check-in/out. Hosts were easy to connect with and very responsive.

Lots of perfects!

We really cannot say enough about our stay! We loved the place, the added special touches, the view, location, and ease of communication. It was a quick walk to the grocery store. It was an easy drive to the many places we wanted to hike or golf. Our family felt “at home”. Thank you!

would do it again

we had a wonderful stay. This was our first VRBO experience. I feel like it was a very good value for the price. Lori, the owner, and Monica, the manager responded immediately to any questions that popped up. Next time we are back in Scottsdale, we will try to get this property first.

Great stay

We loved our week at this property. The place was very cozy and comfy. Felt right at home. This place backs up to the "greenway" and a golf course. Many people pass by all day on the greenway - walking, biking, running - and it is great to see people enjoy the outdoors! We arrived to find a bag of coffee and some goodies to snack on. Very pleasant surprise! Would definitely stay here again!

Special find

Loved, loved this property. Excellent location, extremely clean, owners have thought of everything (above and beyond amenities within the unit). Such a nice touch upon arriving (flowers, little gift basket). Outdoor patio is delightful and great people watching. Sits on nice executive golf course and biking/running path with constant fun activity. We rarely left as we enjoyed being there so much.

Loaded condo

We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this is probably the best stocked one ever. It felt like home the minute we arrived and everything was as promised except for the squeaky patio screen door. We got a lot of pool time and just minutes from old town Scottsdale, as well as 5th Ave. will have to say that breakfast at the breakfast club was probably our best meal out. Bbq was nice to have for dinners around the condo and watching the night golf was a bonus. Communicated between property management and us was wonderful. Would highly recommend and hope to be back in the near future.

Incredibly Spacious Condo

Loved this rental - so many thoughtful extras provided like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, facial cleansing wipes, coffee, tea, sweetners, food storage bags, etc. Very quiet with peaceful views of the golf course. Easy walk to the grocery store & Old Town Scottsdale. Definitely one of the most comfortable condos we've stayed in. One thing to be aware of - lots of minerals in their water. We purchased mineral free drinking water throughout our stay. Highly recommend this lovely place!

Nothing less than PERFECT!

This was our first visit to Scottsdale and this condo did not disappoint. The owners thought of everything. Comfortable beds with ultra soft bedding! Plenty of towels, toiletries and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a great back patio that looks onto the golf course and walking/bike path that is right outside. The pool and hot tub and a very short walk and open until 10pm. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Owners and their property manager were very helpful and stayed in contact during our stay. I highly recommend this property. We will be back.

Fabulous!

Great location! Beautiful property! We enjoyed morning walks on the trail right outside the gate. We used the golf clubs to play a couple of rounds at the course behind the property, and went on the Thursday art walk in Old Town. Fashion Square Mall is a shoppers dream! So many great restaurants- we had a blast! And the pool is very lovely. The kitchen was perfect to warm leftovers when we didn’t feel like leaving. There is a lovely nail spa close by that does very good gel pedis- Serene Society Spa. Our first trip to Scottsdale- we will be back! And we definitely plan to stay at this condo when we return.

Perfect location near old Town Scottsdale

This beautiful property was perfect for our visit to Scottsdale. We wanted to be near where our Daughter, Son in law and grandkids have recently bought a condo and it turned out to be the very next development! It was so fun to walk back and forth from each other’s place for meals, visits and fun with the grandkids. The condo is very well appointed, clean and had practically anything you might need. It is supplied with everything from shampoo, soap, makeup remover to books, games, laundry soap and popsicles for the kids. The two king beds are very comfortable the den was a perfect place for the littles to watch a show after dinner. We appreciated the welcome basket that had coffee, snacks and a membership card for the local grocery store. We will definitely stay there again if it’s available next time we visit!!

We wanted something with a great view and that was walking distance to baseball spring training, restaurants, golf and shopping. This area is ideal for what we wanted.
