Point East är en stor strandgemenskap som ligger vid den icke-drivande stranden och några minuter till centrala Flagler Avenue. Det är också inom gångavstånd till olika restauranger och en närbutik. Enheten har helt ny plush matta för ultimata komfort och möblerna är helt nya med en smakfull strandatmosfär. En king size-säng i sovrummet med eget badrum och 2 fullstora sängar i gästrummet för att rymma 6 bekvämt i enheten. Köket är fyllt med allt du behöver för din nästa strandresa! New Smyrna Beach är bekvämt beläget bara 1 timme från Orlando International Airport samt Orlando nöjesparker och attraktioner. Great location!

Needed a place to stay, so we could come down to attend my Great Nephew's 2nd birthday party on the beach at Hiles Beach ramp, this worked out perfectly. The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location in spending time at New Smyrna and great being up from the drive on beach with small children. The pool is also very nice with a separate kids pool. Very comfortable with a great view of the ocean from the deck.

Excellent Accommodations

We were very pleased with the accommodations at point East and the owner Nikki Q. The condo was clean, comfortable and the resort had all the amenities that you would like right on the beach. Unfortunately, our visit was cut short by hurricane Milton, we were very impressed that our host inquired about our well-being and plans for evacuation. VRBO did refund us for the days we were not able to stay. I would highly recommend this resort and host.

Week in New Smyrna Beach

We were pleased with our accomodations, cleanliness of condo, comfortable beds, quiet surroundings and overall surroundings for our weeks stay in the area. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for meals. We would highly recommend this unit.

Great location for familh

This place was awesome for our family of 4. Plenty of room. We loved sitting on the patio looking at the ocean in the morning. And loved watching the lightening storm at night. It was also very nice to have beach access and enjoy a less crowded beach. My kids loved the beach & pool. Highly recommend!!!

What an awesome location. We're all about the beach and this condo didn't disappoint. Beautiful view of the ocean from the condo balcony and a quick walk past the pool to the sand and the ocean. The condo was nice, and suited our needs.

This is the sweetest condo. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Good restaurants near by. The beach is beautiful and not super busy. Great heated pool. Super easy communication with the host. Plenty of ite.s in the kitchen to cook and eat with. Would stay here again for sure!

The unit was very well appointed with everything you would need. There was toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and napkins to get you started. There were condiments and sticks of margarine in the refrigerator.The living room furniture was new and very comfortable, as with the bed in the master bedroom. The master bathroom was also recently renovated. Point East is a lovely condo community. It was wonderful sitting on the balcony and seeing the ocean. We were there for the month of January, and maybe there were a few days of cold rainy weather, but it sure beat January in western Pennsylvania!!! The bottle of wine and crackers left by our host were also greatly appreciated. We would stay there again.

Great Condo with a wonderful pool(my kiddos favorite part) walking distance to park and Chases(closed for our visit), but would be so nice to walk down to once it opens! Some people mentioned beach stairs were closed, but they have installed brand new ones now.

Great location, ocean views from the balcony!

The condo was nicely appointed and clean with a great location. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and there were adequate towels and bathroom supplies. We had no complaints or issues during our stay. The beach access was closed, but there was access down the car access adjacent to the condo building.
