Beläget på marknivå i en historisk Tybee-byggnad med havsutsikt från den gemensamma möblerade verandan. Beläget bara 4 hus tillbaka från stranden och inom 2 kvarter med restauranger, affärer, nite liv och sevärdheter som Tybee Pier och Marine Science Center.

Vardagsrummet har en drottning bäddsoffa och en stor platt-TV. Köket är fullt utrustat och det finns bord sittplatser för 4. Sovrummet ligger utanför köket och är möblerat med en king size-säng, en platt-TV och en separat sittgrupp. Den bifogade badrummet har en duschkabin (ingen badkar). Det finns trådlöst internet tillgängligt för gästanvändning.

OBS: Stand-Up Dusch Endast i badrummet (Inga badkar), 1 Reserverad Parkeringsplats finns. Du måste gå upp 3 steg för att nå denna nivå. Enheten är liten djurvänlig (under 25 kg) mot en extra avgift.

Quick Nice Stay

We enjoyed our time at the apartment. It got a bit noisy at night with the parties and people walking around, but we expected that and didn't bother us. The apartment was nice, your kitchen was stocked real nice and everything was clean.

We had a great time. This is literally steps from the beach. It was very clean and just as pictured. We enjoyed sitting on the porch on the rocking chairs and relaxing. We will definitely come back!

Perfect getaway in prime location

We are super thrilled with our choice to book here. It’s very convenient to restaurants and shops but not in the hustle and bustle. The porch is the perfect sitting porch for coffee or wine. The layout is very nice. The updates are very nice while respecting the historic value of the apartment building. My favorite aspects were the super comfy bed, the shower, and the kitchen. Look forward to booking again!

Steps to the beach

Pretty condo, especially the bedroom with nook. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped. It is truly just steps away from the beach, both ocean and river. Located far enough from noisy nightlife but close for a stroll to shops and restaurants. Only small complaint: the windows needed desperately washed. Pet friendly, but no dogs (pets) allowed on beach or pier.

Charming and Easy

We had a delightful stay. The walk to the beach was close and easy and the rocking chairs on the covered front porch were the perfect place to relax the afternoon we had a little rain. Plenty of cooking equipment and dishes, but we had to purchase seasonings for our steaks and coffee filters. The ONLY "food" was salt and pepper. The renovations in this very old building are lovely - the bathroom has been nicely designed. There is a tiny step down from the main bed to the bathroom which is a bit challenging in the middle of the night, and the noise of people moving around in the unit above us was significant - and they weren't partying. The coffee pot was broken and we didn't receive a response from our email - but did have a replacement a few hours after making a call the following morning. Overall - loved the place and it's a great deal - plenty of towels, very clean, complimentary detergent and softener for the washing machine, a deck of card, puzzles and a great selection of books.

Just enough for a quiet week at the beach. Remodeled bathroom and updated kitchen appliances. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. The rocking chairs on the porch very nice for morning coffee. Would stay here again.

Great location to the beach, the shops and restaurants. The unit had everything we needed. This is an older home and we stayed in the downstairs unit. Unfortunately, we could hear the upstairs guests. No fault against the owners, as this is to be expected in an older home. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place!

This is a beautiful older property completely renovated inside just steps from the beach . The property was immaculate. The large porch was nice in the evenings, there is a patio for outdoor seating, and the history of the place made the property a special place to stay. We have already recommended this property to family and intend to return in the spring.

Clean & convenient to everything!

The property was old, but clean & the kitchen was well stocked. There was no ice maker or ice trays, so you’ll have to bring ice. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay & the convenience to the restaurants & shops. We would rent this unit in the future.

It is what they say it is.

Great property and good proximity to the beach, restaurants, etc... As a critique, the parking is tight, barely enough room to get a mid-sized suv in place unless you get parking place #1. The floors are unlevel due to settling. Other than that, it was great! We had a great time. Front porch is roomy and oriented so that the sun never gets in your eyes. The king sized bed was very comfortable (best night's sleep in a while). We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a 1-bedroom suite.
