Sunny Daze är en charmig och prisvärd enfamiljsstuga som ursprungligen byggdes 1950. Sunny Daze ligger på stora hörnet mycket i lugnt Back River stadsdel - bara 1/2 mil, 9 minuters promenad till den största stranden, affärer och restauranger.

Dessa två sovrum, marknivå hem erbjuder rymliga och bekväma boende. Den här egenskapen är djurvänlig och har en stor gård för dina husdjur. De två sovrummen delar ett badrum som nås på korridoren. Badrummet har en promenad i stående dusch. Det stora sovrummet är möblerat med en queen size-säng, och gäst sovrummet har två enkelsängar.

Den snyggt uppdaterade interiören innehåller ett fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin. Det finns ett bekvämt vardagsrum med en bäddsoffa och en platt-TV. Det finns en extra sol veranda, bredvid vardagsrummet, perfekt för avkoppling eller curling upp med en bra bok efter en solig dag på stranden. Ett nytt tillägg till denna fastighet är en ny sluten veranda som gör det mycket extra utrymme för gästerna att njuta av de kalla Tybee nätterna.

Utanför bekvämligheterna finns en stenlagare anlagd bakgård. Det finns en utomhus eldstad, liksom en gasgrill. Fullständig tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i friliggande garage.

Denna stuga är husdjursvänlig och inkluderar gratis WIFI (trådlöst internet) för gästanvändning. Parkering för 3. Property was in a great location to all the fun activities for Priate Festival. Was a great house to relax at and not feel like we were on top of each other. Kitchen had a great selection of pans and beds were so comfortable. Lots of great views and such a quiet neighborhood.

We’ve been to Tybee many times and this was our first time staying closer to the back river. We loved it. House is full of charm and comfy furnishings.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great fenced in back yard area, plenty of space inside. Pretty clean and stocked. We did have to get a few items ( trash bags, paper towels, dish soap) but it was well worth the trip and we would 10/10 return. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances- only complaint is the TV. So old there was a lag when you pushed buttons on remote, it barely worked. But who cares that much about tv when you’re at the beach! Good location- we got a gold cart and were minutes from the beach.

Peaceful and Spacious

This home has many rooms to enjoy. It is an easy walk to the beach as well as several great spots to grab a bite nearby. We loved this peaceful retreat!

Lovely relaxing space

There was great clear communication from the manager of the house for check in. The kitchen was spacious, nice variety of spaces to relax and things. Loved the outside space. Nice for entertaining. There was some leftover beach supplies in decent condition which was helpful. I included some photos of activities we did in the area too.

Overall the size and location of the house were great. Bedrooms were comforatable and kitchen well stocked except bare minimum soap, trach bags, paper towes, and TP provided. It was clean except a couple bug issues. The TV was small and had no apps. The backyard was overgrown and the table and furniture was very dirty and then the kitchen table pictured was in a seperate room w/o AC and it was hot so there was not a usuable eating area. The electrical in the bathroom needed to be reset from guest room. We brought bikes and kayaks and this place was in a great location for these. Sun sets were great and we enjoyed the area and location. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Lots of parking.

Beds were comfy. Plenty of linens and towels. Bathroom sink needs longer spout for water. And the bathroom sink was clogged and slow draining. But everything else was great!

Nice house

The decor and style were lovely. The backyard concept was nice. The beds were comfortable. However, the house seemed more than a little run down overall and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. It smelled a little musty, there was some trash in the backyard, and we had trouble figuring out all of the exterior light switches. It was a nice house, but could have been kept up better.

Nice enough place. clean but yet someow not clean at same time. Could tell it was just sprayed for bugs but still had to kill a huge cockroach. no type of cleaning supplies at all not even a broom. need some more blankets and maybe freshen up better sheets. outside is overgrown and just scary....lol

The property was very clean on the inside, however, the patio area needed some attention.

You need to upgrade the bedroom furniture the mattress in the Master bedroom is terrible,!!!!!! Also, there are no electrical outlets in the bedroom with the twin beds, the lamp was not even plugged in?????????

Quaint beach cottage located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, convenient location to beach. Management company response and care was excellent! Issues with clogged sink that were resolved but took 2 maintenance trips. Highly recommend that the beds and bedding be replaced. -very very old as one can feel the springs, at this price point it was disappointing. If you plan to eat in, kitchen was under stocked-no foil, baggies, tissues, napkins, 1 kitchen towel, etc.

Lovely property. Very clean and well stocked. Only needed to get shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Washer and dryer very useful, used our own supplies. Decor was beautiful and rooms were good sized. King bed was soft, twins were firm., so comfort depends on personal preference. Bedrooms get warm if doors are closed. Again, personal preference. Did not use outside space, so can't comment. Easy communication, check in and check out. Enjoyed it, would stay again.

Well appointed, updated mid-century beach cottage.

I would rent this cottage again. Comfortable, updated beach town cottage. It is about six blocks from the mid beach, though beach easily accessed from 12th or 13th street. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the sunny breakfast porch. The fenced patio/yard was perfect for our deaf/blind dog. We did not use the fire-pit or grill. The location was perfect for exploring both ends of the island. The only drawback was the “springy” mattress. The twins beds were more comfortable. The queen mattress needs to be replaced. The rental company was superb. I would rent this cottage again.

Below Average for a Vacation

My wife and I stayed at Sunny Daze and overall it was not great. I’ll start with the bad…. communication with the property manager was confusing at times. There were at least 5 palmetto bugs (aka cockroaches) we had to kill during our stay, which also isn’t a comforting thought when you go to sleep at night or prep food in the kitchen. The queen bed here is downright terrible (as are the pillows). The back porch area was filthy and covered in fire ant mounds which made it basically unusable. Finally, if we tried to run water in the bathroom sink for more than about a minute it would get backed up into the basin. Sunny Daze is fine if you are looking for a quiet location and a roof over your head. Otherwise, I’d go elsewhere.
