Bara två kvarter från stranden, är Tybee flicka en charmig 1930 stuga. Den rymliga utanför området har ett privatliv staket, däck, varm och kall dusch, gasgrill, ostron bord och mer. Det öppna köket är fullt utrustat med diskmaskin och ö. Den bardisk har plats för sex. Strax bortom bardisk är vardagsrummet med en tegelsten spis (icke-arbetande) och en platt-tv. Matsalen har plats för nio. Den 3 sovrum stuga innehåller en kung, drottning och 2 våningssängar. Som en bonus, den här egenskapen har en stor solrummet. Detta rum är ett bra ställe att titta på film eller har familj spel kväll. Stäng den angränsande dörren till stugan, och solrummet blir ett privat 4: e sovrum med hjälp av bäddsoffa. Cute Beach Charm

House was clean, easy to find & convenient to walk to the beach or drive to restaurants. We enjoyed the new HVAC, the house stayed nice and cool the whole time. Kitchen was well equipped for the meals we made there. The following that I say is not coming as a bad review!! Just coming from someone who lived in & fixed up an older home: the bathroom doors stick, sometimes badly. The king bed could use a topper & pillows could use replacing. We enjoyed staying in the house and it was everything we needed it to be. The owner was friendly & kind. We would stay here again.

Family wedding at Old Fort Jackson

We really enjoyed our stay.The house was much more spacious than we anticipated!It was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed for our weekend stay.Would definitely consider staying at Tybee Girl again!

Cute old house close to beach

Loved the location- an easy walk a few blocks from public beach access. The house is well stocked but it could use a good deep cleaning, and the AC needs repair as it does not cool the house during the day.

Great beach house, but hot

We had a great trip. This house was great for us except the air conditioning really couldn't keep up with the heat...even after the rain. We would love stay here again if the air conditioning was updated.

This was the first time we have ever rented a house. The house was very nice and stocked with everything we needed. My only complaint is the air conditioner didn’t work very in the bedrooms.

First time at Tybee

Small cute cottage. Was very comfortable and convenient place. Quick walk to the beach. House needs some work but was just right for us and our family beach vacation. Was great to be able to have our pets with us as well and let them run in the fenced back yard.

Cute little cottage that just needs a little TLC

Cute little cottage, has some age but not a deal-breaker. Located very well on the island, fairly close to the beach. The only concerns my family and I had was that this property could use a deep cleaning and a little maintenance here and there. The only other issue was that the air struggled during the peak times of the day but was rather comfortable at night.

Great Location and Size, Weak HVAC

My Family of 4 stayed here for the week of July 4th. The location of the house is a couple blocks from the beach and was an easy walk. The house felt spacious. The air conditioning at the house did not keep up with summer heat and we stayed hot when inside the house. Property feels like it is older and could use some updating.

Clean. Fenced yard was great. Everything we needed was included. Owner was available. Great area on Tybee Island. I was impressed with the place, facilities, and most of all the Customer Service by Owner.

Perfect place for pets

We have 4 small dogs. The fenced in backyard made our stay very easy. Plenty of supplies in kitchen for cooking. When we had question owner emailed right away.

Great Stay at Tybee Girl

We had a great stay this past week on Tybee. The house was right on the bike route. We could walk and bike to everything- the beach, Back River Brewery, The Sugar Shack, IGA, etc. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was 100% perfect for our family and Janine was super responsive- we did not need her for anything, but letting her know that we were checking in and out. The kitchen was also the best stocked of any rental we have been in. We hope to stay here the next time we visit.

Nice place for the money

The house is nice but old. Floors are uneven the refrigerator is leaning back against the wall. It reminded me of an old farm house. If you're a 5 star hotel kind of person this isn't the place for you.

Fun sisters trip

Property was a great location easy biking walking short drive to anything. House could use a deep cleaning we spent first half day cleaning lots of dust fans, stool covers, lights, faucet leaks door knob hard to work. Overall great place just needs cleaning was nice to have washer and dryer location is great. Would be nice to refund our cleaning fee. Again thanks for sharing your home location to beach was great.
