Detta rymliga fritidshus har allt. Helt självständigt med 4 sovrum, huvuddelen har en queen size-säng, 2: a med en dubbelsäng, 3: e med 2 enkelsängar och 4: e med en enkelsäng. Det finns ett stort rum för barnen med eget badrum, bordtennis och massor av spel för att hålla dem underhöll. Det finns en kombinerad vardagsrum / matsal med takfläktar och luftkonditionering i hela, kök med diskmaskin och en intern tvätt med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Huset har en stor utomhus underhållande uteplats med grill som ser ut mot de tropiska trädgårdarna. Det finns 2 bilutrymmen. Detta semesterhus kan bekvämt rymma 8 personer, perfekt för en kombinerad familjesemester.

Huset ligger vid Lighthouse Beach, med två kända 18-håls golfbanor, Emerald Downs & Port Macquarie båda bara några minuter bort. Det är också bara 5-10 minuters promenad till Lighthouse Beach som är helt patrullerad under sommarmånaderna. Lokala affärer, klubbar, kaféer, restauranger och en taverna finns bara en kort bit därifrån med stadens centrum 10 minuters bilresa bort.

Lokala attraktioner inkluderar strand, surfing, kamel rider, ridning, fiske, golf, The Glasshouse, Koala sjukhus, filmer, Havsnära Reserve, valskådning, flod kryssningar, jetbåt, havsplan, sky dykning, vingårdar, bryggerier, macadamia gård Ricardis tomater och jordgubbsplockning, restauranger, kaféer, barer, landsvägar, vattenfall, buskvandring, bowling, dagspassar .......

Large, but average

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a large home, great size for large familyThere was massive road construction at the front door, main road closed to access. Cleanliness was average, very dirty under couches, behind washing machine, door tracks. The house could do with an overall deep clean

Kelvin Grove property

Great house, great location, very central to everything, Unfortunately for us roadworks were underway the entire stay so a lot of noise spoilt the peaceful surrounds. Property backs onto a major road so lots of traffic noise too. FYI the roadworks won’t be completed until end of 2025.

road works

Property was perfect for keeping us comfortably warm in winter. Road works on Ocean Road/Emerald Road (very nearby) were painful - noise started at 7am. Vibration started at 7am - thankfully both were over by 5pm. Cleanliness was questionable - could have spent a week cleaning but dirt could have been due to the wind and road works.

It could really benefit from at least a deep clean, if not full redecoration. There is everything you need for a family holiday including a new tabletennis table.However the kitchen would benefit from a sort out of all the mismatched crockery. The beds although comfortable are ancient and again could do with updating.Overall if you are not bothered about aesthetics this is a great find.

Great family home

This was a great home for a family. Very pleasant to stay in. Very convenient location as Coles is literally across the road as well as a few other shops plus a great tavern. It is a short drive away to city centre and beaches or you can walk to light house beach. Highly recommended house. House was clean and tidy, it just needed airing. There's Aircon and fans which wasn't in the ad so it was a bonus.

Convenient to shops

The location is good - there's a small shopping centre with supermarket and tavern just on the other side of the main road, but it's also a 10min drive from the centre of town and the patrolled beaches if that's important for you.
