Great value stay for a small/young family

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, good location to shopping centre, marina and playground. Two storey, linen not included. Bath very high to step into - thank goodness for rails on the wall. Whilst it sleeps 6, it would be tricky in reality at shower and meal times as it is a small villa.

All we needed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy to access, close to everything and had all we needed. We had space for all of us (2 adults and 2 kids) to relax and enjoyed cooking dinner in our own space. Check prior about blankets and pillows (we didn't need to bring our own as they were supplied).The property is a town house, there are stairs, however they are manageable for young and old.

Reviewer Comments: The property we stayed at wasn’t in a bad location however I feltlike we were in a housing commission block of flats - the bathroom and toilet roof were open to each other joined the 2 spaces - kind of weird! Anyway it was interesting ! Wouldn’t stay again as I feel it was way overpriced for what it was!!We left a day early as unfortunately there were night road works every night we were there! Not anyone’s fault there but still made it impossible to sleep well - also shutting all windows etc we tried to run the fan however the light on the fan flickered all the time while the fan ran ! Couldn’t sleep with that either !

poor choice

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: no air and no sheets or towels. in addition the accommodation was very run down and needs attention to raise the standard. no fob for the garage and as a result we were unable to access same. No offer of a reduction in cost.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at unit to find it very unclean. Grease it grill tray, fridge had been turned off so leaked over floor. Later that evening we realised plates had not been cleaned, on closer look found grease over cupboards and inside dishwasher. Rang real estate the next morning, they got 2 new cleaners in immediately who agreed the place had not been cleaned. They washed everything in kitchen by hand but also found dirty tissues and food wrappers behind TV. Overall a very unpleasant stay
