Mysig strandstuga

Stuga med tre sovrum beläget på nummer två "egendom" med privat trädgård, bara tre minuters bilresa från surfstrand nummer 5 och på kort gångavstånd från känguruutkik och båtbrygga. Fastigheten har ett front- och sidodäck med grill och utemöbler. Det finns en förbränning ved eld inuti för att hålla dig varm på de kalla natten. Sovarrangemangen består av en dubbelsäng, två singlar och en våningssäng. Det finns ett välutrustat kök med te och kaffe. Sängkläder för dubbelsäng finns, samt doonor, filtar och kuddar för alla sängar. Det finns naturligtvis en TV, video / DVD-spelare och musiksystem. Välskötta hundar är välkomna, men Observera att fastigheten inte är helt inhägnad. Även om det är av laglig höjd måste familjer med småbarn vara medvetna om att däcken inte är inhägnad. Quiet cottage

Cabin was basic but comfortable . We were disappointed there were so many restrictions in the area limiting where we could walk our dog.

Happy stay.

Clean and comfortable. The wood burner was a treat. Well positioned within walking distance of beaches No.4 and No.5. We messed up with turning the hot water on but soon sorted that when the hot water ran out.😂

Ventures at Venus Bay

The house was spotlessly clean; however, the linen provided was rather shabby; no towels or soap were provided and there is no laundry. All other amenities were fine. There was only one small place to park one car off the road. The front steps were shacky and there needs to be a guide rail to help people get up the steps. We loved VB, but the house is a bit isolated.

Rude owner, dirty house

Dirtiest and most unhygenic house I've ever stayed in. We tried to overlook it for the first two nights but ended our trip early and cancelled the rest of our stay as it just wasn't relaxing or enjoyable. Everything in the house is filthy. Not just a little bit of dirt but layers of filth as though this house hasnt received any sort of real clean in years. Rat droppings on the stove, dirty fridge, and the utensils drawer had a very visible thick layer of dirt and filth along the tray. The single beds were atrocious with dirty unwashed blankets. There was dirt and pubic hair along the top of the mattress protectors. Repulsive pillows on the single beds that were thin, lumpy and completely yellowed, covered in dark yellow and brown stain patches. Couch armrests had a thick layer of grime on them, even the carpets felt grimey and had patches of spills on them that had never been cleaned. The shower was also dirty. I dont have room to describe it all. This place is unsuitable to be rented out. A shame because it would have been a lovely and cosy little place to stay if any care had been taken to make ut hygienic. The fire place was the only enjoyable aspect. I took extensive photos for evidence as the owner made me go through the complaints process with VRBO. When I spoke to him about it he was rude and dismissive, and told me I was exaggerating. I do not recommend staying here.

Relaxed retreat

A relaxed cottage in beautiful Venus Bay. All the basics covered at very reasonable rates. Easy walk to the surf beach or Andersons inlet and a longish but Fabulous walk to point Smythe. We had a great time.

Venus Bay delight

The simplicity of this place suited us down to the ground. Pleasant mornings on the balcony with the birds and trees ,and plenty of beach nearby for the dog to run free.

Restful break at a great little house

Everything you need in a shady little house walking distance to the beach. We picked a perfect week to rest and relax in lovely Venus Bay with games and movies at night.

Nice quiet place to relax and good central location for visiting other parts of the region

The property was in at nice quiet location not to far from the beach but as a self clean property I must say the previous tenants left it in an unclean state the sliding front door had dirty finger prints all over it. the stove top hadn't been cleaned and most of the cutlery and dishes not washed properly. Other than that it was very nice.

Give it a good, and enjoyed out stay

Place was very restricted, pretty clean and provided all the basic accessories. If I have one suggestion, we arrived on a very hot day, the house was stinking hot and had no relief instil change come early the next day. The house needs air-conditioningI badly.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Quiet and private.Lovely treed gardens with many birds. Very close to both surf beach and the Tarwin River inlet with boat launching facilites and fisherman's jetty.
