Denna rymliga, öppen planlägenhet, som är nyrenoverad med en modern retrokänsla, är vackert inredd och dränkt i solljus. Loungen / matsalen öppnar helt upp till en av världens mest fantastiska stränder, vilket ger den berusande lukten och ljudet från vågorna. Lägenheten ligger en tio minuters promenad till centrum av Surfers Paradise, med dess affärer, barer, restauranger och klubbar. Det är nära busshållplatser och spårvagnslinjen och har 2 gratis parkeringsplatser utanför gatan.BÄSTA ESCAPE NÅGON KAN HAR (B. E.A. C.H)! För din bekvämlighet erbjuder vi lätta bekvämligheter, badhanddukar, spel och böcker, gratis WIFI och Netflix, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, fullt utrustat kök, strykjärn och hårtork.
Du kommer att ha hela lägenheten med 2 gratis parkeringsplatser utanför gatan. Även från baksidan av enheten finns en privat grind som tar dig direkt till stranden. Och "simma mellan flaggorna" med en livvakt på tjänst ligger bara några meter till höger om din lägenhet! Havet blir din pool :)

Such a beautiful unit in prime location. A few mums from our west came to the coast for some R&R over a weekend. I highly recommend this place as it’s beautiful and located in the most convenient spot

Tastefully decorated unit with thoughtful & extensive range of amenities

This unit is in a great location, is very nicely decorated with quality bedding and other inclusions. The kitchen is well equipped with loads of personal touches added to the property to ensure visitors have an enjoyable stay and feel at home. The basket of goodies Chantal left for us, the welcoming personalised message & tour of the property upon our arrival provided a great start to our holiday on the gold coast. Chantal is a wonderful host and excellent with communication. Two parking spaces are provided for off street parking, the entrance to the car park is a little tight for larger vehicles. The stairs to the unit are steep and narrow for elderly people and challenging if carrying large suit cases or bags of groceries. The views, location to Surfers Paradise, lovely host and proximity to the beach are the greatest assets of this property.

Amazing property is a perfect location

We stayed for 2 nights with a group of friends from interstate. It was nice and local to everything we wanted to do, and everybody commented on how lovely the house was, and how wonderful the facilities where. Communication with the host was great and she was so accommodating. Will definitely stay again

A great spot!

This property is fantastic. The outlook and views are just magic. The unit is beautiful - and wonderfully appointed. The location is great - handy to everything. The host is very thoughtful and considerate. So easy to engage with. Nothing was a problem. But the outlook and views are just magic.

Amazing beach front view from lovely apartment

The view is amazing. The apartment if really nicely renovated and decorated, and very clean. The Body Corporate needs to invest some money in the common areas though, which are almost derelict. I had trouble contacting the host via the stayz website prior to arrival but once here, the host was very easy to contact on her mobile. We had a very comfortable stay

Perfect weekend away even for a local

Beautifully renovated and clean apartment.

Great location with short 1km walk into Surfers Paradise Main Beach Centre. Walk straight onto beach out the front of apartment. Apartment was extremely clean, and welcoming. Exactly as mentioned in Stayz advert, and pictures presented true representation. Owner contact has been very easy, and all questions answered friendly in a timely manner. Highly recommend this apartment.

Hi, my name is Chantal and I am French but travelled since I was 20 years old and ended up in this little bit of paradise in Australia about 15 years ago, where I decided to put my suitcases down and meet my Aussie hubby and start a family. We now have 2 amazing boys (Nolan and Dylan, 11 and 12 years old). We live in Burleigh waters, and you will often see me cruising on my bike or taking a walk to the local markets. We also recently added a 5th member to our family with a cheeky puppy Cavoodle called Loki.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We live in Burleigh waters, but always loved the idea of waking up with the view of the ocean... so we got this property with our dream in mind and now we love spending time at the beach when the place is not rented! we hope you enjoy the apartment as much as we do each time we stay there!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

For us, the best bit is that our boys who are now 11 and 12 years old, can run down to the beach by themselves and build sandcastles and look for shells along the beach, while mum and dad are keeping an eye on them from the apartment! We also love that once we are at the apartment, we can walk to get a coffee, lunch, breakfast or dinner! Of course you cannot get passed the beachfront views and when those windows are fully open it feels like you are inviting the ocean into your living room!
