The space
Important: This is not a party house! The apartment contains a noise and occupancy monitoring system which will automatically notify security of a breach of house rules around noise, occupancy and smoking. This is monitoring only similar to a smoke detector with no audio or video recording capability. Security call outs are at a cost to you of $250.

Online check-in form and Rental Agreement: Due to the number of people booking under false names and using stolen credit cards, we require an Online Check-in Form to be completed which requires a copy of Government Identification in the name of the person booking and a selfie matching the ID. A booking is not finalised until this is completed.
Rental Agreement: You will receive a "Thank you for booking message" which will include a link to the Rental Agreement which covers house rules and the details of your individual booking. By proceeding with the booking you are agreeing to the house rules and the rental agreement
