Byggd 1974 och ombyggd 2016. Vackert möblerade 1 900+ kvadratmeter hem har en fantastisk utsikt över Aspen Lake. Koppla av och blöt det hela. Den enda trafiken du ser är enstaka vandrare eller cyklister på stigen som slingrar sig vid sjön.

Knotty al träskåp, dörrar, fönster, trim och golv. Vardagsrummet har två stora lädersoffor, två liggestolar av läder, öppen spis och sjöutsikt. Det stora fyrkantiga matbordet har 8 bekväma stolar. Kök och badrum har bänkskivor i granit. Nedervåningen: Master sovrum / bad, våningssäng rum och tvätt / 1/2 bad. På övervåningen: Stort 2: a sovrum, badrum. Tillbaka uteplats och däck har sjöutsikt, bord med 6 stolar, två solstolar, hängmatta och grill.

Black Butte Ranch är en hisnande destination som har lockat besökare till en fantastisk semesterupplevelse sedan början av 1970-talet. Med fantastisk utsikt över kaskadbergen, Ponderosa tallar, Aspen-lundar och rikligt med vilda djur är inställningen för Black Butte Ranch orörd. Great visit

The home was lovely and the location perfect. It had everything you need for a great stay. Felt like we were staying at a friends home vs vacation rental. Can't wait to come back.

Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful property and setting. We liked that it was at the end of the row of Cabins and that it was so beautifully decorated. Great use of space for looking at the lake, visiting in front of the fire, or playing games at the large, square dinner table. Fantastic beds, too!

Lovely BBR stay!

We loved the accommodations and property convenience. Easy to get to from the Welcome Center, and easy to get to Glaze Meadow pool from the home. We enjoyed having a fire, gathering for meals at the large dining table, and the upstairs separate space. Overall nice and clean, just had to wipe out a few drawers, the fridge, and found a spider in the linens. Thank you for sharing your space!

Fabulous weekend getaway

We had a delightful weekend and are already hoping to plan a visit again. Everything was thought of, home was well stocked and things were in excellent condition (very easy to cook in the kitchen, had everything we could have wanted). Home was beautiful and provided a wonderful weekend away.

We had the best time and enjoyed our stay from start to finish! My family absolutely loves this place! Teresa was wonderful! She’s a great communicator and easy to work with. Her home is beautiful and very relaxing. We’ll for sure be back!

Great family cabin

Wonderful cabin right on aspen lake was awesome. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Everything you need and the updates were very well done. Fantastic location and especially enjoyed sipping my coffee with a view of Aspen Lake every morning. Highly recommend.

Great Stay @ Aspen 24

Great location. Center of all of the action. Beautiful and spacious interior. Comfortable. Beds were amazing. Loved the back deck and dining area. TV's and amenities were fantastic. House had everything we were looking for this weekend with our friends. Wish that trash and recycling services were included instead of what seems to be the norm in BBR.

We will be back!

Rustic and elegant cabin in the pines with a view of Aspen lake. Decor is classy and creative including a well equipped kitchen. Our family enjoyed the relaxed setting for the second year. There are two masters, both with beautiful tiled walk in showers and elevated amenities. Owners are thoughtful and very accommodating.

Excellent experience

By far the nicest VRBO experience we have had to date. Home is beautiful and furnishings/decor are gorgeous. Awesome setting on Aspen Lake, quiet with a beautiful setting but well located to everything on the ranch. The amazing host has thought of every detail. From a wine key to sugar and every cooking appliance you might consider using, it’s there. Instructions and communication were excellent. This will always be my choice when returning to the Ranch. Would give 10 stars if it would let me.

OUTSTANDING!

Agree with the other reviews, the pictures don't do this magical place justice! The finishes within the cabin, from the wood doors and trim to the Restoration Hardwear linens to the heated floors make this feel like a luxury vacay.... and the owners were kind, thorough, and thoughtful to help give us info to make the most of our trip. Teresa texted me at 1255 to ensure I made pool reservations at 1pm when the system opened, because they fill up within 5 minutes. So thoughtful! We can't wait to return!!

Great Black Butte Property!

We loved our stay at the Aspen House rental over labor day weekend. We were two families and the space was laid out nicely for us. Our family shared the upstairs bedroom with 2 queen beds. The bedroom and bathroom are generously sized so we had plenty of space (2 adults and one teen). The other family with 2 kids (also teens) stayed in the primary bedroom and the bunk room downstairs, and it worked out just fine. The cabin has been nicely renovated and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the cooking utensils we could have needed. The sheets and towels were all clean and in good shape. We would definitely rent this cabin again!

Great

We had a great stay. The host was easy to communicate with, the house was everything we needed. The upstairs bedroom was perfect for our kids, they had their own space while my husband and I had ours downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked, everything worked how it was supposed to and the check-in/out process was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again.

Love the lake

We had a wonderful family weekend. The house is fully stocked and comfortable, and the different spaces allowed each family to have privacy. The view of the lake was picture perfect. We had a fabulous time.

Beautiful property, gorgeous location!

Easily the most gorgeous property I’ve stayed in at the ranch. Serene views Of Aspen Lake and beautifully furnished home. Everything was labeled for ease of use - very helpful. Owner was excellent about responding to questions. Although there were only 4 of us, it’s easy to see how this would accommodate a multiple generation family visit. Our college aged children were very comfortable - the upstairs bed/bath was just as nice as the master. This home has been very thoughtfully updated in every possible way. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great time in Black Butte Ranch

This house is in a great location on the Black Butte Ranch property. It’s walking/biking distance to the Glaze Meadow pool/fitness/courts. The golf courses are wonderful and were very easy to get tee times during our Sept stay. We saw turkeys and deer at the cabin nearly every day. House is clean, completely as advertised, and up to date in terms of decor and amenities. Hosts are extremely friendly and responsive. It was our second visit; I’m sure there will be a third visit in our future.
