Perfect for family celebration

This was a great place to house us, two sets of grandparents and our daughter on the weekend of her graduation from Exeter. Kate was super communicative and flexible! We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Awesome spacious property !

We love staying here. We rent this property for girls weekend and it's amazing ! Tons of room, great tables for playing games and lots of seating in the living room area. Comfy beds. Beach is literally steps away. We will be back !!

Kate was a wonderful hostess! The home was beautiful,clean, convient to beach access and surrounding attractions. I would highly recommend this seabrook get away in a lovely community. 5 star stay. I would definatly go back.

Perfect Seabrook spot!!!

Kate and Eric are amazing hosts!!! This beach house was perfect for our extended family. Clean and spacious. Amazing ocean view from the second floor window and walking distance to the beach. Kate and Eric were available and super responsive to any of our questions. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing place and host

Our stay was from June 9th to 12th 2023. We booked this location in Mach 2023 for my family and I to spend a weekend to celebrate my daughter's high school graduation. Kate was such awesome host. Check in process was quick and easy. All rules and such explained in detail. We didn't have the best weather, but that didn't matter at all. We spent time walking the beach itself, which was quiet and clean. Everyone we met was friendly and always a good morning to be had. We rented the first floor which is open concept with so much space. The sitting, dining and kitchen areas were perfect for us. The sleeping room were nice in size and we had no problem with accommodations for our group. Although we didn't use it. The added feature of an outdoor shower was cool. The rental is steps away from the entry path to the beach. It was awesome to wake up, and a few steps later be watching the sunrise over the water with coffee in hand. Highly recommend this rental property, Kate is an amazing host and was happy to help with any needs we had during our stay.

Please read before you rent here!

Positive: Comfortable beds Proximity to beach All the negative: There is NO spa or hot tub that is accessible by renters in this unit. The grill is filthy. We wanted to cook out but wouldn't dare put anything on it. The unit had NO bath soap (had to ask for some!), no paper products or kitchen towels, no trash bags, no spices, and no coffee. You must bring absolutely everything. Floor was covered in sand when we arrived (despite the very high cleaning fee...) Renters on second floor were very noisy and when I contacted the owner she did nothing. On our last day, our little grandson threw something and it hit the TV. We contacted Kathleen and told her we would replace the TV. She agreed to the screenshot of the TV we suggested. Kathleen then asked us to purchase an extended warranty and pay the haul-away fee. We refused to buy her an extended warranty. Her husband was also dishonest about how old the TV was. Since we refused to pay for extras, Kathleen decided to go through the VRBO process even though we fully agreed to replace her TV. She just wanted MORE. Finally, this is not a place "all to yourselves". It is a noisy 3-story building. Kathleen was intrusive on very our first day, demanding we sign paperwork without reading it, and disrupting our morning trying to get breakfast for our grandchildren. We are honest people who are shocked at how were treated by Kathleen. I would never recommend this place.

Excellent home on a fantastic beach

I stayed here with my family for our summer vacation, and I can't say enough good things about our experience. The Home: It's an enormous floor plan and you can see the ocean from the first floor. I have a pretty large family and we were totally comfortable the entire time. There's also a really nice and private area around and behind the house where you can lounge in Adirondack chairs, eat at a nice outdoor table, and use the propane grill (they provided a full tank). The Hosts: Kate was super friendly and helpful at check-in, and then left us to enjoy the place to ourselves the rest of our stay. Before going I had been a little concerned about privacy and noise level based on the fact that the owners live above the rental, but I didn't hear a peep the entire time. The Location: Obviously this home is directly across from the beach, which is awesome, but the real surprise was just how nice this particular beach is for a family vacation. It's separated from the boardwalk area by Hampton Bridge, and therefore seemed significantly less crowded and noisy. I couldn't find anything to complain about if I tried - definitely would recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Perfect beach getaway

This was truly the perfect vacation spot. The house was spacious, clean, and located so close to the beach. Kate and Eric were amazing! They were friendly, helpful and made the check in process smooth and convenient. We were able to enjoy time with family on the outdoor patio as well as the spacious living area. Couldn't ask for a nicer location or hosts. This was such a wonderful place for our family gathering, we can't wait to come back again!

Home, away from home

We were very happy with our last minute booking at this beautiful beach cottage (first floor) in Seabrook. Felt like home away from home. The owner - Kathleen was very accommodating with our check-in and check-out times, fast communication, checking with us if we needed anything during our stay, and her absolutely welcoming personality. The property was clean, equipped and right by the beach. The kids loved the outside shower which was perfect to rinse off after enjoying the ocean. My search is over, this will be my go-to home for renting if I am in the area. Thank you very much Kathleen for all your help.

Wonderful location and stay!

We had a lovely quick trip to Seabrook! Kate was wonderful and kind, and made our stay very easy. The property offered a great amount of space and the location was fantastic - directly across the street from the private beach entrance, and down the street from our family - which was important to us. This place must be booked all summer long - not a surprise!

Lovely space across from beach !

We continue to return year after year. Perfect for girls weekend. Clean, bright, comfortable beds. Plenty of space for cooking, playing games, and watching movies. The owners were excellent and you can tell they love what they do. Perfect place with lots of room to sleep and and a great kitchen to gather in. A Peace of Heaven

Exceptional beach rental property

My wife and I are in our late 50’s, I only state that to provide some context, this isn’t our first rodeo. We have stayed at a lot of rental properties over the past 30 years, and this was by far our best experience. The property is exceptional, literally steps from the beach. The owners are accommodating and thoughtful. You simply can’t go wrong staying here.
