Villa Ranalli - Familjevänligt Florida Pool Home

Detta fullt möblerade, tre sovrum, två badrum hem är komplett med en privat i marken elektriskt uppvärmd pool i en skärmad Lanai omgiven av palmer. Det ligger i ett lugnt bostadsområde i SE-delen av Cape Coral, Florida. Vi är bara 25 minuter från Southwest Florida International Airport i Fort Myers (RSW), 35 minuter från Punta Gorda Airport (PGD), 90 minuter från Sarasota Airport (SRQ) och två timmar från Tampa Airport (TPA).

Detta hem i Florida-stil har två försvinnande skjutdörrar från vardagsrummet till den inskjutna Lanai, samt en skjutdörr i sovrummet - allt inställt för att öppna dig till utsidan Lanai. En vacker njurformad elektrisk uppvärmd pool, uteplats och skärmad Lanai är de främsta egenskaperna hos fastigheten. Det finns gott om uteserveringar inklusive ett bord för Six (6) och flera solstolar.

Det välutrustade köket är fullt utrustat med diskar, redskap, glas, köksredskap, Keurig kaffebryggare, brödrost, mikrovågsugn, etc. - allt du kan behöva. WiFi med hög hastighet ingår också i hela huset.

Familjerummet har en bekväm soffa och kärlekssits och en 65-tums smart-TV med DirectTV. Det finns två takfläktar för hög komfort, liksom en skärmad veranda från den främre ingången för att möjliggöra en riktig utomhusmiljö. Matsalen har ett bord för fyra.

Förutom ett komplett kylskåp, gasspis, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin finns ett litet sovsal med kylskåp.

Villa Ranalli känns väldigt rymlig och öppen samtidigt som den erbjuder en delad sovrumslayout för avskildhet. Poolen och uteplatsen är i fullt solljus från gryning till skymning, vilket garanterar dig underbart varma eftermiddagar samt hisnande soluppgångar och solnedgångar.

Huset är luftkonditionerat med en ny enhet installerad 2016. Alla rum är utrustade med takfläktar i hela. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng (ny madrass 2018), 50 "tv och privat badrum med duschkabin. Det andra sovrummet har en Queen size-säng, 40 "TV och garderob. Det tredje sovrummet har en full säng med 30 "tv och garderob.

Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel och Captiva Islands ligger alla inom en kort och enkel 25 - 30 minuters bilresa. Den populära Cape Coral stranden ligger också bara en kort 5-10 minuters bilresa, liksom många fantastiska restauranger och golfbanor.

Sisters gathering

House was perfect for spending time With sisters and their spouses. Screened pool area/ lanai were very enjoyable. Comfortable recliners were great for afternoon siesta, or those with Sleep issues. Close proximity to grocery stores.

Nice pool. Had a garage we could park our minivan in, which was great! Being able to to in/ out/pack was very appreciated. Kitchen had everything you'd need and then some. Appreciated the cleaning supplies left for our use as we like to swiffter and wipe down everything daily.

Great time at Spring Training

We enjoyed our time very much. 30 minutes to ballparks and beaches. House is fully equipped and the pool is delightful. Great local restaurants and you must indulge yourself with a trip to Farmer Browns grocery extravaganza The hosts were communicative throughout the process. My highest recommendation for someone looking to spend time in the Ft Myers Coral Springs area

Would stay again

The property was well kept and exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living by opening up the sliders to the lanai. The pool was the perfect temperature and we took advantage of the gas grill as well as the flatiron grill. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but within 10 minutes of groceries and shopping. Our family members agreed we would stay here again.

Delivered as promised

The photos of the home are updated and accurate. Place was clean and matched expectations. Some on-site pool supplies for the kids were an added bonus. Wi-Fi was on the fritz, but owner communicated issue well and helped us make other arrangements. Would definitely rent this place and/or from this ownership group again.

Stayed here right after Hurricane Ian. Considering the circumstances, it was a great stay. Host is very communicative and responsive.

Absolutely wonderful!

We just loved staying here! It had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great. The neighbors were so pleasant and kind. The pool was perfect for us, especially being enclosed. The host was super to communicate with. We will stay again at this property for our next trip to Cape Coral.

Fantastic Property

Property was exactly as described. Super clean! Very quiet neighborhood. Owner was fantastic. Very easy check-in, check-out process. In town for a baseball tournament. The pool was very refreshing after some long days at the ball fields. Property is about 20-30 mins from the ball parks in Fort Myers. Washer, dryer and soaking sink were just an added bonus for keeping uniforms clean. Would highly recommend property to anyone visiting the area. Especially families coming in for any one of the many baseball tournaments held in the area throughout the year. Look forward to a return visit in the future.

Beautiful home

We absolutely loved staying at this home. The location is near everything and neighborhood is quiet. The couches are sooo comfy. My children loved the pool and didn’t want to leave. Would definitely visit again.

Excellent Rental

Check In Process was a breeze, Owner texted Check In/Check Out Information in a timely fashion. Rental was easy to locate and in a nice neighborhood. Rental was exactly as described although site pictures do not do justice. The home has exceptional landscaping in both front and back of home and the interior is lovely as well. We had 4 people in our party and the home was perfect for us. We all loved the large sitting area and seating. The large Smart TV with Bose sound bar was a nice addition to family movie nights. The radio mounted underneath kitchen cabinet provided a nice ambiance while preparing meals. The master bedroom is large and the sliding glass doors leading out to pool were a fantastic addition providing a nice wake-up view. Many kitchen items were provided as well as laundry and bathroom items. The pool was amazing and provided endless entertainment and refreshment both before and after beach days. The home was close to shopping and nearby beaches. I absolutely loved our stay in this rental and would definitely recommend.

Excellent Stay

Joe, the property owner, was very informative, and made our stay a pleasure. The teenagers loved the pool! The accommodations were exactly as stated and the house was furnished extremely well (towels, garbage bags, condiments). I would highly recommend this to Perry!

We had a very nice stay. The property is clean and comfortable, in a nice quiet neighborhood and accurately matches the description shown in the listing. We have made some suggestions to the owner of a few tweaks/improvements that we think would enhance the experience for guests. We would gladly stay here again.

Very Nice House!!!

We were fortunate enough to rent Joe's house from Christmas Eve to New Year's Eve 2021. We have been to Fort Myers many times in the past, but, this was our 1st time in Cape Coral. The house is very nice and is conveniently located near most everything (nearest Publix is 5 minutes away, Circle K gas station 3 minutes away, multiple restaurants within 5-10 minutes (Twisted Lobster was our favorite!)). We had 5 of us staying there (age 15 to 52) and everyone enjoyed themselves. I'll state the pros and cons of the house: Pros - had hand soap, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and tissues stocked. Every other house we have stayed at, there has been less than 1/2 roll of toilet paper and none of the other items listed. That is so refreshing and nice that we didn't have to spend a bunch of money on those items at Publix. Again, there is so much nearby. My daughter & I went too Health & Strength Gym every morning (great gym & it was only 5 minutes away). Then, we all spent the rest of the day in the pool. The weather was 80-83 every day and the pool water was perfect! My wife and daughters sat in the sun and read most of the day. If they got hot, they went to the outside table in the shade (where we ate all of our lunches and Christmas dinner!). The washer and dryer were great and the washer instructions were very helpful. The neighborhood was safe and we walked it on multiple mornings and evenings and never felt unsafe. Cons - the pots and pans had crumbs in them. The cabinet where they are stored was dirty with crumbs inside it. We had to wash out the pots and pans before making Christmas dinner. Not a deal-breaker by any means, but, something to improve on. The pool only had about 1/4 of it in the sun for this time of year. Again, the pool water was warm, but, you did have to go to the sunny section if you wanted sun while in the pool. Bring your own garbage bags for the kitchen garbage as there were no extras. This is normal for rental properties, so, I knew to pack extras. However, this is more for future renters to pack a few vs a true con of the house. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We didn't use the grill at all, but, that is a nice plus for the house. Joe has a great property there and checked on us multiple times during the week. I would recommend staying here to any of my family and friends and, hopefully, we can be back next year. Thank you Joe for opening your house up to me and my family.
