Detta 4 kung sovrum, en drottning murphy säng, trund säng (två tvillingar), 3 badrum hem ligger i ett lugnt bostadsområde och är ett halvt kvarter från alla restauranger och shoppar i Times Square / Pier området. Ett kvarter till Times-torget, piren och stranden. Njut av den fridfulla uppvärmda poolen som är täckt av en Lanai för att hålla ut buggar och löv. Poolområdet har en vacker mahognybar i ena änden. Baren har en 50 tums plattskärms-TV, ismaskin, kylskåp och mixer. Grill lite färsk fisk från våra lokala marknader på din gasgrill. På övervåningen finns ett rymligt fullt utrustat kök, en stor matplats med sittplatser 8-10, ett stort vardagsrum med överdimensionerade tan läder soffor, kraft liggande Lazie Boys och en 50 tums plattskärms-TV, 2 badrum, ett däck, ett kontorområde , en tvättstuga och 3 kung sovrum med en TV och en queen murphy säng. Nedervåningen är en king size-lägenhet. Vardagsrummet har en rulla säng som drar ut i två enkelsängar, en platt-TV och sittgrupp. Köket är fullt utrustat och det finns ett badrum. Denna lägenhet ligger bekvämt intill poolen för användning av toaletter och kök. Också bredvid poolen finns en utomhusdusch för poolanvändning eller för den större personen i din grupp. Det finns fiskestänger att fiska i kanalen och två begagnade cyklar att åka på stranden eller se ön. Förutsatt finns också många poolleksaker, sandleksaker, strandvagn, strandstolar, rullande kylare och parasoll. Längs kanalen finns en stor brygga för din fiske bekvämlighet. Om du hellre bara skulle ligga i hängmatta på bryggan eller sitta och titta på båtarna, går delfiner och manatees. För ungdomarna finns en barnstol, barnstol, porta spjälsäng, booster seat, barnvagn spel och leksaker. Denna fastighet ligger intill Paradise Cove som är en 3 kung, 5 bad, pool, kanal, tiki bar hem. Weekend getaway

This is a great property in the heart of Fort Myers Beach. Walking distance to everything. 1 block from the restaurants and shops and only 2 short blocks to the beach. Perfect location. Beautiful house on the canal with a pool. The house is very nice and clean. The owner is super accommodating and was very helpful with our arrival and departure from the property.

We loved the property! The property is very well maintained and we loved the pool overlooking the canal. We saw dolphins and a couple of manatees in the canal right by us. Its so close to everything and the beach is a quick walk away. Great Location.

Great spot!

Travelled with 3 toddlers and this place was perfect! Lots of sand toys to take to the beach! Great location. We walked everywhere!

Amazing Getaway!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a much needed getaway. The house is beautiful and the pool is awesome! We saw a manatee right from the dock! We are already looking to plan for next year!

Family Vacation!

Every year my husband and I bring our kids and grandkids down to Florida for their Christmas present. This was an excellent house for all of us. They have everything you need to have fun and were so easy to work with . We would stay here again and the location is great!

Great Family Getaway

This property has ample space inside and out. There are so many options for activities on and near the property. We spent very little time inside because the lanai and pool were so roomy and comfortable. Our host responded to our extra needs promptly. We would recommend this property!

FAMILY VACATION

We had a great vacation. We would definitely like to stay here again. The location was fantastic. The lay out of the house allowed for privacy for everyone. We really appreciated the screened in pool. We do a great deal of cooking and the kitchen was well appropriated. The owner was easy to communicate with. No complaints at all!!

Perfect vacation home!

This home has everything you need for a family vacation at the beach. It is in the perfect location and has absolutely everything that you need for your vacation. The pool area with the outdoor eating area is perfect for kids. It's a short walk to the beach, lots of restaurants and shopping. The inside of the home is spacious and has all the amenities. We truly did not need to bring anything other than our clothes. Everything else was provided in the home. We've stayed in a lot of beach homes over the years and this one is far superiors to anywhere else we've ever stayed.

Close to Everything

House had everything we needed. The kids loved having a pool and spent a majority of their time there. We rented a boat and parked it on the canal. Owner was responsive when we had a couple questions. Location was great, easy walk to several good restaurants. Times Square beach was crowded both days we went down, so we mostly just took the boat out to find more private locations. Was nice to be able to bring the dog along and the fee was reasonable.

Fantastic Time in Fort Myers Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Fort Myers Beach. The property was awesome. It had enough space and offered the many amenities of the comfort of home and some. The pool was amazing! It’s huge when compared to many other private pools. It’s well taken care of. The owner, Tess, was responsive to our messages and answered all of our questions and surpassed our expectations. She was fantastic! I recommend this property for its amenities, space, and it’s location to shopping and dining as well as the public beach access.

Girls Wanna Have Fun: We are a group of senior women.

This year because of COVID we went for Girls Wanna Have Sun, and decided on a rental near beach in Fort Myers with private pool. We couldn't have been more satisfied. 2 blocks from main strip of shops and restuarants and one block more to beach. Koester's home was amazing. Everything you could want and more. Only wish there was interior connection to downstairs rooms. Some of the women kept locking door out of habit and other part of group would be locked out. Usually we are a bigger group and if we do Florida again we will rent Koester's next door home as well. Thanks for a great stay.

GREAT Location!!!

Had a fantastic time in this house! Mid July with 4 couples. Brought our boat and kept it at the dock. Made friends with neighbors on both sides. House is great; master bedroom has adjustable massage bed and bidet in bathroom—surprise bonus! Had everything we needed in the kitchen, bar area was great and ice maker well used!! Fish light attracts fish every night and there’s a bar in the dock for hanging by the water. In laws stayed in downstairs apartment and it was great to have an extra fridge and bathroom (fridge also behind bar). Tess was friendly and helpful and If I have any suggestions for her it would be to request the cleaning people tidy up the outside area in the back and outdoor shower periodically. All was good once we cleaned up a little, and we spent lots of time out there. Short walk to beach, restaurants, shops, pier, and on weekends there’s a band outside in Times Square, street performers, and additional activities. Thanks Tess for everything—we had a great time!!!

A great get-away

I rented Tess' place for a week in May to celebrate my 30th birthday with my siblings and their spouses. The good: The pictures don't even begin to do it justice. This house is a-w-e-s-o-m-e. The pool is salt water and nice and deep and huge. There's a bar and a little apartment. The master bathroom has a bidet and the master bed adjusts and vibrates lol. There was more than enough room to spread out and have some space if you need it. It is located on the canal and if you hop in one of the three kayaks you are a few strokes away from the back bay. The house itself is RIGHT around the corner from downtown. The sunsets are amazing, the local restaurants are really cool. I loved it. The (not bad, but, idk... notable?) - It was just bad luck but the air went out on our last night there and it was so hot and humid. Tess was as responsive and helpful as it was reasonable to expect her to be at 8pm on a Friday night. But that was a bummer. -The downstairs apartment is a little musty. If that smell is something you are sensitive to, keep the teenagers down there lol.

Great location!

House was very clean & we loved the location! We walked to dinner at a different restaurant every night & to watch the sunset from the beach. Comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen items to cook with, fridge kept everything cold & it was nice having the pool. We fished off the pier a couple nights & laid in the hammock. We preferred the beach at Lovers Key State Park for less crowds & white sand. We saw manatees a couple of different days at Lovers Key!! We also drove to Sanibel & Captiva one day for different scenery. Parking is VERY limited and $5 an hour & a $6 toll bridge so plan to leave for those beaches early! Our main issue was we didn’t realize there is literally NO yard. We bring our dogs on vacation and had to walk them to an empty lot for potty breaks. The house is listed as “pet friendly” but without anywhere for dogs to run or potty it really wasn’t conducive for our needs. Bikes are old, no rubber grip on handlebars. Beach wagons were nice & we did use them. Several beach umbrellas were in garage but they were all broken. We only used the kayaks 1 time, with kids you need a 2 seater. The kids couldn’t paddle by themselves safely. We had so much fun taking turns using the karaoke machine. The downstairs is definitely smaller than what we thought from pictures & it was hot in the apartment due to being cooled only by a wall unit. If you’re a person that needs cool to sleep then you would be better off upstairs. Luckily, we had great weather and didn’t spend time indoors so it wasn’t a huge issue. We went to Edison/Ford estate one morning and really enjoyed the guided tour. Was worth missing a couple hours of beach time! Great house for large family & location across from Times Square can’t be beat!

We are Rod and Tess Koster. We own Paradise Cove, sleeping 6-8 people, has a pool, bar and canal, Beach House across the street from these two, 4 king bedrooms, two bath, pool and Tiki Bar, Heavenly Tropics, 4 king, 3 bath, Tiki Bar, and pool, And Sunshine Cove and Sunshine Nook each one king duplex with lock out door and pool all rentals in Fort Myers Beach FL. During the summer we are in Minnesota to be near our four children, their spouses and 10 grandchildren. We have great friends who help us out with our rentals when we are not here. During the winter we are snowbirds and reside on Fort Myers Beach which we love! The kids do come and visit. We have retired from the family car lot and have let the kids take over.
