Ett lugnt lugnt läge med hela dagen solen och en lugn utsikt över sjön och bergen. Du kan verkligen vara i solsken hela dagen, sommaren eller vintern. Nedför en lång uppfart är detta ett privat lugnt läge med en platt gräsmatta för barn att leka säkert.
Vårt hem har nyligen renoverats med ett fullt utrustat kök, två nya badrum och en tvättstuga.
Det har fantastisk utsikt från privata däck och trädgårdar. Det finns två loungeområden och utomhusdäck att koppla av och njuta av utsikten. Detta hem är lämpligt för ett par, 1-2 familjer eller en grupp vänner.

Family Holiday In Queenstown

A Great place to relax after the snow

Perfect spot for a family...beautiful location

We were thoroughly impressed with our stay here. Fiona was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The property is comfy & clean and location is perfect! In a quiet suburb, away from the hustle & bustle of downtown Queenstown but didn't feel too far away. The garden was stunning and so relaxing with exquisite views. Very clean and catered for all our needs, great kitchen! The only downside was the house got very hot by the afternoon so we needed to keep all blinds & curtains closed through the day but that didn't bother us because we were out exploring all day and it meant that we had great weather. So all in all I would definitely recommend this property and we would definitely stay again next time we're in Queenstown.

Peace away from the crowd

Our 9 days at the property were peaceful and the house has everything you need. It is well positioned as a base for towns such as Kingston, Glenorchy, Wanaka day trips or further afield. It was warm and comfortable.

Perfect long term stay

We were looking for somewhere comfortable for our family of 4 to live, work and home school from for a couple of months and we hit the jackpot with this house! With plenty of room for us all (you could easily have 6 or more people staying), it is light, bright and homey, with gorgeous interiors and a beautiful view. Cannot fault it. Fiona was a pleasure to deal with, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. 10 out of 10!

Exceptional Home Rental

Our stay was exceptional from the moment we arrived until we unfortunately had to leave; and believe me teenage girls can be hard to impress but we were all overwhelmed by our experience staying here . The premises was exactly as described and depicted in the photos - the actual views no photo can do justice they are simply breathtaking. Fiona was fantastic to deal with - prompt replies, no issue a big deal, welcoming and appreciative of taking care of her beautiful home. The home is airy, sun filled, the linen of exceptional quality, the kitchen fully decked out, great location only a short drive from the airport, Queenstown, shopping centres, public transport, Frankton trial, The Remarkables drive, but at the same time so private and quiet. We could not fault our stay at this gorgeous home at all and we do our utmost to return one day again as we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves so much. Thank you Fiona for helping to make our adventure such a memorable one :)

Great homestay near Queenstown

Beautiful views and light filled house. We enjoyed eating out and cooking at home for our family. Queenstown restaurants and attractions close by. Local supermarket provided great fresh groceries. A barbecue would come in very handy.

Top shelf and highly recommended!

Beautifully updated, well appointed and very clean rental with phenomenal views of the lake and mountains! The owner’s pride of ownership shows from the level of thought provided to ensure guests enjoy their stay. A handy (and updated) guidance document was provided with recommendations for items ranging from dining to walking/running trails, as well as essential info on how to operate the Wi-Fi/TV/washer and dryer. The only minor negatives were that the mattresses were a bit firm for our liking, and that the steep and narrow driveway can make ingress/egress difficult depending on your vehicle type (we had an eight-passenger van). Still, we would highly recommend this rental!
