The property was very clean, with an excellent view of the lake. We enjoyed dinner out on the patio - peaceful. The condo is also stocked very well with everything you might need. I so appreciated the number and quality of the bath towels. Though I had 2 very comfortable nights of sleep in the bed - my partner found the bed a bit soft for his back. I would stay here again without hestitation!

Great place to stay for a couple nights for 2 people. Walking distance to the amphitheater and great views of Lake Dillon. The unit is on the far end of the building and shares a patio with the end unit. We didn’t see the people staying at the end unit but you could hear their tv when sitting on the patio. The large grassy area in front of the condo is a really nice spot to sit and relax with a bit more privacy. We did hear a little foot noise from the upstairs unit but nothing bad. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

The location was great, rental company was very communicative/responsive, the unit was extremely clean and perfectly appointed for our girls' weekend. Just two of us staying but it was really nice that we each had our own bathroom. The bedroom is right as you walk in the door but that allows for the living space to face the lake. You do share a patio with the next door neighbor, but we only saw them once. Would love to go back when the weather was better and the lake back to normal levels.

It was a great location, we did not feel comfortable using hot tub and did our laundry at local laundry mat as people would do their laundry early in the days and leave it in the wash machine all night but laundry mat is close by.

Condo was nicely stocked with kitchen and other supplies needed, even some old movies to watch. Decor is somewhat dated, but fine. Bathrooms are clean and fine, but showing signs of wear and tear. At night living areas seemed a bit dark, even with the lights on.

Lake Dillon condo 111

It was very spacious and we did use the gas fireplace occasionally. The location couldn’t be better . As for improvement the furniture could be more comfortable for lounging and the mattresses need to be upgraded. That said, we loved Dillon and condo 111. Condo 111 had a well equipped kitchen and we used the gas grill for dinners. The beds although not horrible could use an upgrade.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in this unit before and love it. The remodel, kitchen amenities are more than adequate. The only complaints are the coffee pot needs, some of the pillows & hide a bed mattress needs to be replaced and screen door falls off the track easily. You can’t beat the view of gorgeous lake Dillon!

Stunning view!

We stayed in this beautiful condo with it’s gorgeous view of Dillon Resevoir a few weeks ago! It was absolutely perfect in every way! The condo had everything we could have possibly wanted. The kitchen was updated. The beds were so comfortable! The patio table overlooking the lake was perfect for our morning coffee and evening meals! The bike/walking path is right out front. We took advantage of it and rode rented bikes all the way to Frisco and back! We WILL definitely return to this little piece of paradise!!!
