Lovely, quiet getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful, large home, clean and nicely appointed with a spacious outdoor patio with a private pool and spa. Highly recommend for a family getaway after enjoying the hustle and bustle of the many Orlando parks!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is exactly as described and it was so nice having a private pool/hot tub to relax in after a long day at Disney/Universal. I would highly recommend using this house and would use it again.

Not sure I'd stay here again

Property was as described, though a bit tired and outdated. The biggest frustrations had to do with the poor plumbing. Multiple toilets, including the master bathroom, were clogged when we arrived (doesn't anyone check this?). This major inconvenience was compounded by multiple signs in the property warning that the costs for plumbers to fix clogged toilets would be borne by the renter. Really? If you want to rent your property, you need to have toilets that don't clog. The other annoyance was that the sliding doors to the pool didn't seal properly, resulting in alarms going off multiple times randomly throughout the first night. The property company was very attentive in resolving both the toilet and alarm issue (they turned it off), but nevertheless, these issues made the stay less relaxing than it could have been. The one other negative is that the location of the resort wasn't terribly convenient to most of the action that was about 30 mins away. And that meant getting on the always jammed Orlando highways, which wasn't much fun. Not the fault of the property, but does make it less desirable. We paid to have the pool and spa heated. We were a bit frustrated that the spa was not hot-tub temp; in fact it was colder than the pool. We had unfortunate cold weather during our week stay, which meant that we couldn't make use of either. Absent the frustrations with the toilets and alarm, I would have given this property 4 stars.

Fabulous Villa

The villa is in a very quiet peaceful community surrounded by golf courses and well manicured open spaces. The villa itself is huge and well equipped. The pool area is lovely although as there is so much to do in Orlando we spent little time there. The only minor things to note - the freezer is broken but there is a temporary one in the garage (would have been good to know as we spent a day trying to figure out how to get the broken one cold!). There are giant TVs everywhere but they are a bit dated and not loaded with the typical streaming apps you normally find - but it didn’t matter as we had so many other things to entertain us. All the usual chain restaurants are within a 10 min drive. The Walmart by the 192 considerably better than the Publix to the south. Highly recommended!

The Property was just as described - was in immaculate condition - any issue we had was taken care of immediately ! The property manager was very helpful and and ensured that we had a very pleasant stay. If in the area again - will for sure use this property again !

Ideal Location! Close to Disney, restaurants, shopping!

My family and I had a nice stay at this beautiful home in a very lovely neighborhood which was close to everything we needed. 15 minutes to Disney and plenty of food and shopping nearby. We were allowed an early check in on the day or our arrival which was very much appreciated. The house was clean but we did encounter a small bug/ant problem in the kitchen area and in one of the downstairs bedrooms. We called property management and someone came out quickly and sprayed. The listing mentioned a DVD player but when we arrived, we couldn’t find one. Not a huge deal but we did bring movies and were hoping to watch them in the theater room with family. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. What made this home very memorable for us was the outdoor/pool area. Beautiful views, very quiet and relaxing and having a hot tub and pool every day after long days at Disney was just great. We spent 80% of our time outside by the pool. Would definitely recommend this home for couples/families.

Staying in Reunion is always a pleasure! The property was beautiful and the property management was highly responsive, kind and personable. Much appreciated! My only recommendation for future consideration is a more thorough cleaning of the kitchen areas to ensure mites aren't hovering from food particles of past guests and the front door lock is addressed to provide sufficient safety and security. A great stay overall!

The floors in the property were dirty - property Mgr offered to send housekeeper which was a nice gesture. I had already cleaned floors myself so denied the offer. Pool filtering system wasn’t working up to par the first two days so we had limited use of the pool…Alex indicated the problem prior to our arrival during inspection but was not fixed prior to arrival. Expensive property not to be able to enjoy all amenities. The house itself and the neighborhood are beautiful and our family enjoyed our stay regardless of the initial issues.

Bit of Paradise!

This home is beautiful! Overlooks golf course and is in a gorgeous neighborhood. Kitchen is well stocked with all utensils and appliances you could possibly need. The 3 bedrooms with king size beds are very comfortable. The bedroom with twins is fine for children. The beds are a little small for older teenagers. Two bedrooms down and two up (twin is up). Everyone enjoyed the game room and theater room after a day at Walt Disney! Close to the parks and grocery store. Overall, a delightful stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious vacation home!

The bar is set

This is the first time I’ve ever used Vrbo and now the standard is set for future rentals. This was perfect for us. Easy to get to the parks, loved having our own pool and hot tub to relax in every evening and we could even see Disney fireworks off in the distance above the tree line! There was some construction starting behind the house, but still the beginning stages of building so not noisy at all. Overall a great stay!

Great House, even better outdoor pool area

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. It is great for a small family gathering. The pool and outdoor area is one of the best we have stayed at. The fireplace and grill area is especially inviting. The house was very clean, high end appliances made cooking meals very easy.

Disney Magic

This house was perfect for our family of 8. 6 adults and 2 children. We all had plenty of personal space, and lots of space to be all together. Only a few minutes to the Disney parks. The house and immaculate. Everything you need to cook with was there. All interactions with property management were fast and professional. We can’t wait to come back!

Great winter retreat

Spent 3 weeks at this property. Had family for some and friends for some of the trip. Close to all the Orlando attractions with many restaurants both onsite and nearby. All enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Also enjoyed watching the Disney fireworks from the upstairs deck overlooking the pool and Golf coarse. Three weeks was not enough time.

Beautiful house for a family

This house was just as advertised. Very clean, well kept, close to Walmart for groceries if you intend to cook or just need anything. Pool was very nice and relaxing, my family of five enjoyed this property and we would highly recommend it.

Wonderful Family Home

Great home for multiple generations. Two masters on the first floor and plenty of room to spread out. Location is fantastic and neighborhood very quiet. There are plenty of bath and pool towels. Loved having two laundry rooms, one up and one down. My only complaint is that the bathroom upstairs is tough to share with two bedrooms, but that is me being very picky. It is a wonderful home! We will definitely reserve again.

Fabulous Property/ Great Location

Stayed with my family April 16th to April 23rd, couldn't have been more pleased. The home itself is impeccable. It feels more like someones home than a typical rental. Beautiful inside and out, kitchen is extremely well equipped, back yard with Pool and Spa is amazing. Jacuzzi in master bath is fantastic. Everyone reported their beds were super comfy. Outdoor grilll area with TV and Fireplace was also delightful. Fantastic movie room with humongous screen was a hit watching NBA playoffs, and there is a lovely pool table upstairs as well. Liked that the neighborhood had mature trees.. Just an awesome place to enjoy Orlando.

Beautiful property located in an upscale neighborhood, situated along the golf course. Had issues with the hot tub & pool throughout the stay but the management company was responsive and did the best they could to rectify the issue. Would recommend.

A Beautiful Reunion House - A Helpful Rental Staff

Our mid-Jan – mid Feb 2022 stay in the lovely 4-bedroom was wonderful. We chose this spacious house because it was perfect for our party of adult couples and singles giving everyone both private space and comfortable gatherings. Having spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry rooms both upstairs and down were a factor when originally booking the house for a group containing a mobility-impaired member but became valuable to everyone after a tiring golf / amusement park day! The kitchen has every top appliance, ample cook wares, plenty of utensils and dinnerware – including a full set of stylish unbreakable glasses and plates to safely use on the patio. Very thoughtfully, a dual drip filter/K-cup coffeemaker is available. The 3 king beds (and unused double twins) were wonderful. Quality bed linens and towels (including striped pool towels) were provided. The house came stocked with starter soaps, bath tissues, and kitchen/laundry cleaners that we augmented over our long stay. The pool table / arcade room was used daily and was also a viewpoint to see high top Disney fireworks. Although there were big-screen TVs in all bedrooms and gathering areas, the comfy Cinema Room (and a bag of popcorn) was THE place for Beijing Olympics viewing. This Reunion villa is centrally located for every need. Grocery stores, fast food and fine dining are within minutes of the gates, Disney et al are incredibly close, and the Kennedy Space Center just an hour away (after hearing on TV about an upcoming rocket launch, we drove out for dinner and a space shot). And there is PLENTY of golf – the Nicklaus Course hole #15 is at the back door, with many other courses, Top Golf, and, for everyone else, putt putt golf courses nearby. The villa’s pool is wonderful whether you are in the water or just lounging with a book. After dusk, the pool timered lights made the patio enchanting. (Tip: The upper “spa pool” and the large lower pool are about the same temperature, so, it IS worth it to get the pool heating option particularly in the cooler Dec-Mar months when natural sun heating is not sufficient). A pool cleaner visits weekly to keep it all sparkling. In-person customer service by the 5 Star Villas staff was integral to making our stay perfection. In particular Property Manager Alex was there to assist with any questions or concerns. We will certainly stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is spacious and accommodating. We liked the fact that it is in a nice neighborhood and very convenient to all the attractions, restaurants, and grocery stores. You really can't go wrong staying here. Although we were all adults, children would enjoy this property as well.

Wonderful Vacation!

Loved the property! Home had ample space and furnishings. Spent the mornings in the heated hot tub and enjoyed the evenings in the outdoor entertainment area and/or home theatre. Second time staying at Reunion and loved it both times.

Perfect for our Family Vacation

We had such a fun week at this house. The outdoor living space was exactly what we were looking for, great fireplace, hot tub, TV and pool with plenty of seating for all 8 of us. The house was so comfortable with plenty of space. We didn’t use the upstairs pool table room and movie room because we spent 3 days at the parks, and just ran out of time, but the space is fabulous upstairs. Hopefully we’ll get back and just enjoy all that the house has to offer. The management team was very friendly, helpful and responsive! Thank you!
