Absolutely amazing sunsets and great location! Coffee spot in walking distance. Beach in walking distance. Park for kids in walking distance. Loved it! On the bay so bring some bug spray for mosquitoes.

First and foremost to be positive, the setting on the bay was absolutely as advertised. It was beautiful and relaxing for sure. The place needs a ton of updates and maintenance from simple things as the broke drawer in the refrigerator to the non working ceiling fan missing a paddle. Major things that need fixed, clogging that hole in the ac unit that allowed a downpour in the kitchen when it rained. The AC unit in the bedroom leaked condesation all over the little ledge table and floor. The outside shower, hose area, did not work. The door for the shed was completely off the hinges. We looked at the kayak that was outside and it had a huge hole in it. Lastly all the towels and washcloths stunk like smoke.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. Very quiet didn’t even hear the neighbors the whole stay. The most peaceful view off the deck, my daughter caught a fish almost as soon as we got there. I would recommend!

Easy and lovely

Loved staying in this small rental. Had everything we needed or wanted, including board games. Everything was pretty straightforward, with not extra hassle. Really made our visit easy and homey.

Sitting on the porch watching the fish jump up from the bay was delightful. Our trip was relaxing, just what we needed to wind down. We went for walks around the park, the people we met were friendly. Everything we needed was near by. Unfortunately we didnt go to the beach due to rainy weather, but it was still a great time!

Peaceful

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this property in sandbridge. Many nice amenities, and the sunset over the water was absolutely spectacular.

Family summer vacation at Sandbridge

Enjoyed a week at the cottage at Sandbridge. Worked well for our family of 5. Walking distance to the beach and took full advantage of the bay fishing and kayaking.
