Denna 2 + loft / 2ba tri-level condo ligger bara några kvarter från downtown Ketchum. Condo erbjuder 1312 kvadrat känsla till bostadsyta och kommer att sova upp till 6 gäster. På huvudnivån hittar du ett av sovrummen. Detta rum har en king size-säng, 26 tums tv och tillgång till badrum i full storlek. På mittenivå finns vardagsrum med 31 tums plattskärms-TV, gasspis och takfläkt. Detta rum har högt i tak vilket ger bra ljus in i rummet med Mt. Visningar. Det öppna köket och matplatsen ligger också på denna nivå. Matbordet rymmer 6 med 2 barstolar vid köksbänken. Det finns tillgång till ett litet däck utanför matsalen som erbjuder utsikt över Mt, gasgrill, litet bord med två stolar och paraply. Det finns en stack tvättmaskin / torktumlare i en garderob precis utanför köket.

En tredje nivå är loftområdet och sovrummet. Sovrummet har en queen size-säng, Mt utsikt, walk in closet och full storlek bad. På loftet finns en dubbelsäng och har tillgång till antingen badrum i lägenheten.

Great location!

Cute condo within walking distance of everything in Ketchum Idaho. Well stocked property and very comfortable with two A/c units for the summer months. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the downstairs bedroom hears every squeak and toilet flush from above which was kinda loud. Overall we loved the place though!

Enjoyed my stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in this condo for two weeks and found it quite comfortable. The towels and linens were clean and in good condition. The kitchen is well stocked and has an efficient washer and dryer. You can tell the owner has created a nice balance of good quality items for a rental property.It has great light with so many windows and it is on a very quiet and in-town but walkable to the shops location. I had a small car – RAV4 - which fit in the garage but, as mentioned in the listing, a bigger car could make parking more challenging.I would definitely stay again. Alpine Lodging was very easy to book with.They should note that the front door is in serious need of weatherstripping. The amount of cold air whooshing into the house makes it very difficult to moderate the heat and is wasteful.

Nice Landing Spot Downtown

It is a good spot near everything downtown and allows us to host if needed as well. The washer was apparently recently broken when we were there, but stuff happens. Overall, we were very satisfied and plan to continue to book this property as available when we are in Ketchum.

Used a home base for conference

My company has a conference to attend every August in Ketchum, and we used to spend a lot of money on hotel rooms for everyone. This was more economical, and offered more amenities than any hotel in the area could. It also allowed us to be close to everything being right downtown. We will definitely be booking again if available next year!

Wedding week

We enjoyed out stay. There are a lot of stairs so probably not good for young children. The location is great and easy walk to all of Ketchum downtown. We did a load of laundry before leaving, but found the dryer did not work, so notified the manager. TV stations are very limited as well. Overall perfect for our needs.

No frills, but great downtown location

This a very basic condo. It's pretty dated overall but it functions well and has everything you need. Our main complaints would be (1) the bed in the downstairs bedroom has a whole in the middle that makes it really hard for 2 people to sleep in (they slope to the middle!) and (2) the unit doesn't have central air conditioning and the window-connected A/C units don't end up cooling the whole condo consistently. The A/C is really only an issue in the hottest part of summer, which just happened to be when we visited in July. Other than that, the unit was great, well located within walking distance to downtown Ketchum shops and restaurants, and met all of our needs.

Week in Sun Valley

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very clean and spacious and the kitchen had everything you need for a stay. There was unfortunately roofing work being done that week so there were a lot of trucks, workers in front of the unit and above which was noisy and inconvenient. Also, the location, although close to downtown Ketchum is tucked away in an area where there seemed to be lots of contractor trucks parked all around.

Easy, convenient and as decribed

We were at the corner of 6th and Leadville in downtown Ketchum so could walk for dinner, groceries, bars and such. The condo was as described. Well-furnished with the expected amenities. Thorough communication on the front-end and easy check-in process. I'd certainly rent from here again.

Sunny Sun Valley Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed this bright and sunny condo! The sun streams into this end unit most of the day. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were very private and on different floors, so sharing with another couple was easy! The location was fantastic. Easy walking to the shuttles, shopping & dining! Management was wonderful! We saw there was a blender and bought all kinds of smoothie ingredients. We went to make smoothies the next morning, and the blender didn't work. I called management to let them know and they delivered a new blender within the hour! Everyone we spoke to was so kind and helpful.

One Month in Ketchum

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience with our Ketchum rental. We had a few issues pop up at the beginning of our stay, but Alpine Lodging took care of everything quickly. The condo was conveniently located within walking distance of everything, garage was key for bike storage, plenty of room for our family, and nicely appointed kitchen. The only trouble for us was there are a lot of steep stairs - with a toddler and a senior dog, it made things tricky, but we knew that going into our stay, but couldn't resist the location!

Great location

Great location and good experience. We were able to walk everywhere. Air conditioners are rather loud and bulky, not shown in photos. In the winter, this would not be a problem at all. Overall a great stay in a fabulous town!
