Detta fantastiska lyxiga 6 sovrum / 5 badrum pool hemmet rymmer 14 personer (plus en baby) och ligger på den mycket önskvärda Solterra Resort med gratis faciliteter inklusive en vacker gemensam pool med en lat flod och vattenrutschbana, ett poolkafé, gym, tennisbana, volleyboll och rekreationsområden.

Detta lyxiga fristående poolhem har dekorerats till en exceptionell standard i hela och erbjuder 3 bostadsområden inklusive 2 loungeområden och ett roligt småbarns lekrum, 6 sovrum alla med platt-TV, 5 badrum och ett rymligt pooldäck med privat pool och spa.

Även från september 2019 ett nytt och snyggt spelrum inklusive Air Hockey, biljardbord och en full storlek bordtennis topp för att gå på biljardbordet. Det finns också en bekväm soffa och färgbelysning.

Den fantastiska öppen planlösning har soffor, en stor platt-TV och utsikt mot det vackra privata pooldäcket med pool och spa och inga bakre grannar. Det finns också ett roligt småbarns lekrum med en soffa, SMART TV och ett urval av småbarns leksaker.

Det eleganta köket är fullt utrustat för hemma middag inklusive ugn och spis, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare, brödrost, mixer etc.

Det finns en frukostbar med avföring och en formell matplats för plats 8 med skjutdörrar ut till poolen.

Även på bottenvåningen hittar du två vackert dekorerade sovrum - ett drottningsrum och ett tvåbäddsrum - med delad tillgång till ett badrum med dusch.

House is beautiful and plenty of room

The house was perfect, perfect size for 8 of us. The house cleaners should pay a little bit more detail and to Dusting.They don't pay good attention too details as in dusting or like spots on wall ..otherwize house was good.. family was happy

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed spending 2 weeks at this property, was exactly as advertised. Quick responses from property manager and we really had zero complaints or issues. It was a short walk over to the clubhouse. Our youngest loved the playroom and older kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Thanks again!

Good location to Clubhouse

We enjoyed our time together. The property is as described. 6 bedrooms were a good fit for us. The clubhouse is also right behind the house. If you cut through the backyard, it’s an easy 4 minute walk. Could use a few updates to mattresses and carpet cleaning.

Very nice family home

This home was so perfect for my family. We went with four generations of our family, thus we had small children, teens, middle aged and seniors. The home had all we could want, kids play room, game room and 2nd floor living for teens, pool for all, and only a very short walk to resort. Home was stocked well with dishes, towels, toys, pool equipment, and lots of eating space inside and out. We could not have asked for more. Highly recommend.

Great Home to Gather In

The home has plenty of space for a large family and lots of fun things to do. The listing is a pretty accurate depiction of what you'll get. We only experienced a couple of minor annoyances. Highway construction is in progress but has not caught up with the growth; traffic to the area was very challenging. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes well and we ended up hand washing a lot of dishes (not really how you want to spend vacation). Those things aside, we had a really great experience!

Excellent location for low-key family fun

This property was absolutely wonderful. Check-in was pretty easy. After registering at the front gate and being allowed to proceed to the house, I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and the home was just as it was pictured online. It was spacious, well maintained and had every comfort that I would expect of home. Whomever decorated this home, has given it a very quaint, country-home feel. All rooms were well appointed with furnishings that were in great condition. All bathrooms were clean and ready for use. My party did not encounter anything that was broken in the home except a window blind. But for me that falls under nothing broken. Some had difficult time with the televisions, but there was a wonderful book in the lower level dining room which had instructions and this made operation much easier. I might also add this was a great touch. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone in surrounding homes seemed to follow the community rules. There were some homes that had some small gatherings but I think this is appropriate and with the nice weather I think one can expect some signs of jubilation and fun. The clubhouse and other amenities at this location were excellent and easy to access with the "keys" given by the owner. Additionally the owners of this property were easy to reach. They responded in a timely manner to all messages and were accommodating with requests. We did not experience any issues with the home while staying here. The only issue that we did experience was the traffic. This is not something that the owners can do anything about. When traveling to the parks or even just to dinner, it was very necessary to start out early and give enough time i.e. 25-45 minutes extra for gridlock. I would recommend this large, lovely home to anyone that is wishing to get away for some fun family time.

Great house!

First off the house is big with lots of bedrooms! Love that the bedroom upstairs all have bathrooms attached to them. The pool is so big! You are a 3 minutes walk to the community pool. My only complaint would be that there is sometimes extreme traffic to get into the resort especially on Friday and Saturday afternoon/evenings. We waited 45 minutes one time simply trying to get in. It was chaotic. However for us the house and pool/spa made up for it. I would recommend it but with a warning about the traffic.

OUTSTANDING HOME!!!

I just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU so much for such a wonderful stay! The house completely blew myself and my guest away! The pictures were already amazing but seeing the house in person was a totally different experience! Everything was so clean and well put together. The pool was the clean and the perfect temperature. All of the rooms are spacious and neat, the bathrooms were in perfect shape as well. The toddler room was well liked by the children as well as the bunk bed room! They played in both areas for hours! The neighborhood is amazing too, and we loved how close it is to local stores as well as Disney/Universal. The towels were plenty and available in each room which was a super plus for a large amount of people!!! The living areas were so cozy and the table/bar in the kitchen was perfect. So many utensils and appliances as well! I have nothing bad to say at all. Our stay went above and beyond our expectations and I can not thank you enough for such a wonderful experience! Thank you for being so prompt and speedy with your responses as well, your communication was outstanding! It was certainly a pleasure and I hope you enjoyed having myself and family as guests as much as we enjoyed your home! Can’t wait to book again for future stays and I will be leaving this as a review on the site as well! Thank you so much!!!
