It is not often that I'd say that a place exceeded expectations but this did. We were 3 generations (ages 1-73) and LOVED the condo and Turks and Caicos. It was so easy to go to the gorgeous beach and pool. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We'd love to return.

We had a great stay at the Villa Renaissance! The unit worked great for our family of five. Of course the beach was awesome and we loved being able to sit on the porch and look at the beautiful ocean. It was great not having to fight for a chair at the beach or pool .The cleaning staff was very good and the front desk was helpful when needed. Mike (the owner) was very responsive to all our questions and made sure we knew where to go to eat and recreate.
