Condo was great - clean, modern, centrally located. Wendy was resourceful, quick to communicate, and a wonderful host. Private pool and beach access (fob required to access) for guests, which was nice to avoid squaters. Valet easy and convenient. Loved the place and will definitely stay again!

It had roaches and I got in contact with the people. They said they would take care of it and never got back in contact with me. The door to the veranda would not open. We couldn’t use it. The only shower with bath tub would not drain and it back up with dirty water on your feet. There was no air on one side of the condo and it was hot! One commode didn’t flush good and keep running. The access to the beach was a mess! The valet was rude because we didn’t have a fancy and expensive car!! This is not a place I would recommend to stay ever! It was not a good experience!!

Long weekend

My son and I stayed Wednesday through Monday. The unit was exactly as advertised. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Beach was right there. Everything was wonderful. Communications with Wendy were easy. I would definitely recommend.

Beach access

We stayed here for a just a few nights. We were coming primary to be on the beach so this was a great location, the condo had chairs and umbrellas which we appreciated. The condo was clean and the owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We didn't love the idea of the valet parking, but the valets were very fast and polite and we could get the car immediately every time. The location is on a busy street so personally that wasn't my favorite and on the 7th floor. It was great for our short trip.

Comfortable

The condo is roomy, clean and well-appointed but the building is showing its age. The balcony door can’t be locked (because it gets stuck?) and the ice maker and water in the fridge door didn’t work. The ice and water were not major issues for us. We slept well in the comfy beds but were often awoken by sounds from the condos around us - not that anyone was partying loudly but you could hear everything (chairs scraping on the floor, items being dropped, people walking). It is a condo so some of that is normal, and I may be more sensitive as I am a light sleeper. Wendy was wonderful to work with and easy to reach. The kitchen was well-stocked and the bathrooms had plenty of clean towels and a hair dryer. The closet with beach items was very well-stocked even though we didn’t get to take advantage of it due to our schedule and some rainy weather. It would have been nice to have some recommendations from the hosts about great restaurants or fun things to do. Overall, this condo was clean and well-stocked. Host communication was great.

Fantastic location, very spacious and comfortable for our group of 4 for a long weekend. Kitchen was well equipped, we had everything we needed. Great communication with the hosts. Would def recommend staying here!

Short beach getaway

The apartment was so nice. In beautiful, clean condition. They supplied everything you could possibly need from kitchen to beach sitting. We had groceries delivered from Walmart. On a cloudier day we were able to walk to Walmart, Publix, Ross etc. for shopping.We did not rent a car and there is not alot of restaurants within walking distance. We grabbed a pizza from across the street one night, otherwise used the well stocked kitchen to heat up food from the local grocery delis.The beach was great, only a short little walk, and the ocean very swimmable where we sat. The only thing i didnt like, which was never mentioned in the description or even any reviews, is the location of the corner unit. Yes, you have ocean view when you look to the right...beautiful. To the left, you get a peek of the intercoastal but you are also directly on the busy 6 lane street. Sitting on the balcony is very noisy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach was easy to access and we were blessed with great weather. The unit was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We would recommend this unit to others visiting the area.

Inexpensive Beach Property

The apartment was very clean. There were a few costs we weren't aware of like the $30.00 fob fee and the $10.00 per day parking, but I maybe just didn't see that in the description. Also, the main elevator didn't work toward the end of our stay, but the service elevator did. We did take the stairs a lot which was fine, but the door by the exit stairs to the beach would not open. The gate to the beach wasn't working. And we had no idea we were on the seventh floor from the description. All in all, the price was right for what we got.

Great View, Great Location

We were in town for an exteded weekend to attend a funeral. The views from this balcony gave us the peace we needed and so much more. There are three breathtaking views of the beach and the strip! Pool area is peaceful after dark... beach access only a minute from the building... nice area for walking

Awsome short stay in hollywood beach

Booked the stay last minute as we wanted to stay at the beach for couple of nights Wendy was amazing guiding us throughout the stay Location wise it was our choice as we wanted to try something new. The place is super clean and pictures doesn’t do it justice. Building staff are super nice unlike pther places/hotels we stayed in before. Even self parking was easy. 10/10 overall considering location/price

Short and sweet

This property did not disappoint in any way. I am very particular about the cleanliness of where I stay so there was nothing like walking in to the smell of Clorox and freshness. The beach items were a big hit and we took advantage of the chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and beach toys. The Beach Bar next door was a nice added bonus too although they close fairly early. We would definitely return to this location.

Many pictures of the rooms listed online are altered or have weird angles making the pictures look better that what the rooms actually look like. The pictures of this place are exactly what you get. This place and the amenities are great, the manager is very polite and always available. We loved our stay and will be back.

We love the beach and the sun. The ocean is therapeutic and rejuvenating - this gem gives you all of that with all the conveniences of access to amenities. We run a business so taking time away but still being accessible is a key factor.

The Seascape is situated only 20 minutes away from the Ft Lauderdale International Airport, and 30 minutes away from Miami International Airport. This unique resort condo enjoys a diverse mix of people. Everyone's here - retirees, snow birds, locals, and visitors from various corners of the world. We're not big golfers or gamblers but casino's and golf courses are just a short drive away. If you love shopping, Aventura Mall is only 10 minutes away. If outlet shopping is up your alley, Sawgrass Mills is only a 30 minutes drive away. Walmart, where you can get all your food and any other supplies that you may need for your stay, is only a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive away. We are also close to many restaurants in the area and we will be glad to share with you some of our favorite places. This condo is also a 5 minute drive to the Hollywood Boardwalk where you can enjoy miles of shopping, dining, and live music with the gorgeous view of the Atlantic Ocean.
