Huset är perfekt för underhållande med två däck som både tar morgon och kvällssol. Med ett extra TV-rum / våningssängrum är det här huset utmärkt om du reser med barn eller stora grupper. Our stay at Tere's residence from January 6 to 12 was such a fantastic experience that we decided to extend it until January 15 and we are so glad we did with availability. The home provided everything we needed as a household, making it incredibly comfortable and convenient.The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our meals with ease, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of essential supplies being available. We brought our own pantry items but found the welcome fruit tray to be a wonderful and warm gesture, it truly made us feel at home.The house had a cozy and inviting vibe, with a DVD player and plenty of entertainment options to keep the family relaxed and happy during downtime. Had swimming equioments such as goggles and reef shoes, kids and adults. A very short walk to the beach, that was super. The space was homely yet spacious, offering a pleasant environment for all of us to enjoy together.We loved how well-maintained and clean everything was, and the attention to detail really stood out. From the comfortable furnishings to the little touches that made us feel welcome, everything contributed to a memorable and pleasant stay.The bedrooms was super sized and just love it.Thank you for such a wonderful experience, Jenna and George. We will definitely recommend your holiday home to others and hope to visit again in the future.

What a slice of paradise! All of my dealings with the Hosts have been so prompt and friendly. Jenna and George are great hosts!!!!. Great location, spacious house

Overall an excellent stay, just minutes from the beautiful lagoon in Titikaveka. Large open spacious property, expected wear and tear, but overall tidy and comfortable. We had an issue with the dishwasher which the hosts were very quick to remedy for us. Easy communication with hosts! Would definitely stay again

Great bach for a larger family.

Perfect sized house for 3 generations with cot and highchair for the baby. Quick 2-minute walk to the loveliest beach (cross the main road and take the grass accessway between the 2 beach front studios). Outdoor shower made life easy. Friendly dogs spent the day on the lawn. Mattresses harder than we are used to but an ideal house for a large family with a great kitchen, bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. Awesome to have masks, fins and snorkels to use along with a kayak. Thank you!

Awesome place

Thank you to Jenna for an amazing stay, your property is beautiful, booking was easy, and communication has been top notch! The proximity to an awesome beach was definitely the highlight, being able to walk 1 minute to white sands and great snorkeling. The only downside, which wasn't any fault of the Property, was just all the neighboring dogs in the area! They were barking all night long, so we all struggled sleeping, but again not a fault on the property, just something to note for others. Thank you once again, we loved our stay :)

Modern and spacious home a short walk from beach

Thanks Jenna and George for being excellent hosts and checking in on us. Beautiful and hugely spacious house including all 4 bedrooms with ceiling fans was perfect for our 2 small families (5 adults and 1 teen). Kitchen fully equipped, more than expected. Wee issue with washing machine was fixed promptly. Our teen son didn't mind the bedroom with no windows (quite large room with double bed plus bunks and a tv). Neighbouring dogs were super friendly, who were polite and knew their boundaries, but noisy some nights. Short walk to beach, excellent location for snorkeling and swimming. Highly recommend meals at Moana Sands Beachfront restaurant (15-20 min walk) and Yellow Hibiscus restaurant at Palm Grove (too far to walk). Excellent burgers at Burger Joint at Muri. Having your own wheels essential if you're planning on eating out a lot. Our highlights were Papa Turtle tours, Koka Lagoon cruise and Te Vara Nui. We used Kai Mani Shuttles (very professional). We have visited Rarotonga several times before and still enjoy everything about the island and it's happy people. Looking forward to returning one day to what now feels like a home away from home.

Great spot

Beautiful, relaxing home with plenty of space for us all (9). Easy, quick walk to a beautiful swimming/snorkelling beach. Charlies nearby is fantastic, but the house is a bit further from other cafes and restaurants - easy bus ride, scooter or drive. Thank you for having us, we'd love to come back!

Wonderful family stay

The property is well situated close to Miri , restaurants, and a nice swimming beach. Lovely island breakfast bar. Large bedrooms . The only thing was the bedroom without windows was very warm and the fan ticked randomly.

Family wedding

We stayed at the Teres Residency for our sons wedding in Rarotonga. The house was amazing for our family and young children. It was close to the beach and all other amenities. The house is well equipped with everything you need and it was great to have the outdoor decking on both sides of the house. I would highly recommend this property for families or larger groups.

Very nice and clean house

This house was perfect for our large family. The space was very modern and very clean! We had an awesome time and George was so lovely and helped us wherever we needed it. The only thing missing was a few things in the kitchen for when we had our BBQ (the knives were broken) however that is such a minor in comparison to the amazing place.

The Teres Residence is an awesome place to stay, the house is a great space for a family or a group. It was clean, spacious & has all the amenities you need. Ideal Family Stay

The property is excellent for a family stay. We found the house to be spacious and clean. It is located close to other houses so we got to meet the other neighbours who were really friendly. Everybody in our group of 8 loved the outdoor shower There is no air con but the fans in the bedrooms were fine. A couple of fans in the lounge kitchen area would be great. A few more small glasses and coffee cups would be great for a large group. Also need new large kitchen knives as most were broken. We noticed it as our family loves to cook. The grandkids loved the 3 visiting dogs especially "sooky" (we nicknamed him "Mr Shorty"). The roosters were not popular. We would definitely recommend the "Teres Residence" to other travellers, especially groups. It is located close to a beautiful beach and about 200 metres off the main road so it is very peaceful. We wish you well with your venture and thank you for sharing your house with us.

Whanau Holiday

We would like to thank Jenna and George for allowing us in their home. We had everything we needed in a holiday home. Clean, tidy and modern house with all the mod cons. Perfect space, perfect location. We also had a late check out which helped with our flight later that day. It was very affordable too. The only thing my adult children complained about was the heat and adjusting to the climate but that is only minor. Air conditioning would of be great. I would recomend this holiday home to all my family and friends. We look forward to visit Rarotonga again. Thank you

Beautiful place in stunning location

We loved our stay at Teres residence, we have stayed at various places around Raro but this was one of our favourite! Beautiful layout of the house for large groups with everything you could possibly need, a lovely lagoon just a short walk away. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Raro, thank you
