Detta är en vacker ljus 2 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet utrymme i hjärtat av Twin Peaks-området. Det ligger på bottenvåningen i ett familjhem med två våningar. Detta moderna, eleganta utrymme är välkomnande, mysiga, privata, konstnärligt inredda och fullt möblerade.

Det finns ett vardagsrum med en bekväm bäddsoffa och kabel-TV. Det finns ett pentryrum utrustat med kylskåp, kaffebryggare, mikrovågsugn och brödrost. Det finns massor av solsken i alla rum.

Sovrummen är varma och mysiga. De har båda bekväma queen size-sängar, stor garderob, lakan, handdukar och stora karnappar. Det stora sovrummet har en garderob med privat badrum, badkar och dusch. Den har ett stort fönster och en skjutbar glasdörr som öppnar ut till en underbar balkong som delas med vardagsrummet.

Varje sovrum rymmer upp till 2 personer. En femte person kan sova på den bekväma bäddsoffan i vardagsrummet.

Utcheckning är 11:00 men jag är flexibel för en senare utcheckning runt klockan så länge det inte finns några nya gäster som checka in direkt efter.

Uppvärmning av mat är tillåten i mikrovågsugn eller brödrost. Ingen matlagning.

Enkel gratis gatuparkering. Det finns 2 busshållplatser ett kvarter bort. Hemmet ligger nära motorvägstillgång till flygplatsen och Silicone Valley. (Flygplatsen ligger cirka 30 minuter bort).

Jag letar efter gäster som är tyst, hänsynsfull, icke-rökare, rena, ansvarsfulla, avslappnade sociala drickare och inte tar med sig hem hem.

Vi är väldigt tysta, extremt rena, professionella, intresserade av olika kök, älskar att ha långa promenader och njuta av vår familj och vänner. Vi är väl rest och har bott utomlands.

Vi skulle vara mycket tacksamma om du snälla respekterar våra ägodelar och inte flyttar möbler.

Great stay. The home was exceptionally located for our needs and the available street parking was an absolute plus. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Great location

Pros: Great location Lots of space 2 bathrooms Comfy beds Nice kitchen with supplies Easy check in Good communication from owner Cons: Not really a con but there were a lot of personal items in the home. The place felt cluttered in areas. The pictures on this site do not show the clutter that is in the home when you arrive. Plumbing was not good. The showers would back up and you would be standing in a pool of water from the person who showered before you. Wifi was not the best. I ended up having to use my phone hotspot to get a better connection Loud noises upstairs Overall we enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a nice home in a good location this is a good option.

Just what was needed

The place was just what we needed after a long day of meetings. Very cozy. Being on a corner was busy at times but not distracting. Without a car it is not close to walk to restaurants but Grubhub delivers. One suggestion, maybe have a small list of places that are good to eat. Totally recommend and will use again if back in town. Thank you

Canceled our trip, none of the stars are accurate. Couldn’t send review within checking them

We did not go. We had to cancel because my 81 year old husband broke his leg last month. We let VRBO know right after it happened. We had cancellation insurance. We have sent all documentation that was requested. We would like our money refunded. When can we expect it?

Adequate accommodations -

A condo with no stove or ice maker. Tried to contact owner by phone twice to communicate that my checkout would be delayed by three hours. Never received a returned call and clothes placed haphazardly in my suitcase and left outside the door.

Midtown Terrace

The apartment is very roomy--two full bedrooms and two baths. It is immaculate. Central location--although not walking distance from shops or restaurants. Ample parking is always available in this residential neighborhood. Nice kitchen, but there is no stove or oven--they seem to have been removed. There is a full fridge, microwave and coffeemaker.

Nice spot!

Great location for an SF visit. We stayed in this apartment with four adults. Lots of pluses. Easy and free parking which is a big one in SF. Fantastic location with easy access to downtown, wharf, etc over Portola Ave. For us it had great access to the SE part of town for a GIants game at Oracle Park and a concert at the new Chase Center. Uber is also easy from here. Clean and comfortable. Enough in the kitchen for breakfast and light warm up meals. Not enough if you want to cook. Only complaint is that the internet was very slow. Devices would spin when surfing. Watched cable for a couple of hours and the screen was pixelated and the audio was garbled. Didn’t use it much so it didn’t bother us but it could be an issue for some. All in all good stay!!,

Twin Peaks Neighborhood

Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights & found this to be just what we needed. We are 4 adults & needed three beds so the two bedrooms, two baths gave us enough room with use of the pull out couch. The place is modern & very clean with enough of a kitchenette to allow us to eat breakfast. The location is fairly central, about 20 minutes from the airport & the same to downtown. We rented a car which was necessary to allow us to get around all of San Fran. Rawan was quick to communicate & provide suggestions on places to eat & things to see. We would definitely recommend this place.

Bright, airy with a view

Rawan's place is light and bright even though it is a bottom floor unit. The home sits on a hill so the 2 bdrms. and living room are elevated on the slope overlooking a neighborhood with lots of greenery. Sun and light shines nicely into the unit all day long, making a wonderful place for my husband to recover after surgery. There is even a small balcony to sit and appreciate the view. 2 comfortable bdrms, one with an ensuite full bathroom, the 2nd full bathroom is situated next to the 2nd bdrm. and off the living room. This very clean, and updated unit was a pleasure for our stay. Would fit 2 couples or a family with children nicely. Loved the location in Twin Peaks and appreciated the quiet during the day and at night. It is close to public transportation although we used our car mostly. No kitchen but it is equipped with 2 refrigerators, freezer, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker, all relatively new and in good working order. Rawan was very responsive to our needs (delivered some hangers for our clothes) and provided bottled water to us for each day we were there. It was a little pricey for us typically, but worth the money for our 5 day healing retreat. We would definitely stay here again.
