Perfekt husdjur / folkvänligt Sea Pines Home - Gå till stranden och poolen!

Utsidan av "Tänk dig" liknar varje Night Heron bungalow. Men en gång inuti kommer du att uppleva skillnader från golv till tak som gör din semester verkligen minnesvärd

Under de senaste två åren (2013-2014) har detta hem renoverats eller renoverats i hela. Det centrala vardagsrummet har ett nytt spansk kakelgolv med mosaikinsatser och alla nya skräddarsydda möbler från John Thomas. Soffan / utdragbar dubbelsäng och kärlekssätet är också nya.

Båda sovrummen har verkliga Hickory-golv med tre fjärdedelar och båda har utökats. Det stora sovrummet erbjuder en deluxe king size-säng samt en klädkammare. Det finns också en ny drottningssäng i rummet.

På samma sätt är båda badrummen helt nya. Masterbadet är typiskt för vad du hittar i ett femstjärnigt hotell. Från den extra stora duschen med flera duschhuvuden och skräddarsydda dörrar till det lika rymliga badkaret, är det elegant i alla avseenden.

Gästbadrummet, även om det är mindre, är lika förstklassig. Med avancerad kakel och granit i hela det är typiskt för vad du skulle hitta i en italiensk villa.

En höjdpunkt i vardagsrummet är granitbänkskivan utformad för att ge största möjliga arbetsområde inom ett litet utrymme. Med alla nya apparater i rostfritt stål gör designen av detta kök det möjligt att förbereda måltiderna medan man står på en plats. Dessutom är kocken inte utesluten från sociala aktiviteter eller underhållning. Det nya matbordet expanderar till plats sex.

Ingen bekvämlighet har förbises. Det finns en 50-tums Sony-platt-TV i vardagsrummet och en 42-tums väggmonterad Samsung platt-skärm i sovrummet. Dessutom kommer du att uppleva verkligt höghastighetsinternet och omfattande kabelalternativ. Den innovativa tvättmaskin / torktumlare är också en unik bekvämlighet.

Som en del av ombyggnadsprocessen har belysningen i hela hemmet förbättrats dramatiskt. Varje rum har ny dimbar LED-belysning och takfönstret i vardagsrummet har fördubblats i storlek. Detta är en viktig övervägelse med tanke på att Night Heron-hemmen ligger mitt i en skog. Det ger massor av skugga efter stranden eller poolen men inte mycket i vägen för ljus.

Vi är övertygade om att med denna omfattande ombyggnad "Just Imagine" kommer att ge dig (och alla lurviga vänner) en förstklassig semesterupplevelse på Hilton Head Island som ger dig tillbaka varje år.

Great Bungalow & Super Location!

We enjoyed our stay at Night Heron. The bungalow was exactly as the photos depict. The location is great for riding your bike to the beach, other parts of Sea Pines and to the Coligny Plaza.

Great Stay

We stayed a week at 22 Night Heron which met all of our needs. We really enjoyed the screened porch, beds were comfortable, two bathrooms were great to have, 7-8 minute walk to the beach and in Seapines. Perfect. We will be back!

What a beautiful, peaceful getaway! We have stayed at this property management company’s properties before, and they are always clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. This one was no different! Thank you for a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday for us, including our dog. We especially appreciated the covers on the sofas and the other nice dog-friendly touches, like the leash hook by the door. It’s a warm, welcoming place that I would highly recommend!

We didn't use the pool being the off-season. It's nice to be in a pet friendly neighborhood of 1/2 bedroom octagons. This is our second stay at 22 Night Herron. It's like coming home. Comfortable in every way. Convenient, short walk to the beach for our morning walks and sunsets. Totally enjoyable. Correspondence was great. Thanks for sharing.Mike, Diane and Artie

Great location and dog friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We had a hiccup checking-in as the room was not cleaned, but made the best of it going to the grocery and picking up pizza at the Mellow Mushroom (right next to Harris Teeter). The property owner was responsive and actually showed their concern by offering a credit due to our inconvenience. The house was perfect for my wife and I along with our 2 dogs. The dog friendly beach is only a 10 minute walk and there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. Night Heron is a quiet neighborhood with plenty of dog owners. We hope to stay there again.

nice stay at Nite Heron.

Nite Heron is a nice cozy retreat, but really is not meant for more than 4 people. The house is in bad need of new appliances in the kitchen. Dishwasher did not work the whole time we were there. Pretty convenient to places to eat out, etc. Not too far from the beach. I give it 3 stars. Not sure i would stay there again.

When the dishwasher broke early in this week we asked the repairman to come take a look and found out that the dishwasher needed to be replaced. With the Fourth of July week it could not get delivered until the following week. It is unfortunate but out of anyone's control and we certainly apologize for the inconvenience. The house is advertised as two bedrooms with a pull out sofa - so the occupancy can be 4-6 depending on the guests desires.

Lovely little bungalow

We loved the house! It was beautiful and I appreciated the furniture covers. Inside was nice and clean. Instructions were very clear and easy to find as were brochures for local restaurants and attractions. The beach was a nice little 5ish minute walk from the house so that was a huge plus. Management also provided a few garbage bags, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap which was really nice. The only issue we had was no fault of the management, but I think there’s tourists not cleaning up after their dogs outside, as I was regularly cleaning up the yard each morning. Overall we had a wonderful stay, we would definitely return!

Cute cottage in Lovely foliage

The cottage was really cute and close to everything so we could ride our bikes everywhere. I must say I felt a little closed in without big windows. We usually have a view when we are at the beach. The reason we choose this was because it was inexpensive but after they added the owner’s fee, vrbo fee and cleaning fee we could have stayed a more expensive place. They should just include all of that in the nightly place so it would not come as a shock. It made me feel like I wasn’t told the truth upfront.

I am not sure how to respond to this. All fees are clear on the site and the quote we sent you before booking detailed everything with a total due. If you did not agree with the total cost, you certainly did not have to book. But everything was clear upfront. All charges were paid with your full approval. Nothing was charged afterwards by surprise.

Property Needs Some Attention

The neighborhood is in a great location in Sea Pines. Unfortunately this unit needs some attention. We were not expecting luxury accommodations, but it was not clean. The floors were dirty (sandy and made your socks black when you walked across it). The furniture covers were already covered in dog hair when we arrived. We chose not to cook anything as the kitchen appliances/cook ware were questionable. Air conditioner routinely reset itself to 74 degrees even though it was never set below 72 degrees as requested by the management company. We most likely would not choose to stay here again.

As we all know, the key to a successful partnership in a vacation rental is communication. We never heard from this guest the entire week. They never noted any problems to us. Every one of these issues could have been resolved immediately.

A perfect bungalow in Sea Pines for our family of four. Very close to the beach and great walks and bike rides in Sea Pines. The quaint bungalow has just what you need. Very pet friendly. Outdoor shower was perfect for a wash off after a day at the beach. Kitchen, bedrooms and bath were as advertised and fully met our needs. Great value for the location.

Family summer vacation

My husband & I brought our 12 yr. old grandson to this beach house for the week. We were happy to find this little bungalow had all the things we needed, to make our stay enjoyable. We rode bicycles to the beach every morning & took longer rides to South Beach, Harbor Town or Coligny Plaza later in day. The house was well suited for our lifestyle! We used the screened in porch for crafting. The pool was always welcoming, after our mid- morning beach time. We really appreciated the prompt response of the owners & management team to any questions or concerns. Thanks for making our stay so memorable!

We love Night Heron

This was our second time staying in Night Heron. We love the privacy and the cute decor in the places we’ve stayed. It’s close to the beach and not far from any of our favorite places. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Location location location

Quiet relaxing location. Very comfortable lodgings with all the amenities. We really enjoyed walking on the beach with our dog and biking the trails. The house is close to the forest preserve- a beautiful place.

Love the Location & Inclusivity of Furbabes

We’ve stayed here twice, first time with friends and second time as a family with an infant over the last two years. First we love Sea Pines, and this location to beach can’t be beat. And the ability to bring our dog is huge! The accommodations and amenities are simple and functional. We will continue to stay here as it meets our needs! If I had one criticism I’d like to see some upgrades in the kitchenware and small appliances especially if eating most meals at the house. But to be fair, I am a kitchen snot and we often eat out so it works fine - just be sure to bring storage containers for leftovers/packing beach snacks. Last property manager is very responsive! I would recommend this place for sure!

22 night heron

Poorly cleaned. Dust everywhere. Second week we stayed we kept finding cockroaches. The property manager eventually sent pest control and the cleaning service back after multiple complaints. Pots and pans have seen better days. Sheets were clean. Skylight in master bedroom had me awake at 6am everyday.

Great location

This was our first time to Hilton Head and we will certainly be back. We found the house to be ok. It was not as clean as we had expected. There was dog hair under the beds and the kitchen area was quite small. To accommodate the washer and dryer a closet in the second bedroom closet was eliminated. On the plus side, it was only a 10 minute walk to the beach that was beautiful with plenty of space to walk and the screened porch was lovely. We wI’ll definitely be back.

We are so glad you enjoyed your visit! I wish you had mentioned the cleaning issues as we would have sent the cleaning crew right back to remedy. The house is very space efficient and in order to get a full size washer and dryer and a full size second bathroom, choices had to be made! We feel the trade off is worth it!
