Moderniserat 3 sovrum, 2 badrum hem i topp läge i Rotorua.

Sovrum med king size-säng och eget badrum. Andra sovrummet med king size-säng. Tredje sovrummet har våningssängar (enkelsäng över en dubbelsäng). Det här tredje sovrummet har också en DVD-spelare för barnen.

Stor dubbel garage och riklig parkering för båt. Låsbar förvaring för mountainbikes. Expansiv däck (2 separata däck), ett med spa pool, grill och utomhus underhållande område.

Vi är mindre än 200 meter från Redwood Forest och en kort bilresa till flera fantastiska sjöar.
Det finns också ett antal parker, Lynmore Tennis Club, en mjölk- och butikskaka butik mycket nära. Till detta är Redwood Shopping Centre och Outdoorsman Headquarters bara en kort promenad med kaféer, ett bageri, frukt och grönsaksbutik, sushi, fish and chips, kebabbutik, Burger Bränsle, hår och skönhet, sjukhus, apotek och mycket mer!
Ca 5 minuters bilresa från flygplatsen och 5 minuters bilresa till stadens centrum.

Wonderful location and property

We loved our stay in this property. It had a nice relaxed feel to it, and the location was ideal (out of the smelly area!). It was well stocked with basic supplies and very clean. Loved the hot tub!

Amazing space and location

I picked this location for the quieter neighborhood and it was really nice and peaceful but still close to everything, especially the redwoods. The space was great and roomy, wish we had time to stay longer. The hot tub was nice to relax in at the end of the day. Communication was clear and I appreciated the discount codes for activities which I was able to use for a few things.

Great place

Fab little place - do not judge the outside when you first see it because inside it is a delight everything was great especially the sofa - OMG - it was so comfortable. The outdoor spa was so relaxing and so warm. The fireplace was great and all the rooms were heated - the location was perfect close to everything- Uber delivers and you can walk to the redwood forest

Good Location to Tourist Attractions

This location has easy access to the tourist attractions in the area. The neighborhood is quiet. Unfortunately, the house is in need of regular maintenance and deep cleaning.

Fabulous stay

A great house in a fabulous location. It had everything we needed. Lots of space, comfy beds, great lock up for bikes and the spa was a real treat. We will stay again next time we are in Rotorua.

Amazing stay at ideal location

As a group of 4 (2 couples) we found this place pretty spot on in terms of location (near to all the great tourist attractions), cleanliness, convenience and comfortability. The fire place kept the entire place cozy and we loved relaxing in the hot tub. This place had everything we needed and more! Thank you so very much for a great stay for birthday celebrations

Very comfortable

We had a great stay. The home is comfortable, there is a great toybox for little with blocks and train tracks that kept the grandchildren entertained for hours. The hot tub was great after a day of fly fishing😉. It was so nice to have the space to relax in. Recommend for families.

Even more than we needed!

Big roomy house on a quiet street. Just as advertised. 3 big bedrooms, big kitchen and sitting area. A hot tub! Very clean and tidy. Check in and out was simple and well communicated. We walked into the redwood forest just up the street. Perfect for a family with kids or just a couple. Loved it.

Old House

First impressions were good. However, as soon as you settle in, you notice a lot of dust, dirt and grime. There were Christmas decorations still under the couch and a ball under the bed in the main bedroom. The shelves were only partially wiped and full of dust otherwise. The coffee pods from previous visitors were still in the Nespresso machine. The freezer still has food in it, not sure how long it has been there for. The carpet area under the beds and couches were full of dust. These areas have not been cleaned for a very long time. The toy basket and the vase was used by previous guests as a dustbin, and these were never checked and emptied.

Couple days in Christchurch with friends

The property was easy to find, parking adequate for our 15-p van. Everything was nice, although the ensuite bathroom was a bit small. There was some stuff missing (garbage bags for example) but quickly remedied by the host and a visit to the grocery store. The back deck was great.

Great family escape

Lovely, clean house, perfect for our school holiday family escape. Just a couple of minutes from the Redwoods MTB trails. A spa for afterwards, ping pong for alternative entertainment, and a lovely warm lounge to relax in at night.

Amazing

This house is incredibly homely and comfortable. Plush carpets, the world's biggest, comfiest couch, lovely linen, etc. My only feedback to owner is that bathroom Could be renovated to same luxurious standard as rest of house. No biggie, just being honest. But we loved our stay. Spa pool was amazing :-) and loved the fire and all the art!

Great place to stay with our kids really enjoyed it thanks!!

We loved our stay here. Great location easy to get to loads of activities with our kids enjoyed coming back to the spa and having games of table tennis plus plenty of space to spread out.

Comfortable and Convenient Holiday Home

Great location and perfect accommodation for our needs. We really enjoyed our stay. Close to the Redwoods for our bike riding and room to store the bikes. We did have to park one of our vehicles close to the garage door to make sure it was secure as one door didn't lock. Be good to have that fixed for anyone wanting to store their bikes. Otherwise certainly recommend this holiday home.
