Detta magiska hus är en perfekt plats en familjesemester. Förutom att det finns en massa olika möjligheter och roliga aktiviteter för barn. Huset ligger bredvid kända Florida stränder som Manasota Beach, Venice Beach, Caspersen Beach som är cirka 3 till 5 minuter bort med bil eller en cykel. När det gäller cyklar finns det två cyklar som är tillgängliga för användning och kräver inga extra avgifter. Vi har också 3 solstolar och parasoll. Andra aktiviteter som du kan överväga är en enorm Shamrock Park som har en lekplats för barn, cykelrutter och en stor kanal där manater och delfiner kan tyckas. Denna park anses vara ett naturcenter på grund av en mängd olika djur som kan ses där som stora sköldpaddor, tvättbjörnar, fåglar, ödlor och många andra. Parken inkluderar picknickområden, fjärilträdgård, tennis och basketplaner, och praktiskt taget alla aktiviteter som du kan tänka dig.
Fantastisk hus hade två sovrum. Sovrummet har en queen size-säng och andra sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar. Dessutom har huset 2 badrum. Dessutom ett stort vardagsrum med en smart-TV, samt ett volymsystem som regelbundet tittar på TV-aktivitet i en hemmabioupplevelse. Ett kök med tillbehör som kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, återfyllningsvatten system och många fler ingår. Bredvid köket kan du äta ett matsal. Där finns ett tvättstuga med alla rengöringsmedel.
På grund av det varma vädret kanske du vill äta ute. Om så är fallet, har vi ett Florida-rum, Lanai, som inkluderar en uteplats. Menar ett stort bord med ett gott utbud av stolar. På kvällen kan solnedgången ses. På samma sätt kan du höra ljudet av vågorna från havet, vilket är mycket lugnande och avkopplande.

Location was wonderful…very close to all restaurants, stores, and Shamrock Park! House was comfortable but superficially cleaned ( blinds dusty, dusty lights, throw rugs needed washing etc. ). There were sufficient kitchen items but the pots and pans needed upgrading. There were just enough cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels etc. to get you through the first few days. The screened in porch was a wonderful addition. Maintenance company was very responsive when called to replace microwave and also water filters. We enjoyed our two months there.

Great location. Clean & nicely decorated

We bike so really liked the closeness to Shamrock Park & the bike path. Also close to shopping, restaurants & movie theater. Smart TV in Living room but could only get Fox & CW for local stations. Would have liked a 2nd TV as we like different programs.

Nice stay in Venice

We enjoyed our 2 weeks at this property and had what we needed to soak up the Florida sun. Marina was easy to work with through booking and stay. Some minor issues were discovered at check in and Marina quickly resolved them. Most rooms in the house have been renovated and the screened in lanai is a plus. The house is in a neighborhood close to Shamrock Park with access to the Venetian Waterway bike paths so having bikes at the property to use was great. It's also a quick car ride to the Venice beaches and they provided beach chairs and umbrella to enjoy some beachtime. House location is convenient to grocery stores and downtown Venice shopping. Overall a positive experience.

Luxury Villa?

The renovated bathrooms were definitely the highlight of the property except for the ants that made the Master Bath their home. Otherwise, the screened porch was in disrepair and unsafe for our dog or any child and also had ants. The kitchen had minimal utensils and does not qualify as “luxury”! The yard reflects a total lack of attention for the last year or more and lacks the basic landscaping mulch to cover the black plastic coverings. However, it is consistent with the rest of the neighborhood that lacks any resemblance to “luxury”!

Nice House, Surprise Restrictions

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The inside of the house was nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen had sufficient appliances and amenities for our meals; beds were comfortable. The lanai was our favorite spot to enjoy Florida outdoors comfortably. When we arrived we were surprised to find out that we couldn't flush toilet paper down the toilet due to septic challenges. We think this should have been stated before renting as this could cause difficulties for some people. Also, rules of the owner wouldn't permit the air conditioner to go below 75 degrees. Again, this might be a important fact people should know about. The advertised picture of the house on the outside doesn't represent the current view. Landscaping is needed to make it look as good outside as it does inside. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the beaches, shopping, restaurants and parks! This is a beautiful location in Florida!

Transitional neighborhood

The property was lacking landscaping, outdoor seating and color. First impression -neighbors parking on the front/side yards , messy -very unappealing A cozy outdoor area for your northern guests would have been a plus. The water smelled of rotten eggs for 1 week. Finally was corrected for the 2nd week. (At least 2 requests to management) unfortunately the water pressure was an issue for the second half of our stay. Furniture was sparse. Not cozy. Windows in the Master lacked screens. The bathrooms were great . Closet space was awesome. The washer/dryer was very convenient. Bikes were very nice. Park was wonderful Towels were plentiful though bleached stained ones should be retired. No tin foil, plastic wrap 1 garbage bag 1 dishwasher tab Nice to have some spices and coffee /filters Beach umbrella was broken. The location to beaches was excellent. The weather was magnificent. Hoping constructive criticism/feedback is helpful.

Great property. Looks as good if not better in person. Great communication, smooth check in process. Very clean and comfortable. Convenient location close to beaches. I will stay again.

Everything We Expected

The property was exactly as described - very clean, nice kitchen and bathrooms and a good screen porch for relaxing and working. We used it as a base for visiting family all along the west coast. Very convenient. Quiet neighborhood. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to Shamrock Park.

Strike this one off my list

Very clean property. However there is no cable TV provided you must stream everything which we are not used too . Also, hot water tank temp setting only gives you a Luke warm shower. It was very cold during our visit and this really sucked. Lastly, the owner of property had no problem texting you on the evening before checking out to ask me what time I was leaving on check out day but I texted her the day of my check out about my a jacket I left. She READ the text but never had the curiosity to reply??? How RUDE! So enjoy my jacket 🤬 Also, bring your own trash bags, dishwasher soap basically everything because you will not find it there !!!

Venice vacation.

Kitchen was lacking in pots and pans, others damaged and unsafe to use. Basic kitchen gadgets missing, i.e. strainers, potato peeler, wine opener, etc. Water in showers was only warm. Barbecue was a small portable kettle type. Television was as advertised, but had limited channels. Backyard was not cleaned. The rental was not a “luxury villa “ as advertised. Shamrock park was nice to visit and in close proximity. The beaches are nice and within 10 minutes drive. Venice is an attractive city to visit.

Great place to stay

Great Stay

I don't want to give this too much attention, because we are hoping to stay again next year and keep this our secret. Clean, quiet, centrally located with comfortable beds and updated baths and kitchen. We have vacationed in the area every year for the past 6 years and would definately recommend this house. The only (minimal) recommendation I would give the owners is to provide more silverware.

Beautiful Home!

This home is wonderful with great bathrooms and everything was spotless! The master shower is exceptional and the beds very comfortable. We enjoyed the lanai with comfortable seating for reading. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood. The smart TV is huge! We enjoyed the close proximity (a couple of blocks) to Shamrock Park and the Venetian Waterway Trail for walking and biking. The bikes provided were great. The Venice area is very bike friendly. It is a short drive to downtown Venice and many beaches. At Casperson Beach we found a ton of sharks' teeth. At the North Jetty Beach we found shells and discovered "yoga on the beach" every week day. We saw dolphins at all of the beaches. We received a very quick response to any of our questions. Great home!

House was very nice with very nice finishes! Master shower was wonderful!! The house was in a very convenient location - close to restaurants, golf and area attractions. The bikes were great and provided a great way to exercise and get to Shamrock Park. Our only wish was that there was a tv in the bedroom.

Wonderful, renovated property

Great inside. New floors, kitchen, bathrooms. Wonderful screened porch. Bedrooms are separated on each side of the house. Master bath and bathroom right outside the 2nd bedroom. I was disappointed there was no cable TV. There is a smart TV to watch movies on Amazon Prime. Kitchen needs some more utensils. I requested top sheets (vs a duvet) and they gave me some.

Very beautiful house, and priced great for South Venice, Florida

This house was beautiful, and the back screened in patio would have been a nice place to relax if the temperatures were a little higher while in town. The shower in the master bedroom has so many nozzles for water that you can use them to work out any sore muscles. Having two full baths makes it so that people aren't having to wait to get into bathroom. If ever in South Venice again I will definitely check to see if this house is available for my stay.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood

The home was as nice as it looks in the photos and was very clean. Master bath shower was great! We enjoyed the biking and walking trails at Shamrock Park, which is only 2 short blocks away. These trails allow you to bike into Venice without worrying about traffic. Also caught quite a few fish (sheepshead) from the inter coastal waterway along Shamrock Park. We would definitely stay again if we return to the Venice area.

Great house, good location.

Very nicely updated house in Venice area. Only a few minute car ride to the beach and pier. Could not ride bikes to beach, as there are no bikes (listing states two bikes are available at the house. When I text the property manager she stated owner had not purchased bikes. I own two bikes and would have put them on my outback had I known. It cost well over $60 to rent bikes for the day in Boca Grande.) Neighborhood is going though a revitalization, and neighbors had tons of junk on their lawn. From the second bedroom it looked terrible. House has a nice washer and dryer, but bring your own soap,same for the kitchen dishwasher. Property manager met us at the house. A handy man was working on the door lock. It was an awkward encounter, as they were speaking Russian back and forth. She showed us around the place; however nice, this was unnecessary and mostly awkward. All in all nice enough house. The decorations and furniture were super comfy. The bike thing was just irritating. Update your listing to reflect what you actually have. The location is the best part of this place. Close to beaches, downtown, made a great location for short day trips. Highly reccomed Boca Grande and Sanibel Island for secluded beaches.
