Christmas in Clearwater

We where four persons staying at the condo, which was perfect located in Clearwater, close to the beach and restaurangs. The condo was very clean and suited us vell. The kitchen had everything that we need for cooking. Mike was very helpful giving us tips of restaurangs and what to do in Clearwater. The Pier 60 was a very nice place to be around sunset. Like that it had free Movie on saturdays. The beach was absolutly wounderful. I can really recomend this apartment and Clearwater beach for a holiday. Wish I could come back soon loved it.

Super bra boende / fantastic condo for families.

Vi bodde här i 10 dagar och hade en super semester. Ett jätte bra boende om man har barn med lekplats utanför dörren och närheten till stranden. Det fanns även poler i närheten men de var stängda tom Mars tyvärr. A perfect condo when you have kids with the playground outside and the beach so close. We had great 10 days and we are already planning on next vacation....

The place was just as described. Location was great! Host did make us aware of bathroom showers backing up. We did have issues entire stay with this but host did his best with situation. We did not have blankets when we first arrived, only a few beach towels as well. Seemed to be an issue with housekeeping company and they came in uninvited during our stay. Claim was put in for stolen pillows after departure. Luckily I did have proof if photos when we arrived and left showing we didn’t have these pillows. I would have liked some monetary refund due to issues but overall I would stay again if they had different housekeeping as there were many people who knew code to get the key and open door. Location was very good! We were great guest and were disappointed with the problems but thought it was a nice place!

Great property. We didn’t even rent a car. Everything could be done by walking or delivery. Everything was as listed and pictures are spot on. We would definitely stay at this property. Thanks to the host for having great communication with any questions we had.

Location is perfect. You can walk everywhere beach, food, drinks etc. Easy check in and great communication from host. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Nice place in North Clearwater Beach

Enjoy parking the van and walking right into the condo. Quiet part of the island. Across the street from McKay park and Pickleball. Beach access is 5 min walk and Palm Pavillion is a nice restaurant and shop. Minuses: Its a 20 min walk from Pier 60. No water view from Condo.

Clean condo, great stay!

We had a great girls trip and stay in this condo. The condo was clean and updated. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, even the pullout couch was decent sleeping. Not a bad walk to the beach and rentable beach chairs. There were 2 beach chairs and some toys in the condo to use. Convenience store nearby. Was a fabulous stay. The condo could use a drying rack, or a few more hooks or towel bars for towels and wet suits.

Very nice place. Beachy decor. Clean and comfortable. A few things that need to be provided are a broom and dust pan and a sifter mop. I had no way to clean up the floors.

Great stay in Clearwater Beach

Property is very spacious with 2 large double bedrooms of which 1 has an ensuite bathroom. Second bathroom in hallway. Big kitchen with all you need. Large dining table in living room. Outside communal terrasse in front of door with table and 4 chairs. A couple of minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to a Walgreen's. 30 minutes drive to Tampa airport. We will definitely come back if we ever visit Clearwater Beach again!

Family vacation

Great location! Very close to the beach. You don't need to pack lunch or anything because you can walk back in 3 minutes to get what you need. Very clean overall. My only complaint was the pull out couch. We needed it for our kids and it was very lumpy and had a big stain of some kind on it. We just folded it back in and my son slept on the couch and my daughter slept with us.

We didn’t have a good vacation

There was a dead cockroach in the room that my children were supposed to be staying in, after seeing the dead bug the first day they wouldn’t go back in that room. The hallway bathroom towel rack broke off the wall

Third time I stayed here

The location is great. It is about a block from the beach. I like having two bedrooms and a washer and dryer. It is the fanciest but was great for us.
