Brand New Beach Home!

Den här underbara, ren, ny 4-sovrum, 4. 5-badet hem ligger på en av Floridas bästa oupptäckta stränder. Se solen gå upp på ena sidan och in på den andra. Det erbjuder gästerna en spektakulär utsikt över Santa Rosa Sound, en gemenskap pool och badtunna i en privat gated community, deeded / privat strand tillgång till Santa Rosa Sound Beach, och en kort promenad till stranden på den Mexikanska golfen. Vatten utsikt åt alla håll!

Detta hus är bekvämt beläget för alla vatten du vill !!! Det är en minuts promenad till poolen och barrel som är inne i gated community. Du behöver bara gå en kort 2 minuter till Santa Rosa Sound Beach som du kan se från baksidan däck av huset. Och du kan vara på Gulf Beach (som du också kan se från baksidan däck) i en kort 7 minuters promenad !!! (Förresten - Föräldrar och små barn som Santa Rosa Sound Beach eftersom det är mer avskild med mjuka vågor. Tonåringar tenderar att föredra att gå till Emerald Shores Beach på Gulf Side att se mer aktivitet och vara social).

Vår gated-community är på ljudsidan och har massor av sandstrand och lugna vatten. Plus bakom vårt hus är det öppet, outvecklat parkland med sand och havs havre - perfekt för barn att utforska. Tänk på att parkering är begränsad till uppfart och garage. Ingen parkering eller gata är tillåten.

För teknik har vi Wi-Fi, stora platt-TV-apparater, en Ultra High Definition 4K-TV i vardagsrummet och Netflix-appen finns på Smart TV. (Kom ihåg att logga av ditt Netflix-konto innan du lämnar). Om du föredrar musik på stranden, föreslår vi att du tar med en vattentät sandfast Bluetooth-högtalare för utflykter till stranden.

Chillaxing

Navarre Beach is exactly what they say, a wonderful secret of non commercialized beautiful beaches. The weather can be iffy at this time of year, but that didn’t make it any less than perfect. The vacation home was perfect for 2 families (2 masters and a bedroom for the boys and a bedroom for the girls and to top it off they all had bathrooms)! The house was well equipped with everything we needed for the week, between drinking coffee on the balcony, mastering the puzzles, relaxing on the beach or at the pool, it was amazing. One should note that there is not a lot of restaurants and shops on the island but a quick drive to Destin or Pensacola fed that fix. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much!

Great beach vacation

Great house at a nice location. The rooms were spacious and well laid out. We really liked the garage and all the beach stuff available to use like the paddle board and kayak. The air conditioning was not working when we arrived but the owners got a repair guy to come out on a Saturday evening and get it fixed.

Spring break

Property was lovely and well appointed. We had only one difficulty and did not have the code to get into the restrooms at the pool. This did cause some inconveniences with the young children. Other than that, if you are looking for a quiet week, this is the perfect spot. You will have to drive a bit to find some higher quality restaurants and activities. We chose not to and enjoyed the quiet time on Navarre Beach. Having both the Gulf and the Sound at your easy disposal along with a pool provided many water options for the kids and young adults. Red flags every day meant perfect weather for the Sound for kayaking, swimming and paddle boarding. We brought our own, however the owner had many options available as well. The beach chairs were very rusty and stained clothing. My recommendation would be to replace the chairs/umbrellas as they are old/not working properly/rusted. This was by no means a deal breaker for us and may not be for others. Again, the property was spotless/welcoming/well appointed. Owner was attentive and extremely gracious.

Best Family Vacation!

We love visiting Navarre Beach. This house was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed. great amenities. Very Clean. Beautiful views. We used bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, Buggy boards, shovels and buckets all in the garage. Plenty of space, Comfortable beds. Kitchen was awesome. Pool and hot tube in a gated community on the sound side but walking or biking distance from a public beach entrance. Can we just move in? We loved it and would totally stay here again. Host was great also. Quick to respond.. Thank you for use of your beautiful home.

Quiet neighborhood, clean house, walk along the sound right out your back door. Quick access to all the great beach spots. I highly recommend renting this beauty! We had zero issues but I knew the owners were just a phone call or text away.

Perfect house, perfect location!

The house was perfect for a family vacation. We had 8 adults and 2 toddlers, and we all felt like there was plenty of space where we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The house was beautifully maintained and very clean. We loved there were even things such as kid plates, kid utensils, pack n plays and even things such as a baby swing if you had any babies with you. The options of 2 beaches was perfect for our twin 3 year olds. Being this was their first time to the beach, the gulf side was a bit loud but they loved the calm waters of the sound. The gulf side was a little more of a walk, especially with little ones, so we drove and parked at the public access. We never had any trouble finding parking. It’s a great location where beaches aren’t very crowded. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to get ahold of if anything was needed. We definitely will keep this property in mind for any future vacations 😁

Plenty of Room for All

We had two families with teenagers and there was plenty of room for everyone. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom so everyone can get ready quickly. The air conditioner works better than almost anywhere we have ever stayed. Even the upper level stays cool and refreshing. The rental process was smooth and simple. Maggie answered all my communication quickly. The house is just as described in the listing. The view of the sound and surrounding homes is beautiful. We highly recommend renting a golf cart as you have your pick of public beach accesses.

Perfect rental for large families.

We found the home to be very clean and spacious upon arrival. Everything was as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. The walk to the swimming pool and sound side beach was short. The owner was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure my family and I was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this VRBO.

Navarre Vacation

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The neighborhood was very peaceful, and the house was immaculate. All the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We were able to enjoy the beautiful beach, Destin, and Pensacola from this location. This is a great place to stay!

Great House and Location

The house was perfect for 6 adults and a toddler. It was great having the bikes and kayak available at the house. Double red flags for the entire week so we spent most of our time on the bay side which was great. Not near the crowd and congestion of Destin. Property owners were very accessible and helpful. Location was great overall. Highly recommend this beautiful house!

Relaxing

The house and community was beautiful. The view of the Sound was so relaxing to sit and have coffee and great the morning. However we were lead to believe the ocean and beach were just a "short" walk away. Not so. Even though the garage was filled with everything needed for a great day at the beach, even 2 wagons to haul everything, it was "several blocks" to the beach. Meaning that a bathroom break called for transportation back to the house, not a simple unsupervised walk for children. I wish this mad been made more clear. However we made it work and the beach was beautiful and not crowded for the time of the year.

Great house with all the amenities

This is such a nice house! Our group had a toddler, 4 year old and 6 adults and we had plenty of room! As others have said - the kitchen is well-stocked. We found pots & pans, bakeware, pizza pans / cookie sheets, mixing bowls, measuring cups & spoons, grilling tools, pitchers, glassware, plates and silverware. We Bbq'd and cooked several meals in this big kitchen and were lacking nothing! The beds/pillows were comfortable and everything was clean and well cared for. In the garage we found wagons, beach chairs, sand toys, kickboards and bikes! The Sound is just a few minutes walk from the house and was perfect for the young kids that were with us to get acclimated to the sand /ocean. The Gulf shore is about a 5 or 6 minute walk from the house that we easily did with the kids riding in a wagon. We had a great stay in this house! The owners were also very responsive to our questions. Navarre Beach is a nice, quiet area with walking /biking trails, a pier and lots of white sand beaches. You won't be disappointed staying at this house!

Navarre Gem

This house was very nice and clean. Great location. We went with a family of nine and had plenty of room. There were extra blankets and pillows and everything we needed in the kitchen. The only things I would say is remember to bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Communication with owners was perfect. We rented a golf cart for the week which worked out great!

A Great Find

This beach house was exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked, which was important as we cooked several family dinners. The owners were interested in our needs and reached out to ensure everything was in order. This house comes equipped with lots of beach toys/necessities and views of the sound. The beach is a short walk away. We would definitely revisit.

You will see a beautiful sunrise from the back porch, can lounge at the pool for the day, swim in the gentle Santa Rosa Sound for the afternoon, and take long walks on the oceanfront for the evening!
