We are sorry you were confused as to who was "in charge". The building manager was mandated by the HOA to put up the storm blankets in case Helene became a threat to us (very thankfully it was not!). We, at Blue Moon. came to put your balcony furniture inside, having to comply with the building manager's instructions. We try to be accommodatting when guests leave personal items behind and we were glad to mail that back to you. There is an ice maker in the freezer.

Thanks for the 5-star review. Glad the daily chair setup, comfortable beds, and roomy layout worked well for your group of eight. Happy our communication was prompt and that you enjoyed the beachside location, nearby restaurants, and great value. We appreciate you choosing Blue Moon Vacation Rentals and hope to host you again.
