Osprey Penthouse

Huge nice condo. The costal Vibes staff were very accommodating and responsive to anything needed and always very prompt. This is located very nicely between Destin and Fort Walton Beach with many restaurants nearby. It has a nice pedestrian bridge to go across to the gulf.

Excellent Condo!

Very spacious condo with excellent views from the rooftop. Beds were very comfortable in all three bedrooms. Condo was equipped with everything you need. The hot tub on the roof was our favorite part of the condo. Would definitely recommend this for your stay.

Phenomenal Family Vacation

Amazing Vacation

Had an amazing vacation. The place is beautiful and spacious. Everything you need or want in a rental on the beach. 360 views from the rooftop and a great pool area. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and more. Perfect location!! Would go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing Vaca!

We had the best stay in this amazing Penthouse. From the outstanding views to the spacious room, and the great communication from the hosts! I highly recommend this company and this penthouse! We had 3 toddlers, and the kids room was a dream for them. We can not wait to book our next stay!

The patio space!

While the inside is spacious and nicely decorated, we spent all of our time on the ample outdoor spaces. There is a perfect amount of seating without being overcrowded and the view is unmatched. The weather could not have been better and we will be back! The bunk room was also a favorite space for our crew.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation and this was the perfect place to stay for our family. The owner was attentive to our requests and timely with his responses. We had ample space for six adults and two children. We had all the amenities we needed to eat at the condo but were close enough to great restaurants when we wanted to go out. We were close to the beach, had ample parking, and the unit was clean. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Awesome and Beautiful

Our stay here was so memorable and wonderful with our family. The views from this condo were breathtaking. The condo was clean and stocked with everything that we needed and was very clean. The management always answered when we had any questions or concerns. We hated to leave to go back home. We will definitely be staying again.

Awesome Vibe!!

We played the charity event, Rock by the Sea at Rick's on the Island and walking to and from is a beautiful thing. I gave some guitar lessons in the condo that raised some more money for the charity and it was really cool stay. I hope I am back next year!

Amazing Christmas Vacation

The condo well exceeded our expectations! It was extremely spacious, the layout was great, and had amazing views. We came as 3 different families and the rooms worked great for that with each of us having our own bathroom and space. We met some great neighbors who have been vacationing for several years in the same condo that were super helpful in making our vacation great. The NYE fireworks from the rooftop were an added bonus and fun for the kiddos :) We can't wait to plan our next friends vacation with Coastal Vibe Vacations.

Beautiful Penthouse

The property was very clean. Beautiful location, beautiful views. Amenities at the resort. Excellent food and entertainment suggestions. Some of the best places we had to eat were because of that. Louisiana ligonape and parlor donuts are must visits. Rick's is nice and close and has good pizza/cheese bread as well.. Only suggestions are to find a way to add beach towels, laundry detergent, dish washer, tabs, and trash bags to make it a little easier for people that fly to and from this vacation rental.

Amazing Family Vacation

Wow! What an amazing condo! Best views of Destin West by far. We enjoyed watching dolphins in the bay from the roof and balcony almost every day! Going out on the dock in the evenings were definitely a highlight of the trip- there’s so many different things and sea life to see. Weather was gorgeous, condo was very comfortable and spacious for our large family. There was plenty of room for everyone. We were bummed because we forgot to bring binoculars, but found a pair there for us to use- so thoughtful! Thank you so much for a vacation we will never forget! We will be back for sure.

Great Complex, Great Condo, Great Service

We had a great time at Osprey PH-03 and the accommodations were great. The rooms/beds are laid out really nicely offering lots of space. The walk-in pantry was really nice to have to store our groceries off the kitchen counter. The views of the bay from the balcony and roof top were awesome and of course having a personal hot tub was top notch. I've stayed at Destin West before but never in the Osprey building. Have the Osprey pool available to us was really nice instead of having to bring kids to the big pool/lazy river. The booking process with Coastal Vibes is so seamless and their service team was helpful and accommodating in altering our dates slightly post booking. The Coastal Vibes team was informative and detailed in providing the check in and check out processes. They also managed to have the unit cleaned quickly and were fortunate to check in a little early.

Spacious paradise!!

This condo is caverness!! 3 large BRs each with it's own bath and an additional 1/2 bath..only complaint about these high end condos is thst for the expect to have a little extra TP and make sure the salt a pepper shakers aren't empty plus have some complimentary coffee for the first night until more can be purchased. That's it! Small details but they matter.. Condo was clean and beautiful! Maybe add a dresser in the master water closet.. It needs something in there.. Such a large room.. Of course the whole place is very spacious... We loved it overall and for the price we paid before summer rates jumped up it was a deal!!

Our Favorite Resort and the Best Views

Destin West is our favorite place to stay on the Gulf Coast. This unit was just as lovely as pictured and was roomier than expected. The wrap-around deck was a wonderful place to watch the storms. It did rain every day while we were visiting, but we were able to time the pool visits and beach time accordingly. Also note, there is a pool for just the Osprey guests that is bayside and near the parking garage. Speaking of garage, there is an entrance to the pool under the Osprey building near the back of the garage, towards the bay. To the left, you can walk around to the lazy River or to the right is the Osprey pool. Keep in mind, this building is the farthest from the walkway leading to the beach, but was not too far in my opinion. We actually enjoy the pools more anyway. We love overlooking the pools, especially at night, and the hot tub on the roof was a bonus! This unit has the best view of the bay and pools that we’ve ever had at Destin West. The large rooftop area gives a view all around. Plenty of outdoor seating on roof and on the deck. Beautiful decor and the rental team was so easy to work with.

Never staying with anyone else!

If I could give 10 stars I would… This is how you vacation in luxury. Unobstructed bay views, … this place is so big you have to run to the bathroom because it takes that long to get there. I'm joking, but really, you want to experience how boujee people live, stay here. It's the kind of place that even if it rains for a day on your vacay (thanks hurricane Idalia), you're not mad because you get to hang out in such a beautiful condo. Plenty of space for the family to spread out so you don't get sick of the people you brought to make it more affordable if you're frugal like me. This is worth every penny. I LOVE Destin West, you'll never convince me there is a better spot, and Coastal vibe has so many options here… they've taken great care of my family.Destin West is THE best location on the Ft Walton/Destin area. Hands down! I've booked three trips in 12 months and planning my next two already. Cant wait to lock them in. Be nice to your cleaning/maintenance crew!. Leave them a note and a tip. This location makes my heart ache for the ocean. It's everything I love about every beach I've ever been to, and none of the bad. Thank you Coastal Vibes!Britt
