The house is exactly as pictured. Lots of room, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and well supplied kitchen. The pool was clean on arrival. The communication from the owner was fabulous and the water park and slide was amazing! Great place for a family and close proximity to the parks.

We've booked many vacation rentals through VRBO over the years, but this stay absolutely tops them all. Originally, we had a reservation with another host who canceled on us just two days before our trip due to unexpected property damage. We were stressed and scrambling—but then came Lynn and the Groovy Mouse House. Honestly, it felt like God placed her in our path.Lynn's home was not only available and more affordable, but her kindness, hospitality, and communication were off the charts. From the moment we booked, she made us feel welcomed and cared for—something we’ve never experienced quite like this before. Her place felt like home. Cozy, clean, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special.The amenities were amazing, and the location was perfect—close to Walmart, Publix, Keke’s Breakfast Café, and more. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips.I’m now officially spoiled—I told my family Lynn needs to buy homes in every city we travel to, because I don’t want to stay anywhere else ever again!Thank you, Lynn, for making our vacation unforgettable. Perfect Orlando vacation

This house was everything we needed plus more. Every amenity we needed plus some. The location is perfect. Close to amusement parks and shopping. The host was extremely responsive and so very kind. The house is way larger than we expected and spotless. Highly recommended home and host!

We were here for Disneyland and the location of this house is perfect. The house is comfortable. The pool was wonderful and there was more than enough room for a large family. The shower in the master bathroom downstairs has a slow flow rate but other than that everything was perfect

Wonderful house

Our family group of 10 was in town for the national collegiate dance competition at ESPN Wide Workd of Sports. This house was perfect for our stay. The beds were so comfortable! It was great to have the common areas to hang out together and play cards. Everyone exclaimed over how beautiful and comfortable the place was. We did not get access to the resort for amenities but we were busy with other things. Overall the place is terrific!

Great family house

We spent 4 days at Disney and this property was very close to there and also to a walmart which was about 3 miles away on a local road and not having to get on an interstate to get to. Lots of local restaurants nearby. The only thing to be aware of if that the kids splash park/resort pool requires driving to across a busy road. QR code required to get into resort so lots of safety in area.

Family Vacation

The property was perfect. With 4 families and our mom, it was just the right amount of space and we never felt crowded. The owners and property managers were great to deal with. I would definitely stay in the Groovy Mouse house again

Wonderful stay

Lynn was fantastic!!! She assisted with our stay and was on top of all matters. The house had everything one would need. Had a wonderful stay with the family and we can’t wait to return. Only negative was with the water slide at the resort closing early, and Florida rainy weather.

Wonderful Family Vacation!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Groovy Mouse House. We were in Orlando for a family reunion and booked this house for our stay. The house was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The pool and property amenities were a plus. Would definitely stay here again…already planning a Girl’s Trip!!

Great Place for a Family Reunion!

We had an amazing time getting together at Encore Fantasy. The house was spotless and easy to check in to with everything thought out really well. Lynn was very responsive and we just were able to enjoy our family time!

Family Vacation

We had a great week. House was perfect for the 16 of us ranging in age from 5 to 70. We spent lots of quality time in the pool and hot tub. The water park was a great hit with the younger generation. House was clean, beds were comfortable and a great location. We had no problems.

Perfect vacation

What a lovely vacation and a beautiful home. The kids enjoyed the house so much that they didn’t even want to go to Universal Studios. The home was huge and it was so clean. The host was very nice and friendly. I definitely recommend staying with them

Family time during the pandemic!

Even though we are in a nationwide pandemic my family and I decided to rent this beautiful home and come together for 5 days of fun! 14 of us, 8 adults and 6 children enjoyed every moment... playing family friendly games and swimming in the pool, both day and night! King Suites for everyone!

My adult children and their partners felt so spoiled having their own king suite with attached bath to themselves. We LOVED the private pool and spa/hot tub. Paying for the heat was well worth it! The owner Lynn was fantastic; personable and communicative. We were pleasantly surprised by the Encore resort facilities… not just for kids! And the food at the Encore is delicious and fit for foodies. We spent three days visiting the parks and wished we had added more time to our trip to just relax at the house and enjoy the resort. This home was a great choice for the 7 of us!

It’s very nice looking . Perfect for our family. Very clean and property management was very responsive . Modern property amazing location. That said here are a few negatives . Needs a little Maintenence , shower water heater doesn’t work well . Water pressure non existent , air jockey table barely blows air, and check your dates on the fridge water filter. Also , it costs extra per day if you want a heated pool or hot tub I didn’t read the fine print . Luckily we are in Florida so a heated pool isn’t super necessary

Impeccable..period!

Beautiful property clean, spacious the owners are phenomenal. It is a walk to the club house across a major roadway. But close to everything else. There were 13 of us and we never had any issues with space. We loved it so much we are already book for a return trip. We never had a need to contact the property manager the owners had thought of everything so I can't rate that one. But I can only expect it would be nothing less than superb!

Double celebration

This trip was only for a wedding, but with other family members in town and birthdays falling around the same time we made it a family trip. From booking to checking in was a smooth sailing. Lynn was awesome replied to every text messages and phone call. I must say i think this was the best house i have stayed at and that have to do with Lynn. She also surprised us with a cake because upon booking she i told her my cousin 1st birthday was on 7/31, the fact Lynn took the time to have a cake delivered to the house was the most thoughtful and generous act of kindness anyone could have done. Checking out was a breeze. I will stay at this house again as long as its available. Thank you Lynn for being such a great host.
