The upper floor loft area is an excellent spot for quiet time, while the video game-themed games room will surely bring out your competitive side. The ice princess-themed children's bedroom is a dream come true for any kids. And when it's time to cool off, dip in the private swimming pool and spa, just 6 miles from Disney Theme Parks.

This stunning villa features a cozy sectional and two accent chairs in the main living area, perfect for relaxing and planning your next experience. The dining table can comfortably seat up to eight people, and there's also a four-seat breakfast bar in the kitchen, making it an ideal space for enjoying a family dinner or a late-night snack.

This spacious home can accommodate up to 16 guests and features bedrooms on two separate floors. The lower floor includes a cozy queen-sized suite and a fun ice princess-themed bedroom with bunk beds with two full-sized mattresses. Guests on this floor share a family bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find two luxurious king-sized suites, a comfortable queen-sized suite, a bedroom with two twin-sized beds and a connecting bathroom, and a queen-sized bedroom with a Jack and Jill-style bathroom that connects to another queen-sized bed.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available by an extra charge if the property schedule permits it.

If you need to, please request Pack & Play one day before your arrival.

BBQ Grill has an additional cost of $50 for use during the reservation.

For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay.

Please note that the initial credit card information requested during the booking process is solely for website registration purposes. Welfare Vacation Homes will subsequently request your credit card details through our property management system for the actual payment. We have implemented a thorough three-step authorization process to ensure the utmost information security:

1. Submission of Reservation Agreement and Credit Card Information.
2. Submission of a Personal Portrait Holding the Credit Card and ID.
3. Electronic Signatures Verification.

Additionally, we are delighted to offer our valued guests the option of installment payments. The availability of this installment option is determined by the number of full months between the booking and check-in dates.

To receive a refund, any reservation cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show will not qualify for a refund. However, cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will incur only a 4.5% transaction fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date.

If you choose to complete your reservation and make the payment via wire transfer or Zelle, you will not be required to pay the 4.5% cancellation fee.
