Denna centralt belägna, vackra gruvshus är smakfullt renoverad och anlagd och ligger bara 2 minuters promenad till kosmopolitiska Pakington St och 15 minuters promenad till Geelong CBD och järnvägsstation. Den har två sovrum, obefläckat badrum, öppen planlösning, matsal och kök.
Det finns en queen size-säng i ett sovrum och en dubbelsäng i det andra sovrummet. Färskt handdukar och sängkläder tillhandahålls. Handgjorda gästsåper och schampo levereras också.

Fabulous retreat

The house had everything we needed and was a welcome retreat during a busy and hot weekend in Geelong. Owner was really helpful and responsive. Comfortable beds and great location close to cafes and shops.

What a great cottage

WYSIWYG. The photos are accurate representations of the property. The cottage is lovely, clean, comfortable, and reasonably equipped for a couple to spend time in Geelong. We were visiting family and the accommodations were perfect for that trip. The owner was extremely attentive and responsive. The proximity to PAKO shopping, coffee and eating was wonderful. And access to the esplanade for longer waterfront walks was great. Kitchen tools and supplies are spartan, but sufficient for breakfast and lunch. Dinner can happen if you’re keeping it real basic. Some of the more typically stocked tools, like a blender or grill aren’t available, so if you’re a serious chef, just align your expectations accordingly. Enjoy those meals elsewhere. Be aware that a new home is beginning construction right next door. We were away all day and it didn’t disturb us in any way, but I can image that, in the next 6 months, there could be some disruption during daytime weekday hour. We’ll return to this property and we are recommending it to other family members.

Cute cottage, great location

A nicely set up property in a quiet street. Close to excellent restaurants, cafes, shopping and gourmet deli/ groceries. As the cottage is quite compact, would recommend for couple or family with 1 child.

Perfect place in a great location

This is the perfect place to stay and in a fantastic location. Jack has thought of everything and you want for nothing. The house is so clean, not to mention warm and welcoming with a perfect size deck that gets the morning sun, great for a morning coffee. The established and enclosed garden is private and the right size, allowing for some play and relaxation. We parked our car and never really needed to drive given it’s close proximity to Pako. We will be staying again.

A wonderful place for all

We stayed here over the new year period with my husband and two young kids, the place was excellently presented, everything you need with added extras, super clean, a great location, supermarket up the road and everything else a short drive. Our communication with the owner very friendly and happy. Would stay again, we have had a fabulous 8 days :)

Short break

Lovely contemporary property with good quality furnishings and linen. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. The gardens were well maintained and the property was very clean. The only downside was it could get quite cold especially in the morning, we weren't sure if the air con unit provided heat aswell but we couldn't get any. If the unit did provide heat it may be necessary to provide some basic instructions for us technophobs.

Ultimate Holiday Cottage

From walking through the front gate to the beautifully maintained front garden, to opening front door and seeing the wonderfully welcoming layout of the cottage, my son and I were very impressed. The cottage was immaculate inside and out. The beds were so comfortable. Crockery and cutlery cupboards were well stocked. It was a pleasure to eat in. Thank you Jack.

Exactly what we needed.

Had a one night stay at Fintone. Lovely decor and set up. Quiet street. We used the cooking facilities and they were great. Would happily stay again.

The house was beautifully presented with everything you need. The host was in communication & accommodating. Only a short stroll to Pakington Street, it w a the perfect little retreat. Recommended.

Cute clean fresh cottage

Exactly like the pictures. This was a lovely warm little cottage which suited us us perfectly for our one night stay. Very clean and well appointed close to everything. Would definitely stay again.
